Well, that doesn't explain how you want to force people to pay your "tax".
With Cruise Disruptors and the threat of torpedoes, of course.
We don't even need the threat of torpedoes - 80 cruise disruptors can waste a lot of time.
So, you want to annoy other players with Cd's, ok.
With torps, you should not do that, otherwise you would break your id rules.
I'd also like to point out that if anybody or anything involved with this is 'powergaming', it is the masses of haulers of all makes, models, colours, IDs and affiliations flooding through Hudson's trade lanes.

We want to roleplay. It's unfortunate that there's not an ID that suits our purposes and factional flavour, but, in our mind, the rules pertaining to IDs take a backseat to the roleplaying that can be gained from the existence and enforcement of our intellectual property.

Our goals are clearly stated in our faction summary thread, but I'll paste em here for your convenience.
Primary Goals: To create fun and content for fellow spessmen. To promote casual & high-quality roleplaying. To have a good time - what more could a spessman want?
Secondary Goals: To obtain credits to further the above. To embark on harebrained schemes involving the above. To find fellow spessmen who share our ideals.

In-character, we are a corporation of professional smugglers specializing in Sirius-wide distribution of all manner of illegal and/or immoral cargo.
Out of character, we are unified by our desire to create fun, and to bring fun where there was none before. This is why some of our first in-character posts were to engage the flagging Kusari unlawful factions, it is also why we have done something so incredibly outlandish as to copyright a trade route. That Non-Disclosure Agreement in our paperwork thread has actually been used, and I am still sorry for subjecting the recipient to it. I can't speak for other members, but I also plan to talk with the BAF regarding Leeds, and hopefully turn that into a weekend event.
