Dear Crayter Republic Parliament,

I am Director Martin Richardson of The Galactic Spanning Corporation. As I’m sure you are well aware, we were founded in Crayter space, and have been working closely with your science division to solve the Yuma flora situation, among other genetics research in regards to agriculture and teraforming.

We were originally using a privately owned Corvo vessel, before purchasing a decommissioned criminal base to act as our new research facility. Not long after our lead researcher, Dr. Albert Zeiler had established the laboratory, Gallia Royal Navy insisted on our base’s destruction.

We were able to save our research, and more importantly the crew through the work of one of our Captains, escorted by one of your own fighters. The base, however, was completely destroyed by Gallia, who were unable to overcome their petty diplomatic handicaps.

That being said, we need to continue our research; much of it would greatly benefit the Crayter Republic and her people, as well as The Galactic Spanning Corporation. If you would allow it, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to build and register a new base in Crayterian Space.

We are sorry to hear about the research facility that was made using an decommissioned criminal base. I hope there was no causalities or much research lost.

Gallia is one who will not go for diplomatic solutions. There solution is there weapons and the sheer power they have. Not only that but there numbers is high compared to Bretonia or Liberty. After all Gallia did push us Crayterians from our second home in Tau 44.

From what I understand. You wish to proceed and re-construct this research facility but within Crayterian Space. Before this goes forward, there is a few things I need you to read through, fill out and sign. There is also a fee that needs to be paid.
