Good even Fleet Admirals and Admirals,

I am Admiral Claire Chandler from the Crayter Republic. I am sure some of you, if not all of you are aware of who I am considering I came into California a few months ago to discuss Auxesians and the Cincinnati. Well I am not here to speak about the Auxesians, infact I would like to find out what has been happening and why Crayterian patrols are not allowed to patrol certain regions, sectors and also to pass through Liberty space.

A few days ago a small convoy which consisted off two Atlas Transporters, two Nyx Fighter Pilots and a Waran Bomber was passing through the lower region of Liberty after being stopped within Rheinland due to a Red Hessian. At the time there was a Rheinland Intelligence Agent there and the southern region of Rheinland was cut off. My convoy moved through the northern region of Rheinland to enter the border of Liberty and then moved through Texas into New York. It seems that when arriving in New York they were stopped for a routine scan and then was told to wait for a Vice Admiral because there was something important to discuss.

What I do not understand is I have had no reports of what this something important to discuss so what ever it was is unclear and if it was so important why have we not received anything via a secure channel. Not only that I was informed that the 5th escorted the convoy straight through towards the Cortez sector where there were Gaian Guards and Lane Hackers waiting.

All of my pilots are safe and unharmed but we infact lost a few ships from what I have been informed. I am not blaming anyone for this but I am after an explanation as to why the Vice Admiral of the 5th Fleet had my pilots escorted out of Liberty space.

Not only this but today I have been informed by several Warrant Officers and Lieutenants that Crayterian forces do not have authority to patrol within the Cortez region. If I am not mistaken there was a treaty signed back in 812 A.S. Let me just find the archive on this. *Pulls PDA out and searches for the archive* Ah here we go. *Uploads into the communique*

If I am not mistaken this is also for the Magellan region and Cortez. This gives Crayterian forces as much as Bretonian Armed Forces and Liberty Navy forces freedom of patrolling the area. With the Gallic Royal Navy on the front door of Liberty you are pushing a force that know the Gallic's more than the Liberty Forces.

We here at Crayter Republic lost our second home to them and we have been fighting them for many years, we understand there tactics and strategies rather well. Not only this but over the recent encounters within the Magellan region. Correct me if I am mistaken but Crayterian forces have been leading the fleets, making the orders and commands. This is probably not the best words but it is the only words that come to mind right now. *She sighs softly*

Right now from the perspective of Crayterian towards Liberty Navy is being seen as unclear. If both Liberty Navy forces here have a problem with me and my people then please step forward. I'm sure you understand that we do not, I repeat do not want to have another enemy.

We have been helping the Liberty Police Authority and Navy with the Outcasts and smugglers mostly within this eastern region since we moved and started our new home within Coronado. Not only this but again, we have been fighting the Gallic Royal Navy for a long time with and without the Liberty Navy.

Greetings Admiral Chandler,

The Republic of Liberty and the Liberty Navy are and will remain one of your biggest friends.

To clarify your concerns, I was also notified by the recent incidents by my pilots and command members. While unfortunate I have to say that both instances have happened as a result of misinformation. While I am not responsible for actions of the 5th fleet, from what I have conversed with their Vice Admiral, they were not aware of your logistics convoy designations and mistook it for an actual squadron. Despite our joint operations and coalignment, you are still recognized as a foreign military by Liberty law, with the exception being your logistics vessels. Hence the confusion that lead to the incident. As for our pilot's claims, he is a veteran pilot that was using as a point of reference the 819 variant of the treaty, back when it was first forged and the pilot was made aware and such issue is not expected to happen again.

Moving on from these incidents I have to clarify that such small incidents do not in any way of a malevolent nature but a mere result of the confusion of the operational forces and by no means is the Republic of Liberty willing to pass away the years of sacrifice and war that our forces have endured together against the Gallic and pirates threats ever since the forging of the Treaty.

I once again have to say that Liberty is and will remain one of your biggest friends, and as such we are looking forward to future cooperation of our forces and nations, military and otherwise.

Fleet Admiral Jones,

I honor and respect your kind words Fleet Admiral, The Crayter Republic will also remain one of your biggest allies and friends, we have worked together for years and we will continue to do so.

The concerns I had have now been clarified and I will be informing my members, I am positive that you understand why I sent this communique to yourself and your High Command but also the 5th Fleet. Having misinformation happens alot, it happens every where, it is reality, so I will forgive you and am happy that we received a message about our concerns. But right now we are in need of help, support and our friends.

Our home is under attack once again but it is not the Gallic force, it is the Outcast National Council and Battlegroup Auxesia. The Outcast have started forming in fighter squadrons I have not seen in a long time, they are station and using Barrier Gate Station as a forward operating base. I plan on having one of my warships send a boarding team to control the situation and with luck take over monitoring and security.

It seems that the Crayter Republic made a mistake in allowing Battlegroup Auxesia stay within the region, the Cincinnati is fully repaired, but not only this the Eilodon Wraith is always near by. There is something else. The Shovel is a Outcast Storta Destroyer and it seems to be either allying with Battlegroup Auxesia or will become a member, a scout, a intelligence agent. I am unsure. There is also a Tia Stormclaw, she is in command of a gunboat by the transponder of GB-Redemption. They have infact been working along side Battlegroup Auxesia on several occasions and shot down my pilots. Not long after that she admitted to shooting my pilots down and then has a cheek to request docking access to Sabah Shipyard.

I am here requesting for the assistance from the Liberty Navy to help within the Coronado and Cortez region. I am giving clearance to all Primary Fleet Liberty Navy warships and battle fleets until Battlegroup Auxesia has been stopped.

We are pinned down and unable to help fight the Gallic Royal Navy with the threat that is within our door step, we struggle to leave the Coronado or Cortez sector without meeting wings of fighters and the Auxesian Battlegroup.
