Sehr geehrter Herr Hahn,
I am Alexandra Schliewel from Republikanische Großspedition, or - to make it short - RGS.
RGS is ein new subsidiary within the Republican group, that currently undergoes ein reorganisation.
Within RGS my task is to coordinate the shipping fleet and its maintenance. And that brings me to the reason for contacting you.
As RGS is still in building up its fleet my team had to dig through the archives for available transport ships and we stumbled upon ein entry regarding
the RTS-Paderborn.
Herr Hahn, do you remember this name? I am sure you do. It was the ship that you were responsible for when being employed by Republican's main division.
Nun, as far as we know, you are not working for Republican Shipping anymore, though we cannot find any hints on where said vessel is currently.
Thus I would like to know some information about the current whereabouts of the Paderborn and the reason for its absence. The ship is still considered property
of the Republican group.
I hope to hear from you soon, Herr Hahn.

"Ach guten Tag Frau Schliewel, gut to hear from you.
Sehr gut, actually. Why don't we meet up in a Biergarten to talk about that issue?"
*he takes a sip from his bottle of Rheinbier and has a look at the transmission again*
"Actually, nein. Even the rest of my Sternburg Export bottles won't make you look better.
The Paderborn, you say. You know, Fräulein, the Paderborn and me have gone through hard times. This ship got me through a lot of dangerous situations. It would be a shame to hand it back to you without getting something in return."
*he drinks from his Bier for a few seconds again*
"Think of a gut price, Fräulein. You won't get the Paderborn back that easily."

Herr Hahn,
have you always shown such rude behaviour towards a woman or does this just come from the fact that you regret trying your luck outside
Republican Shipping? I actually expected some more...professional behaviour from you.
Nun, you really dare to hand over the Paderborn only for ein price?
How about this:
You make sure that our transport reaches Alster shipyard in one piece and RGS will grant you a ten-year subscription of your so-loved Sternburg beer? Verdammt, if necessary, we can enlarge it to a life-time.
Or do you prefer to receive a little bill from us that contains the actual costs for construction of the Paderborn and the necessary maintenance for all these
years?
Trust me, I will make sure that this bill exceeds your current annual wage for the next 100 years, no matter where you are employed.
Not to forget the legal fees that come along because we will make sure that RGS will be compensated regardings its property.
What do you prefer, Herr Hahn? Shall we settle this matter in civilized way or shall it be the bumpy road for you?
Consider your next words carefully.

*he opens up a bottle of Rheinbier of the brand Sternburg Export*
"It took me a bit longer to answer since I had to think about your offer. And sometimes, alcohol is just more important than women."
*He laughs for a second and then he takes a sip from his beer*
"Time to get to your offer. I'm not someone who sets up deals often, but I think I already have an idea of how to solve this. We should do this quick because Bowex wants me to deliver some... urgh... tea to Rheinland. Perfect opportunity to get rid of the dust on the Padeborn. Some credits would probably cover my need of Sternburgbier, so there's no need to set up a lifetime ration of it. Organize me a position as captain among the Republikanische Großspedition and we have a deal. I'll... promise to cease my alcohol addiction."

Herr Hahn,
so, you want to return to the Republican group? In this condition?
To be honest, I am not sure if RGS should allow ein captain to work with such alcoholic problems. On the other hand you verdammtnochmal have
the keys to a transport we want and need.
Nun gut, get the Paderborn as quickly as possible to Alster. In the meantime I will set up and adhesi...I mean working contract between you and RGS which will
put you into official command of the Paderborn for Republikanische Großspedition.
Just ein warning in advance, this working contract will pledge you to go through therapy regarding your alcohol dependency.
This is not debatable!
If you can agree to these terms, we have a deal.

*He takes a sip from his beer and puts it down on the floor, then he looks back at the camera*
I will give that therapy a try, I promise. A decade ago I have begun to tell myself to stop the next day. But believe me, the Paderborn and me already got through the most dangerous moments. We won't disappoint you. Send me any contract I need to fill out.
*For a moment, he's looking at the beer which is standing on the ground*
Oh, the Paderborn and me will arrive at Alster in a few hours. Prepare the pubs.

Herr Hahn,
news reached me, that you and the Paderborn have arrived at Alster shipyard. Though the...status of the Paderborn is outrageous.
One of the leading technicians at drydock one has forwarded to me the current damage report about our transport:
Damage report Republican vessel Paderbor Wrote:Gut day, Frau Schliewel. As requested, hier ein summary of the Paderborn's current status:
- Hull integrity below 20%, Nano repairs are on the way, but many hull plates need to be exchanged
- Backbord engine heavily damaged, current operatioal status at 36%
- Shield system damaged, several erratic malfunctions which lead to a failure of the whole shield bubble around the Paderborn
- Thruster system operational, but in ein rusty shape. This is no joke, Frau Schliewel. I still wonder how this could be achieved!
- Defense turrets 1 and 6 fully operational, turrets 2 - 4 with different grades of damage. Turret 5 suffers from energy loss.
At this moment the necessary time for the full repairs of the Paderborn can not be calculated, but from my experience the hull plating as well as engine components
need to be replaced as soon as possible, if the Paderborn shall be ready to launch into space again.
Although I am not sure if scrapping the transport and waiting for ein new built Stork would be better. That is up to you decide however.
How in hell could this happen, Herr Hahn? I want ein detailed report for the reason behind the Paderborn's status!
And while you're at it, you can think about how you want to solve this problem.
*Hahn is sitting in a bar on Alster Shipyard, he is streaming while sitting at the table.*
"...Ja, two bottles, bitte, and hurry up."
*He realizes that he accidentally hit the button to start streaming the transmission. In the same moment he turns his head to the camera.*
"Good old Schliewel again, guten tag!
I was hoping to find you around the bars of Alster, I thought sharing some beer would be a gut idea to become acquainted with each other."
*A rheinlandic woman places two bottles of beer in front of Hahn.*
"Finally. It was of time, danke. Wait, don't I get employee discount? Frau Schliewel here seems to be willing to pay for my order.
Wha-... Right, no discount. Now leave me alone, I'm talking to Schliewel. Danke."
*He opens up the bottle of beer and immediately takes a sip before talking again.*
"Nun, the Paderborn is a well known ship and it would be too bad if people learn about Repulican's former working condition. Smirnoff never paid a credit to repair the Paderborn. If RGS offers me the keys to an alternative transport I'd assist in gathering necessary goods to repair the Paderborn."
*He stops talking for a moment, taking yet another sip from his beer*
"I'm glad to be commanding the Paderborn again. Time to get rid of the dust and rust on its hull plates."
*Before the transmission ends, Hahn accidentally drops his beer and the liquid is spread all over his pants and floor, but he doesn't seem to care.*

Herr Hahn,
why am I not surprised to get some message from you which again involves alcohol?
Anyway, your little ongoing demands become annoying, at best. I suggest you make yourself usefull to RGS, and that fast.
For this, I check out hangar three on Altona. The Behemoth there is not fully equipped, but right now, I want to see if you can be productive again,
before RGS hands out any more advanced technology again.
And while you are at it, we expect you to hand in some reports about the Paderborn's repairs. I have talked with some of the engineers at Alster, they will help you
out with a repair ship and ein tech that will help you to restore the Paderborn.
