My PoB won't start repairing itself

I've recently constructed a Base for trial but it doesn' t start repairing itself.

Empty Core 1 Base
200 crew
200 Food, Oxygen, Water
700 Reinforced alloy


Anything I don't know of? Do I need Robotic Hw and Hull segments too?
Please help!

Try filling it with more Food,Oxygen,Water and Reinforced Alloy and make sure there's still 200 Crew on the base.
If enough resources are present, it should repair by itself, but only slowly. If it doesnt, try contacting an Admin via PM or ingame, if you catch one free.

If your base in bretonia, liberty or gallia space, then make sure that you use "Food Ration"
if your base in rhienland space, then use "Synth paste" as food
if your base in Kusari space then use "Kyushu rice" as food

i hope this fix the problem.

POBs can use all types of food regardless where they are built as far as I know. Just in some regions some types are not available (or at least not for good price) because they needed to be optimised from economy point of view. That´s what Xoria´s change is about. If you will deliver synth paste to base in Kusari or kyushu rice to base in Rheinland, POB will consume it.

I have Food rations. Base is in bretonia. What could be wrong?

I suggest more foods/waters/oxygen(s) or maybe RA.

short answer : not enough resources, after it gets consumed the wear & tear process(losing health) starts again

Thank you for trying to help me but I DO have enough rescources (200 crew, equal Food Oxy Water , 700 Reinforced alloy). I was following the guide precisely but the repair process never started.

You can try different repair commodity to see if it will make difference.
