Captain,
Although what you did was honourable, you violated the code of conduct and Rheinland's Legislation by venturing into Stuttgart. Conveniently, my staff aboard the Norfolk have been annoyingly untidy lately, and there are many lavatories that need to be cleaned. I will give you the honour to serve as the Norfolk's own lavatory janitor until the end of the week as punishment. Report to me when you have finished. After that, the High Command will vote whether or not to award you with the title of Star Citizen Rose or the True Bretonian award, for breaking the law in order to protect a Bretonian.
Admiral.
I am hear to report that my task, as unpleasant as it may have been, is now done.
In regards to my actions i do not deny they took place, and i fully admit to my guilt in breaking regulations. That said, if a citizen of Bretonia found themselves in a similar situation again, i would not hesitate to repeat my actions. I do, however, give you my word of Honor that i shall not go looking for such situations or opportunities.

Captain,
The Admiralty have voted against rewarding you or entitling you. Be happy that you have not caused an international incident, yet at least. And no, you will not do this again, because in that case you will clean the lavatories permanently. Except if you would prefer I cut your hands off personally, in which case you would be excused from military service.
Remain as honourable, but follow your orders, as every good soldier does. You may go back to your duty now.
