Good Morning, Interspace Commerce,
Thank you for the 3 more files for shipping manifest, but yet there are missing information that is required to be delivered. The older manifests were of total 43,355 and the ones you just sent are for 10,044 units. The grand total manifest delivered from your respected corporation is 53,399 units. I would like to remind you that the total requested amount was 70,000 units which means that there are shipping manifest for 16,601 units not delivered so far.
I would like to inform you that your respected employee who delivered the manifests for 10,000 units informed us that the contract is done, which it is not done yet since the manifest is not complete. Also your next employee who delivered 3 files of 10,044 units informed us that these are the rest of the documentation while there are documentations for 16,601 units missing. I would like to request that your respected representative collect all the shipment manifest and deliver them to us in more organized way. It is preferable that these shipping manifests delivered in one go, so we don't have to keep counting every document your employees deliver and find that there are still missing work not done.
I will wait your reply as fast as possible, because the documentation process is very important for us, and without it being done properly, then i might face some problems with my bosses. Thank you for understanding and have a good morning gentlemen.
I do think your rambling about the logistic capabilities of Interspace Commerce was both premature and false. Because Mr Longson was technically correct. At the time of his comm all the deliveries had been made, however, not fully reported to you. If you look at the time stamps of the deliveries from Mr. Yagami and the ones attached to this message, you will find that to be true.
You may criticize him for not specifically pointing to future comms. As for the nature of several comms, as we pointed out, your contracts are too small to justify rerouting, so we assigned parts of the contract to ships in the area to reduce downtime. You may just have witnessed one of the drawbacks.
Best regards
Jason Kelly

Good Afternoon, Mr Kelly,
I appreciate your direct reply to my message, you must understand that rambling have no place in our business world here at the Nebula Complex. We actually have no time for this kind of actions so rest assured that we are not doing what you think. Now let me elaborate more, The contracts with Nebula Complex are not deliveries only, but also shipping manifest is very important. I already mentioned that in every contract we decided to send your way. The issue simply is that your papers were not delivered while one of your employees says that the contract is done, and the other says that the papers are done.
We are not criticizing your work, we are not judging your acts, because we are just business-men and women seeking good business. We also have no idea how you run your business, so we intended to include our requirements in every contract between us to evade any confusion or errors. I hope that you take the situation in more easy way, and no need for the sharp tone in your transmission. We are working our best to maintain good relations with all friendly corporation to our bretonian government, and we are not seeking any conflicts at all. I hope that you understand my very peaceful intentions and friendly approach.
Thank you for the rest of the papers, i can see them on your last transmission attachment.
Until next time, and have a good afternoon Mr Kelly.
It feels like we have a very different understanding of the definition of the word “rambling”, if it is your wish we can discuss the finer details over a cup of coffee.
The very same applies to what you named a “sharp tone”. I was simply pointing out the correctness of the statement of one of my employees. That being said, I do understand that in language there is always room for missunderstanding, however precice one tries to formulate.
However, in the end, you have received all the requested materials and the paperwork attached to it. Therefore, I would consider it a job well done. If you like to reconsider Interspace Commerce in for future contracts we’ll be happy to accommodate your wishes.
Best regards
