My laptop has always been a complete and utter piece of garbage since it was given to me over a year ago. When I first got it, it didn't work. I had to fix it, and I did. First the hardware issues, then the software issues, but I couldn't fix everything. After a lengthy removal of over eight-hundred viruses from this second-hand piece of crap, it began to work well enough to run Freelancer again, so I made my return.
Since then, it slowly began to descend back in to bad shape. The fan stopped working entirely, the USB ports are shorting out. The mouse pad is unresponsive. The keyboard has several broken keys. The wifi adapter died. The net card for LAN is dying. The battery is shorting out. The OS is incorrect - The list goes on.
Today it finally decided that it will no longer run Freelancer, so now I'm bored with nothing to do but browse the forums until my GPU - the final part I need for my new PC, gets here.
Big thanks to the people who helped me out with it. Probably couldn't have done it without you.
I opened this and expected you to be pregnant then I remembered ur a mang
also at least the thing died when the other one was about finished xd
Up, up the long, delirious burning blue
I've topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace
Where never lark, or ever eagle flew —
And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.
Interesting build, though I am just slightly concerned about the choice of mobo paired with an FX chip. If you are rocking a 8xxx series, you might end up with the same issue as me. You really would need a 990FX for those things.

PSA: If you have been having stutter/FPS lag on Disco where it does not run as smoothly as other games, please look at the fix here: https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthrea...pid2306502

The only issue that arose so far is a BIOS update being required, which wasn't that big of a problem. The biggest concern I have is going to be the GPU and CPU, and how they'll get along. Nvidia and AMD.
