One could also argue about how some remains of a (small) nomad singularity cannon (still unsure how to make that work without it being integrated in the living nomad) could be turned into a massive weapon of doom, but oh welp.

Irrelevent. It's not my roleplay and there IS more to it than that.
Also, pretty sure you already mentioned on waiting for an explanation, still interested to see background concerning the Cerberus/implant story
Dear @Ryummel of course it's irrelevant. Though, I even heard it will take out Nomad's consciousness. Though, I'm not full of what new generations today call "salt" and, attempt to ruin somebody's fun.
@"Auzari" yeah, as I said, you will get your explanation. When? Well, when the time will be right for you, you'll be updated.
It's not like you can RP yourself an excuse for powergaming or metagaming so who cares if he has mind powers? Doesn't mean that he can use them against other players without their consent.
Disco is more like a comic book than a serious sci-fi universe as you have to take so much for granted while playing, might as well think of all characters as a superhero.
As long as the RP is being constructed and it doesn't affect another person's character, by deciding his fate, then there are no issues. Nobody mentioned power or meta gaming in here anyway. RP is creativity, therefore anything could exist in the limit of common sense. I've been around for a while and I've seen some weird cases myself.
PS: The thing about the implants to make it clear could go like this, make the implants origins more human-like and not involve direct K'Hara intervention or contact. Augmentations in a setting like Disco can offer a variety of "tweaks" and improvements to a human body. This is common sense as in the advanced technology that exist can be utilized for personal improvement (it's not something new). And based upon that foundation, the already existing implants could be then improved by the Nomads, since Commune has ties and links with them anyway, it is possible RP-wise. So far, being discussed, the Nomad Implants are not fantasy or impossible, but they would be better put if people would be more included in this personal evolution of the character that would affect the faction in it's plot/goals/story that will develop. I still have to wait to see what changes will be done, because with no problems, Dave Synk's logs could be modified to suit the new direction Thanks also for the criticism and input.
