I'm sending this transmission out in the hopes of reaching an Agreement for Lower docking fees for Gateway| Vessels, Your standard Fee of 50 million for 3 months is by far the best price around and under normal relations I'd pay that fee with out a problem, but as I'm sure you'd agree Gateway Shipping is on Very friendly terms with you and the complex due to our Fast and efficient completions of your contracts .

it is in light of this Friendliness that I'd like to suggest lowering the price to 40 million Credits for the 3 month docking period. This is ofcourse a Negotiaion , so if you wish to offer a diffrent price I'm all ears.
