RCMP.Kitchener has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

Exceptions to this rule are:
a) Terrorist, Nomad, Wild, Phantom ID players;
b) LSF or Liberty Navy Guard vessels operating within Zone 21 or Alaska;
c) Order Guard vessels operating within Alaska or Omicron Minor;
d) Blood Dragon Guard vessels within Chugoku;
e) Corsair Guard vessels within Omicron Gamma;
f) Outcast Guard vessels within Omicron Alpha;
g) Guard ID players in their -own- associated Guard system.
h) Special OP players within the guidelines of their approved RP.
Traders whom are attacked in these areas may be pursued and destroyed beyond them.
Consequences:
As your ship had been renamed since this was reported, the other cruiser has had all credits, cargo and guns removed. You also have 14 days off the server in which to familiarise yourself with the rules regarding attacking transports in a capital ship.

Encuse me RCMP.Kitchener was my ship but I sold it along with all other RCMP at least 2 weeks ago so why are you sanctioning [27F_Wing]Tiger1763? If you check your records you will see RCMP ships were deleted over 2 weeks ago... Yes I was sanctioned but it appears I have been sanctioned twice for the same offence committed weeks ago....once by I believe dusty lens (who gave me a piece of his mind and disagreed with me) and now by you for the same identical single offence (one sanction per offence I assume or am I going to be sanctioned again for a third time by another admin for this same offence?)...what the hell is happening
The only LABC I own was the [27F_Wing]Tiger1763 and now apparently linked to my user logon I assume? There is NO sanction report for [27_Wing]Tiger1763 which is me... I'm now forced to sell this one now for this so called sanction I know what for...
It seems LABC ship at again blamed for everything that happens so I'm made guilty. I know appeals from past experience are totally pointless. I've done nothing wrong and as you said Kitchener no longer exists.

Two sides to every story... I see you conviently forget the favours I did you that day when I defended you, I supported you that day otherwise you would have paid millions to the Navy for your first offence. I offered to quietly escort you out of liberty, you agreed, never even said thank you for supporting you, then purposely deviated in Zone 21 boarder at the NY jump hole. You knew what you were doing and why and when your plan didn't work you crawl to admin...
Basically you made a jack ass of me in front of the fleet after about 4-6 ships told you to stop. I aimed a warning cross your bows but you turned into the line of fire and they struck you.
You had no regrets at making a fool out of me so why should the reverse apply... I didn't lay the law down but you did quoting rules and what admin would do.... Dancing Lady thats admins job not your!!
Anyway whats done is done...as I said appeals are a waste of time!!

I only suggested you to get a good hold of the rules, and go read them, especially the one concerning capital ships and transports.

I didn't ''bend'' any server rules, I simply refused to follow a military order. Slight difference, but anyway...
