Ok, guys Turning this into some holy crusade, is, well creepy and pointless, and if im not mistaken this situation goes on other games and or servers, so that fact your spreading it here annoys the hell out of me.

We defenately would have kept it from here. You know personally that I have been here a LONG time and have contributed alot of my time to it. I'm even making new systems (which are coming along nicely, would like a dealine though...) for it. CUFF on the other hand came to this server specifically because they found that we had a division here through use of our own forums. They have done nothing but disobey rules (Cr. shield on GB...) and exploit everything they can (tizzy turrets/BS shield on cruiser [which is now illegal i guess]) instead of do what they can to make the server a better place. They came for no other reason then to try to push WA out. Then I would guess they would just leave.

Kinda pointless from what i've seen.

Even if they somehow managed to get you out (As likely as snowball surviving a blow-torch, I know), all you guys would do is wait untill they were gone. At least, that's what I would do.

What seems more likely is they will continue this propoganda campaign in a vain attempt to annoy you further. Never actually fight, but just be annoying ('Cause that's all i've seen them do so far).

Yep it sure is f'ed up wat i think CUFF should do is have Igiss make them official (if they havent already) pick a system and ask igiss if it can be there home system (you dont have to do but i always think its better) and then we can have arranged matches for surrounding systems and then, if one side manages to take control of all surrounding systems then their could be a home system battle and the winners of the war would be the ones who capture the enimies home system. All matches would be arranged on the server and the rules of engagement would be here so that everyone can see and there will be nobody saying that they didnt know the rules. We would also have an independant person watching the fight to ensure no cheating. its only a suggestion but what do ya think guys?

Why oh why is this post still in this forum? Hasn't it turned into FLOOD quite some time ago? I can go back...through all FIFTEEN pages and find most of this off topic and pure spam! The topic seems to have come to a conclusion on page, oh I don't know..SEVEN (I'll have to go and research that but I think I've made my point) This is basically on the front page of Discovery and not something you want others to see and think your whole community is like this. Kane said it best with comparing this to a cancer.

I have to agree with Caylith, if i was comeing here for the first time (yes i can look at it from an outside perspective) i would be seriously considering stop playing on the disco server if i was going to meet these kind of people on the server.

If im to play a game, its for the reason of liveing another life from my characters point of view and forgetting all my worries in the real world for a few hours, not to come on here and find i would have even more worries to deal with.

AGAIN i call for all parties involved to stop this stupidity and start anew, all past grudges forgiven and play this game the way it was intended to be played, a fair and fun way.

My lady Caylith, I feel deeply sorry for opening the topic in the first place and the spam that caused it! Even more because of the sour taste it leaves in your mouth.
It was my intention to uncover the shady plans of the CUFF clan with the blasphemous exploits that they've found. I was concerned for the community and what may have been brought by the further use of the exploit against other members, and I've seen it was used even after the creation of this post (I've seen it being used even yesterday) which proves the CUFF's disregard for Discovery, contrary to their official saying that they're here to play. If I were new and came here just to play, I wouldn't start a flame war on the forums with false propaganda and futile attempts to seed discord into the community.
As I said earlier, further provocations will be ignored. I recommend the CUFF, if it is true that they're so well organised and powerfull and have so many members and are not cheaters, that they make themselves an official faction on this server and declare war. We'll have organised battles with someone neutral to watch over and make sure everything is proper set up and such.
Anyway, the topic reached the conclusion in the first few pages and even that with a lot of spam from the all sides. I will just bring to attention who was it that started the spam and used what kind of language. This is really a disgrace for the community so, I second the motion to move it to Flood.
