It appears plenty of things happened in the past few days, weeks, as well as there are still a few rewards to be handed out. Let's get started.
First of all, I want to congratulate to Sergent Savoie et Caporals Charron et Maginot, as well as thank them their contribution during last week. Their participation in the Tau blockade alongside our allies in both the IMG et the CR helped strenghtening our relations with them, weakening both the military et the economy of the Maltese et acquiring useful information on both potential Bretonian-Maltese relations as well as latest Maltese technological advancements related to light arms. The five thousand crates of Maltese weaponry has been successfully transfered from Freeport 6 to Roussillon just in time, which brings me to my next news to announce.
Likely most of you have already noticed it during last week, so it'll be new information only to those who haven't yet. Exceptionally strong ion bursts tend to reach Sirius from time to time, rearranging jumphole connections on occasion. This time it affected Roussillon quite seriously, apparently our system has travelled enough on a galactic scale to weaken previous jumphole connections and warrant for the estabilishment of newer, stronger ones. Because of this the latest ion storm changed the starscape the following way:
● The eastern jumphole previously connecting to Baffin now connects to Tau-29. ● The northern jumphole previously connecting to Tau-29 now connects to Tunisia (Orkney). ● The south-western jumphole previously connecting to Newcastle now connects to Tau-31.
While these reconnections drove us further from our Tau allies, like the Crayter Republic or the Temporarily Autonomous Zoners, they also brought us closer to the southern entrance of Gallia as well as to the main supply lines of the GRN, providing us plenty of opportunities for weakening the conquest even further. Stay tuned for updates on future targets of opportunity, but for now let's deal with due rewards.
Sergent Savoie, your efforts at keeping Roussillon safe et secure, the help you've provided in the completion of the Auxesia contract et your participation in countering the latest increase in Maltese traffic in the Tau Region are greatly appreciated et of course honored appropriately. Bonus payment for the two encounters et for the delivery of materials has been sent to the following account: [C]-Etienne.Savoie. Evidence is attached at the end of this transmission. Thank you for your contribution.
Caporals Charron et Maginot, The Council is utmost thankful for your participation in the recent Tau Blockade alongside our allies, et impressed at the destruction of the reported Storta-class Destroyers. Bonus payments for the destruction of said ships has been sent to the following accounts: [C]-Louis:Charron, [C]-DaMage.. Evidences are attached at the end of this transmission. Thank you for your contribution.

Kon'nichiwa,
Sergent Mia Mori from The Council Foreign Brigades is reporting in.
I would love to announce I am back from the short "vacation" in Sigma sectors. Yesterday I flew from Roussillon and Tau sectors (29, 31, 23) to Languedoc system. Now I am ready to fight and assist our allies with Languedoc operation.
However, it seems Planet Harris has been captured by Gallic forces. EFL Oil and Machinery is maintaining planet Harris right now with assistance of Dax, Conquérant class battleship. I was engaged by Obstinate class Battlecruiser, however he miserably failed, thinking he would get my Stellion.
Sergent Mia Mori from The Council Foreign Brigades is reporting in.
Today I began my patrol in Orkney, passing through Languedoc, 23rd, 31st, 29th, 37th Tau systems and finished it in Nagano where I found something strange on Planet Tomioka.
I met Blood Dragons and Samuran transport in the atmosphere of planet Tomioka, later though I managed to find a Blood Dragon Outpost located on planet itself. I've already uploaded stuff through De Grasse network, including some info about Blood Dragon Fighter weapons called "Gendaito", "Daito", "Tanto", Gunboat Turrets called "Chigiriki", Gunboat Forward Gun called "Kanabo" and Gunboat Missile Turret called "Dragonfly".
That's all for now, I hope the High Command will pay attention to this message because this battlefield is way too close to our home.

Bonsoir,
In order to keep our databases up to date, Caporal Holdan & myself set out from Planet Toulouse to Limoux Base in the Languedoc system. It was more of a "updating the archives task" so to speak rather than an intelligence mission, nevertheless we maintained a low profile as expected. We set an RV point in the Westray Asteroid Field and began our mission.
A detailed report can be found below. It was decided that in order to complete this mission efficiently sectors 1-4 and 5-8 were divided between us. The following are
from sectors 1-4:
Name:Sergent Etienne Savoie Subject:Reporting success - Counting the Stars (Languedoc System, sectors 1-4, A-H) Content: Beginning from the northen sectors and working my way south, is the Lozere Asteroid Field. It spans from sectors 1,2,3/E,F,G.Within the field are Narbonne Base belonging to the Brigands in sector 2E, with the GRN operating base, Battleship Montmorency in sector 2G guarding the Dauphine gate nearby.
Sujet: _________Mission Report: Counting the Stars - Languedoc SystemTransmission entrée...
Greetings,
As we need to keep our databases up to date, Sergeant Savoie and i were headed to Languedoc system. To have the system covered easier, we split it to sectors 1-4 and 5-8. A detailed report can be seen below containing data from sectors 5-8/A-H
Name: Caporal John Holdan
Subject: Counting the Stars - Success
Content: Beginning from Limoux Base(7D/E), going to northwest first, saw the connection to Provence(6-7/C-D). Which is right next to wreck of Pelican. All of them in Herault Ice Asteroid Field. Moving further, Planet Quillian(6C) and lanes going to Nimes Station(5/6F), can be seen. GRP still maintaining control at Quillian, couldnt get guncams up close. As there is only empty space at western parts, i moved to eastern part of my operation zone. There, Montpellier Guard Station(6F) and the minefield awaits us, as well as Jump Hole leading Orkney(6/7F). Moving up from there, the Jump Gate to Tau-23(7-8/G-H) and an uninhabitated planet, Sete(5G) takes place. Right next to the planet, Lodeve Space Port under GMS control caught by sensors.
Guncams of respective objects can be found in complete report.

Sujet:_________Pursuit of GRN transport Transmission entrée...
Bonjour.
Pardon for le delay. Mon vessel has been heavily miscalibrated after our lastest sortie but heavy ionization levels, et retrieving data from it required some work.
So as you may know thanks to le royalist's propaganda machine, I've been involved in intercepting a GRN transport carrying casualties from the Taus.
Obviously, they twisted the truth to fit their own needs.
The vessel in question was carrying 1000 people aboard displaying as casualties, but also a complement of 25 royal marines aboard.
The transport claimed to be an ambulance, but the presence of those armed personnel raised alarm in both me and le pilot of Bombardier 1. Recognizing the threat these highly trained potential murderers could pose in the future with the many deaths to both les free gallic people and sirian innocents, we requested the ship to surrender those troopers. However, the vessel's captain refused at first, claiming they would stop "Council terrorists and maquis from boarding the vessel." This is false as you'd know, if le vessel did not carry this cargo we we'd have let it through, and maquis... they would just have blown up the ship as soon as they saw it's tag.
We kept attempting to reason with the transport, requesting it to drop the marines for us to fetch or hand over the casualties for pick up and more timely treatment. but it stubbornly refused to comply, stalling our attempts to reach an agreement for the sake of keeping these armed personnel, causing the wounded passengers to go untreated and several to perish on board. Obviously, the stance the captain took put more lives at risk, so I activated mon ballista cannon as a last resort and announced intend to use it, should she keep stalling the situation and cause more deaths.
Seeing the situation's lack of progress, we lowered the demand to half of the marines in hopes that we'd manage to lower the threat somewhat, but she only launched six off. I picked them up, then the situation went back to stalling. Eventually, she decided to attempt to escape with the rest of the marines. Bombardier 1 and me gave pursuit, firing cruise disruptors to avoid their escape into the royalists' stronghold in Burgundy while a friendly transport was en route. Mon ship was heavily ionized, however, et I couldn't keep up with the ensuing combat. I had set course to Macon base in an attempt to recover from the severe ionization, but mes systems went offline et the autopilot flied the ship all the way back to the last recorded docking stop with offline controls: Freeport 10 in Tau 37.
I had lost contact with the bombardier and the transport, but the six marines were still in ma possesion, so I flied straight back to Roussillon.
Here are the logs of our entire encounter with the royalist vessel, the parts involving combat might be highly scrambled due to the high ionization levels, however.
[19.11.2016 20:57:39] [C]-Bombardier.01: Enjoying the sight.
[19.11.2016 20:57:52] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: It must be a very nice sight, hiding in the trade lane.
[19.11.2016 20:57:57] [C]-Louis:Charron: Bonsoir, camerad-.... oh
[19.11.2016 20:58:05] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: More of them...
[19.11.2016 20:58:05] [C]-Bombardier.01: It is.
[19.11.2016 20:58:21] [C]-Louis:Charron: The royalists finally exist in the land they're supposed to come from?
[19.11.2016 20:58:25] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: *the tone of the pilot changed into a more "official" one*
[19.11.2016 20:58:37] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: *krhm* Move along, terrorists. This is a casualty transport.
[19.11.2016 20:58:40] [C]-Bombardier.01: Perhaps they are running home scared from Bretonia.
[19.11.2016 20:59:17] [C]-Louis:Charron: It's carrying a lot of wounded personnel, or so it appears
[19.11.2016 20:59:29] [C]-Louis:Charron: Triage identifiers on the scan manifest
[19.11.2016 21:00:11] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: This ship will be on its way.
[19.11.2016 21:00:23] [C]-Louis:Charron: But also carrying armed personnel
[19.11.2016 21:00:41] [C]-Louis:Charron: Which we have a problem with
[19.11.2016 21:00:57] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Your interruptions will cost lives.
[19.11.2016 21:01:04] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Is that really what you want, terrorist?
[19.11.2016 21:01:04] [C]-Louis:Charron: Your stalling will too
[19.11.2016 21:01:23] [C]-Louis:Charron: Surrender them ASAP then
[19.11.2016 21:01:31] [C]-Bombardier.01: To show you how generous we are to the people of Gallia and how much we care of the wounded
[19.11.2016 21:01:43] [C]-Bombardier.01: We let you carry those to the nearest hospital.
[19.11.2016 21:01:50] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: You two speak different tales.
[19.11.2016 21:01:52] [C]-Bombardier.01: Without those marines on board of course.
[19.11.2016 21:02:07] [C]-Louis:Charron: Hurry up now, the wounded are understandable, but those marines are still a threat
[19.11.2016 21:02:07] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: So it is another slaughter, similar to that of Gap Station, is what you're desiring?
[19.11.2016 21:02:20] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: They are there to make sure terrorists like you do not board the ship and leave alive.
[19.11.2016 21:02:23] [C]-Louis:Charron: If you don't move them, we will
[19.11.2016 21:02:30] [C]-Bombardier.01: The surrender of the tyrants and oligarchs is what we desire.
[19.11.2016 21:03:01] [C]-Louis:Charron: If I lose a signature of another wounded man in there, I'm bursting them out of that ship and actually getting them to help
[19.11.2016 21:03:07] [C]-Bombardier.01: You can make sure we won't board your ship by not giving us a reason to and voluntarily handing over those marines.
[19.11.2016 21:03:23] [C]-Louis:Charron: You're stalling too much with that speech if you really cared about it
[19.11.2016 21:03:33] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Are you suggesting that you'll willingly be boarded by marines? How surprising.
[19.11.2016 21:03:45] [C]-Bombardier.01: Boarded? Not at all.
[19.11.2016 21:04:10] [C]-Bombardier.01: That would imply they join our cargo holds fully capable of lethal actions.
[19.11.2016 21:04:15] [C]-Bombardier.01: That is not going to be the case.
[19.11.2016 21:04:39] [C]-Louis:Charron: They're still not releasing the marines!
[19.11.2016 21:04:41] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: This transport is chartered by a noble herself to send war victims to appropriate medical institutions.
[19.11.2016 21:04:52] [C]-Louis:Charron: Then drop them and move on already!
[19.11.2016 21:04:52] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: We are not here to argue with terrorists, especially with lives at stake.
[19.11.2016 21:05:12] [C]-Louis:Charron: Sacreble- is that so hard for you to do?
[19.11.2016 21:05:21] [C]-Bombardier.01: We aren't here to argue either, but to take those two dozen marines. The sooner that happens, the sooner the wounded get their
[19.11.2016 21:05:23] [C]-Bombardier.01: treatment
[19.11.2016 21:05:26] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Ridding ourselves of our guards? You're insane.
[19.11.2016 21:05:35] [C]-Louis:Charron: You have wounded, those are marines, your primary purpose is saving lives? then prove it!
[19.11.2016 21:05:54] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: I've told you once, and I'll tell it to you again: they are here to protect the personnel and casualties on board.
[19.11.2016 21:06:01] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: From people like you and the Maquis.
[19.11.2016 21:06:22] [C]-Bombardier.01: Do you want us to escort you to Gap to make sure you won't get hurt on the way without your marines?
[19.11.2016 21:06:22] [C]-Louis:Charron: Sure, we want to hurt the wounded so bad, right?
[19.11.2016 21:06:53] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: It would seem so. Do you know the history of the station this lane leads to?
[19.11.2016 21:06:59] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: You will be willing to repeat history.
[19.11.2016 21:07:22] [C]-Louis:Charron: We know it already, but we know more than that as well
[19.11.2016 21:07:28] [C]-Louis:Charron: A LOT more than you seem willing to know
[19.11.2016 21:07:30] [C]-Bombardier.01: Which version of history do you speak of? How it happened or how you tyrants want to tell it?
[19.11.2016 21:07:42] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: The one that is evident.
[19.11.2016 21:08:03] [C]-Louis:Charron: But does that matter anyways?! Drop them already! Those wounded men aren't going to last long in there with you stalling
[19.11.2016 21:08:08] [C]-Bombardier.01: What is evident is that your kind wants to bend truth in your own favor.
[19.11.2016 21:08:08] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: The station was assaulted and the Council attempted to depressurize the station to kill all of the civilian-
[19.11.2016 21:08:16] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: -population in exchange for the lives of a few.
[19.11.2016 21:08:28] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Now you're doing the same. Threatening a casualty transport.
[19.11.2016 21:08:28] [C]-Bombardier.01: What is evident is that your kind likes to argue about pointless things instead of complying.
[19.11.2016 21:08:36] [C]-Bombardier.01: While lives are at stake.
[19.11.2016 21:08:46] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: The lives are at stake because it is -you- who are holding guns against them.
[19.11.2016 21:09:09] [C]-Louis:Charron: You're not even doing your job anymore!
[19.11.2016 21:09:10] [C]-Bombardier.01: And all you have to do is hand over those marines to get us off of your backs.
[19.11.2016 21:09:24] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: So that this ship can be boarded? Non, monsieur.
[19.11.2016 21:09:36] [C]-Louis:Charron: ;mmmmmmm
[19.11.2016 21:09:39] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: We believe the lives of everyone onboard are more important.
[19.11.2016 21:09:50] [C]-Louis:Charron: So do we, more than you it seems
[19.11.2016 21:10:00] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Then you will let us proceed without further delay.
[19.11.2016 21:10:11] [C]-Louis:Charron: Because those marines will kills a LOT more
[19.11.2016 21:10:16] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: They are guards.
[19.11.2016 21:10:21] [C]-Bombardier.01: Let's find a compromise in order to ease the stalemate.
[19.11.2016 21:10:23] [C]-Louis:Charron: For how long?
[19.11.2016 21:10:37] [C]-Bombardier.01: Give us a dozen.
[19.11.2016 21:10:54] [C]-Bombardier.01: Then keep the rest to protect the wounded.
[19.11.2016 21:10:57] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: We are not going to relinquish our guards, I've said it once and I've said it again. They are too important.
[19.11.2016 21:11:04] [C]-Louis:Charron: More than the wounded?
[19.11.2016 21:11:24] [C]-Bombardier.01: I see you are not up for middle grounds. Would you risk a thousand lives because of your stubbornness?
[19.11.2016 21:11:37] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Imagine the headlines. "Council strikes a transport carrying the civilian wounded!"
[19.11.2016 21:11:43] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Do you want your organization to suffer that much?
[19.11.2016 21:12:09] [C]-Bombardier.01: Don't think you are the only ones good at propaganda, even if you are the only ones to bend truth in your favor.
[19.11.2016 21:12:23] [C]-Bombardier.01: Your stubbornness is noted.
[19.11.2016 21:12:35] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Do not start speaking about propoganda, when you are the ones holding up lives.
[19.11.2016 21:12:47] [C]-Bombardier.01: I offered a compromise.
[19.11.2016 21:12:56] [C]-Bombardier.01: I offered lowering our demands so we can proceed.
[19.11.2016 21:13:03] [C]-Louis:Charron: We're holding up potential murderers you're hidding inside an ambulance
[19.11.2016 21:13:05] [C]-Bombardier.01: You still deny.
[19.11.2016 21:13:24] [C]-Louis:Charron: Grrr they're still stalling even with that!
[19.11.2016 21:13:33] [C]-Bombardier.01: You are the only stubborn one in this bargain and yet we are holding up lives?
[19.11.2016 21:13:34] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Unbelievable. Mon dieu, do you have no sense?!
[19.11.2016 21:13:45] [C]-Bombardier.01: Look into a mirror before accusing.
[19.11.2016 21:14:18] [C]-Bombardier.01: And now, hand over six marines to me and six to Charron.
[19.11.2016 21:14:27] [C]-Louis:Charron: No sense?! We're not holding back a thousand wounded for a bunch of aggressors
[19.11.2016 21:14:36] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: *a barely hearable voice is heard talking to the pilot* "When will we finally move?! I've important business to attend!"
[19.11.2016 21:14:58] [C]-Louis:Charron: You already know when it's what we've been telling you for the last 10 minutes!
[19.11.2016 21:15:08] [C]-Louis:Charron: Another casualty down
[19.11.2016 21:15:17] [C]-Louis:Charron: ... I lost the signature
[19.11.2016 21:15:22] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: I don't believe this...
[19.11.2016 21:15:26] [C]-Bombardier.01: The more we wait the more blood will stain your hands.
[19.11.2016 21:15:42] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: You are the ones who have managed to kill two people!
[19.11.2016 21:15:49] [C]-Louis:Charron: Us?!
[19.11.2016 21:15:52] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Oui!
[19.11.2016 21:15:55] [C]-Bombardier.01: I did not fire a single salvo yet, I don't know what you are talking about.
[19.11.2016 21:16:16] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Now let us go. Unless you'd rather endanger an entire thousand. I wouldn't be surprised...
[19.11.2016 21:16:30] [C]-Louis:Charron: Non, we haven't even shot, nor have we held back several wounded for a bunch of potential war criminals
[19.11.2016 21:16:38] [C]-Bombardier.01: Six Marines into my hold, six into his. Unarmed, in pods closed tightly.
[19.11.2016 21:16:43] [C]-Louis:Charron: Nor calling it insane for no reason
[19.11.2016 21:16:44] [C]-Bombardier.01: It's very very simple.
[19.11.2016 21:17:13] [C]-Bombardier.01: So?
[19.11.2016 21:17:21] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: *the channel disappears for a moment, then returns*
[19.11.2016 21:17:30] [C]-Louis:Charron: Now hurry up and quit arguing. Drop the marines, or we'll take it from here, since you seem to not care about it
[19.11.2016 21:17:30] [C]-Bombardier.01: Will you comply or are you waiting for the next one to die?
[19.11.2016 21:17:47] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: *The CO sighs* Very well. The duche- they've agreed to save the people.
[19.11.2016 21:18:01] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Expect to see yourselves in the headlines.
[19.11.2016 21:18:06] [C]-Bombardier.01: Good. It appears there are still some sensible people among the nobility.
[19.11.2016 21:18:18] [C]-Louis:Charron: Sacrebleu, finally started to do the right thing!
[19.11.2016 21:18:25] [C]-Bombardier.01: Headlines are always full of us even if we just lift an arm.
[19.11.2016 21:18:46] [C]-Bombardier.01: It's always convenient to heat up the people against a common enemy.
[19.11.2016 21:18:49] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: That will be six of the volunteers. There were no more.
[19.11.2016 21:19:13] [C]-Louis:Charron: They gave six
[19.11.2016 21:19:16] [C]-Bombardier.01: Well, it's still half of the demand.
[19.11.2016 21:19:19] [C]-Louis:Charron: Take it now?
[19.11.2016 21:19:47] [C]-Louis:Charron: It's half, better than nothing.... what about the other six, Bombardier?
[19.11.2016 21:20:10] [C]-Bombardier.01: Better than nothing? Don't forget we asked for all of them in the first place.
[19.11.2016 21:20:37] [C]-Bombardier.01: We took the courtesy to amen our bargain to find a common ground, it would be quite rude for them not to comply now.
[19.11.2016 21:21:03] [C]-Louis:Charron: I worry they'll stall yet again and risk another life, however
[19.11.2016 21:21:22] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: You've gotten your people for your bloodthirsty lusts.
[19.11.2016 21:21:26] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Save the rest.
[19.11.2016 21:21:30] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Do the correct choice.
[19.11.2016 21:21:45] [C]-Bombardier.01: Six. Marines. Unarmed. Into my hold. S'il vous plait.
[19.11.2016 21:21:57] [C]-Bombardier.01: And you can go once the transfer is done.
[19.11.2016 21:22:27] [C]-Bombardier.01: Make your choice fast, remember, lives are at stake, I wouldn't risk more dying if I were you...
[19.11.2016 21:22:40] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: We have no one who is willing to surrender themselves for death, especially to terrorists.
[19.11.2016 21:22:45] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: No one left.
[19.11.2016 21:22:55] [C]-Louis:Charron: To death? What?
[19.11.2016 21:23:09] [C]-Louis:Charron: Sacrebleu, what did you tell them would happen to them?
[19.11.2016 21:23:09] [C]-Bombardier.01: I can't remember asking for volunteers. Nor for sacrificial lambs either.
[19.11.2016 21:23:12] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: It's quite clear what you intend to do with the people you're asking for.
[19.11.2016 21:23:26] [C]-Bombardier.01: Oh, the common brainwash.
[19.11.2016 21:23:36] [C]-Louis:Charron: Seems so....
[19.11.2016 21:23:48] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: The brainwash? Is that what you tell to people when they know who you truly are?
[19.11.2016 21:23:53] [C]-Bombardier.01: I wonder how it'll look like in the headlines, though, "Royalists risked thousands to save six"...
[19.11.2016 21:24:17] [C]-Louis:Charron: No, that's what we tell to people who are wrong about knowing who we are
[19.11.2016 21:24:21] [C]-Bombardier.01: Who we truly are never really concerned any royalists or noblemen.
[19.11.2016 21:24:39] [C]-Bombardier.01: It was always more convenient to brand us as the merciless terrorists you scare people with.
[19.11.2016 21:25:01] [C]-Louis:Charron: Regardless, you're still stalling, drop them now!
[19.11.2016 21:25:23] [C]-Bombardier.01: Although if we really go that way it wouldn't hurt our public image any more, would it?
[19.11.2016 21:25:41] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Mon dieu, now you've done i- *the voice quickly changes into the same female that was heard speaking before*
[19.11.2016 21:25:52] [C]-Louis:Charron: Besides, how would it look on the news for you?
[19.11.2016 21:25:56] [C]-Bombardier.01: To think about it more, it's not even in your interest to make us look like any better.
[19.11.2016 21:26:01] [C]-Louis:Charron: Once the truth comes out?
[19.11.2016 21:26:02] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Terrorists! This ship -will- be moving forward! We've lost enough lives because of you!
[19.11.2016 21:26:06] [C]-Bombardier.01: Rather risking the thousand than make us appear merciful.
[19.11.2016 21:26:15] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: No more delay!
[19.11.2016 21:26:29] [C]-Louis:Charron: She's not dropping them, it seems
[19.11.2016 21:26:41] [C]-Bombardier.01: Hand over six marines then.
[19.11.2016 21:26:45] [C]-Bombardier.01: And you may go.
[19.11.2016 21:26:57] [C]-Bombardier.01: Wherever it pleases you.
[19.11.2016 21:27:01] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: Officer, move forward. If the Council thinks they want to kill an entire thousand just for six people, let them.
[19.11.2016 21:27:05] [C]-Louis:Charron: What?
[19.11.2016 21:27:13] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Oui..
[19.11.2016 21:27:36] [C]-Louis:Charron: Hit the lane!
[19.11.2016 21:27:46] [C]-Bombardier.01: We aren't done yet.
[19.11.2016 21:28:04] [C]-Louis:Charron: Those marines will slaughter hundreds if not thousands if they are allowed to go through
[19.11.2016 21:28:14] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: It's as true as they've said - you're as good as pirates!
[19.11.2016 21:28:26] [C]-Bombardier.01: We are better, to be honest.
[19.11.2016 21:28:33] [C]-Louis:Charron: As good? We've not fired on you yet!
[19.11.2016 21:28:55] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: You're firing cruise disruptors.
[19.11.2016 21:29:09] [C]-Bombardier.01: And you are fleeing without fully complying.
[19.11.2016 21:29:13] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: Another life signal lost. This is bad.
[19.11.2016 21:29:45] [C]-Bombardier.01: Bad for whoever loses the propaganda battle over it, I guess. Obviously that's what you'll try to do next, don't you?
[19.11.2016 21:29:51] [C]-Louis:Charron: Yeah it's bad already that you believe a bunch of guards, clearly trained for slaughtering anyone who does not follow-
[19.11.2016 21:30:01] [C]-Louis:Charron: the desire of a madman!
[19.11.2016 21:30:15] [C]-Bombardier.01: Sadly the real losers of this struggle are the ones in your hold.
[19.11.2016 21:30:46] [C]-Louis:Charron: I think they will
[19.11.2016 21:30:52] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: I've already told you terrorists. Shoot this ship and you will endanger an entire thousand of innocent civilians-
[19.11.2016 21:30:54] [C]-Louis:Charron: They most likely will
[19.11.2016 21:31:03] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: -for killing off a few of what you find "dangerous".
[19.11.2016 21:31:14] [C]-Louis:Charron: Who even said we would kill?!
[19.11.2016 21:31:24] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: The guns that you are threatening with!
[19.11.2016 21:31:49] [C]-Louis:Charron: That haven't fired a single shot at you!
[19.11.2016 21:32:10] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: Yet you've taken the lives of nine already!
[19.11.2016 21:32:37] [C]-Louis:Charron: We've captured six, YOU killed three!
[19.11.2016 21:32:38] [C]-Bombardier.01: Gap station is apparently quite mad right now.
[19.11.2016 21:32:55] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: It naturally will be, after what you've done to the station!
[19.11.2016 21:33:58] [C]-Louis:Charron: And what have you done to pretty much everyone else?
[19.11.2016 21:34:09] [C]-Louis:Charron: Look at Leeds, at Languedoc, there's a reason a whole system opposes you
[19.11.2016 21:34:12] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: I am here ordering my pilots to save lives, and you're here threatening and preventing it!
[19.11.2016 21:34:34] [C]-Louis:Charron: We are here trying to save those lives and MORE than you seem to care about
[19.11.2016 21:34:36] [C]-Bombardier.01: Your stubbornness prevents it to happen in the first place.
[19.11.2016 21:34:47] [C]-Bombardier.01: Give us six marines and you are free to go.
[19.11.2016 21:34:57] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: -THIS- is your image of saving lives?!
[19.11.2016 21:35:19] [C]-Bombardier.01: I guess.
[19.11.2016 21:35:24] [C]-Louis:Charron: We're holding guns that aren't even shooting at you, you're holding guns that tomorrow would take more lives than those-
[19.11.2016 21:35:29] [C]-Louis:Charron: You claim to want to save!
[19.11.2016 21:35:38] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: What sort of nonsense is this?!
[19.11.2016 21:35:46] [C]-Bombardier.01: I mean, we could go deep into morals and have hours of discussions of what is right and wrong.
[19.11.2016 21:35:55] [C]-Louis:Charron: Or what? They're just going to remain guards? Pretty sure the shift rotation doesn't work like that
[19.11.2016 21:36:07] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: They're my personal guard, you idiots!
[19.11.2016 21:36:24] [C]-Bombardier.01: We could discuss thoroughly that how much lives could be saved by letting your blindfolded royalists die.
[19.11.2016 21:37:02] [C]-Bombardier.01: Well, if they are your personal guards, why would we believe the wounded would be any less safe without them?
[19.11.2016 21:37:18] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: For the exact reason I see ships outside my window!
[19.11.2016 21:37:38] [C]-Bombardier.01: How are they defending you from ships you see outside the window?
[19.11.2016 21:38:01] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: So they won't get ideas to board and capture the ship or me, you brainwashed..
[19.11.2016 21:38:08] [C]-Bombardier.01: Right now all I can see defending you is that you have a lot of wounded on board and that we aren't Brigands or Maquis.
[19.11.2016 21:38:31] [C]-Bombardier.01: Should we be either of those, you'd been toast before passing Gap, you can bet on that one.
[19.11.2016 21:38:32] [C]-Louis:Charron: Capture an ambulance? What for?
[19.11.2016 21:38:52] [C]-Louis:Charron: The only thing that attracted us was the fact you're even carrying those marines!
[19.11.2016 21:38:54] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: It seems they don't even get the hint.
[19.11.2016 21:39:21] [C]-Louis:Charron: Otherwise, you wouldn't have even had to go through this whole mess!
[19.11.2016 21:39:32] [C]-Louis:Charron: Or rather, WANTED to go through this whole mess
[19.11.2016 21:39:54] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: The only thing we wanted to do is save lives. What you're directly preventing.
[19.11.2016 21:40:57] [C]-Louis:Charron: Did you?
[19.11.2016 21:41:28] [C]-Louis:Charron: Look at your own cargo manifest
[19.11.2016 21:41:28] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: Why else would this transport be filled with casualties?!
[19.11.2016 21:41:32] [C]-Bombardier.01: Human shield?
[19.11.2016 21:41:33] [C]-Louis:Charron: There's still 19 of those murderers on it!
[19.11.2016 21:41:57] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: They really -are- as brainwashed as they say. I think we should hurry.
[19.11.2016 21:41:58] [C]-Bombardier.01: Oh wait, by using innocents to save you from us would mean you would admit we aren't the terrorists you told people we are.
[19.11.2016 21:43:15] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: Claire: Just fly away.
[19.11.2016 21:43:51] [C]-Bombardier.01: Alright, my patience has eventually a limit.
[19.11.2016 21:44:03] [C]-Louis:Charron: She's still stalling those wounded....
[19.11.2016 21:44:04] [C]-Bombardier.01: If you aren't hading them over, we'll take them by force.
[19.11.2016 21:44:15] GRN|Claire.DeFrance: CO: They're firing on the transport!
[19.11.2016 21:44:19] [C]-Louis:Charron: Despiste the marines not being in danger
[19.11.2016 21:44:27] [C]-Louis:Charron: alright, last resort!
[19.11.2016 21:44:28] [C]-Louis:Charron: Locking on!
As vouz pouvez see, the severity of brainwashing on the GRN's forces has made them unable to even measure the value of lives. The marines I managed to pick up are currently on Battleship Pamiers, held as prisoners of war rather than dead as she apparently believed.
The situation could have gone a lot better, I believe. I hope mon report helps clarify the situation et can help show the truth about the actual events that transcurred.

After two months of hiatus keeping me away from this channel I brought plenty of news et other things. The reason of my absence will be explained later, now allow me to start with things long overdue.
I'd like to thank Sergent Mori for her findings in Nagano, et l'information about Blood Dragon technology. The idea to catalogue foreign technology in our database as well is now on our list of things to do, once the development of the database reaches that point the High Command will appreciate any effort spent to find out more details about unknown technology, et of course reward such appropriately.
However, the conflict between the Blood Dragons et their foes on Tomioka lies out of the way of our refugee smuggling routes, et appear less important or threatening to us than anticipated at first. Unless it can somehow be advantageous to us, intervention is not an option there.
Sergent Savoie et Caporal Holdan, the efforts of you two spent on discovering et documenting entities of interest within the Languedoc system in order to bring our database further towards completion et being up to date is most appreciated, et albeit lately, rewarded duly. Bonus payments for twelve et seven entries has been sent to the following accounts: [C]-Etienne.Savoie et [C]-John.Holdan, respectively. Evidence is attached at the end of this transmission. Thank you for your contribution.
The incident regarding the alleged ambulance vessel is a complex one for sure. It is disgusting to see for what the Crown uses victims of their pointless crusade now, but taking on that vessel with such a small task force in hostile territory was also a quite risky move. The situation looked bad enough even for some bad propaganda against us by the Crown, which took considerable amount of effort to counter, despite that I do not want to call out Sergent Savoie or Caporals Charron or Maginot for that, just urge you all to be more careful about such events.
Now that I'm done addressing past events, I'll move on to current et future subjects. The previous occasions were likely the last one to address Messieurs Savoie et Charron as Sergent et Caporal, respectively. What you likely don't know (except for those who do), is that these two people helped me et the High Command greatly behind the scenes. Due to their exceptional assistance of our movement they have earned their place within the HC. Hereby Monsieur Savoie is promoted to the rank of Colonel, now as the Chef de Groupement tactique Champenoise, et Monsieur Charron is promoted to the rank of Commandant, to be promoted to Commandant-Chef once he decides which department he intends to lead in case he is willing to take the extra responsibility coming with such positions. Congratulations to both of you, Messieurs.
After addressing these points it's time to explain myself. During the last two months most of my time were spent with organizing the preparations for a massive assault on the remaining GRN forces et garrisons within the Tau-44 system, together with our Crayterian allies. The recent split among their ranks made things difficult, et while I'd rather not dive into internal matters of our allies, the more I know the more questions arise about which one to trust more, one thing is evidently clear: all of us want the GRN out of that system. With the coming holidays I can happily announce that most of our preparations are over, the remainder will be conducted in January, shortly before we begin our assault.
This also means that we have significantly less duties for the upcoming days, allowing about a week of rest for Christmas et the last days of this year. Take the opportunity to refresh yourselves so that next year we'll be able to take on the forces of the Crown et our task to free Gallia from the oppression with renewed strenght et eagerness. Enjoy yourselves in the upcoming days, that's an order, gentlemen.

Sujet:_________New Year Transmission entrée...
Bonjour et Bonne Année, Mesdames et Messieurs,
With the new year comes the renewal of The Council itself as well. The new form mimics the old in function, the reorganisation is mainly administrative, its purpose is to enhance the structural integrity of our paramilitary while allowing a lot more dynamism for our operatives in their career, effectively increasing the efficiency of the mouvement altogether. Let me detail the major changes.
The old divisions are becoming the new corps, each having their own sub-organisations, divisions or offices, all with their own clearly defined role, purpose et scope. It was essential to clearly define et separate these to avoid unnecessary redundancy, inefficiency, confusion.
● The Assault and Security Division is renamed to Corps Militaire ● The Trade and Supply Division is renamed to Corps Logistique ● The Technology and Advancement Division is renamed to Corps de Recherche ● The Secteur Administratif is introduced as the new body of The Council tasked with administrative duties ● The Exécutif des Opérations Spéciaux is a separate entity now, controlling the special divisions of the other corps ● A total of eighteen divisions are defined for these five main bodies
The above will provide the solid basis for a more dynamic et consistent career system. Ranks in the middle of the ranking ladder has been split into five different paths of ascension based on different professions or competences to allow specialisation for each individual operative of The Council. These will belong under et be overseen by their respective corps, but nobody will be restricted to a single profession. Each rank of each profession will have their own requirements et perks.
● The lowest two ranks remain Aspirant et Caporal, collectively called Soldats Ordinaires ● The next three times five ranks will be collectively called Officiers Commissionaires: ●● The lowest ones, Officiers Subalternes or Junior Officers, are the following: ●●● Sergent (Corps Militaire) ●●● Coursier (Corps Logistique) ●●● Initié (Corps de Recherche) ●●● Conseiller (Secteur Administratif) ●●● Scout (Éxecutif des Opérations Spéciaux) ●● The middle ones, Officiers Intermédiaires or Intermediate Officers, are the following: ●●● Lieutenant (Corps Militaire) ●●● Capitaine (Corps Logistique) ●●● Doctorant (Corps de Recherche) ●●● Émissaire (Secteur Administratif) ●●● Agent (Éxecutif des Opérations Spéciaux) ●● The highest ones, Officiers Superieurs or Senior Officers, are the following: ●●● Commodore (Corps Militaire) ●●● Maître (Corps Logistique) ●●● Professeur (Corps de Recherche) ●●● Ambassadeur (Secteur Administratif) ●●● Agent Spécial (Éxecutif des Opérations Spéciaux) ● The old Commandant rank is discontinued, the Commandant-Chef rank is renamed to Officiers Généraux ● The Officiers Généraux are the leaders of each new organisation of The Council: ●● Commandant (Corps Militaire; maximum two, one for each battlegroup) ●● Premier Maître (Corps Logistique; maximum two, one for each battlegroup) ●● Docteur (Corps de Recherche; maximum two, one for each battlegroup) ●● Sécretaire (Secteur Administratif; maximum one) ●● Directeur (Exécutíf des Opérations Spéciaux; maximum one) ● The rank of Adjudant Commandant is renamed to Adjudant-général
Parallel to this a new award system is implemented, closely tied to the career system et the already implemented progression tracking system. Each operative will have their own dossier containing descriptive information about individual career, competences, awards, granted authority et access to assets.
The complete documentation of these changes et the relevant guides are not all done yet, that's something we in the High Command intend to finish soon, et request your patience for that. Until then the main information sheets et other documents will be updated with the already finished guides et descriptions, expect to see the process finished et the Command Center updated as well until the end of the month.
I also have other news to share: I'm sure you are aware the stalemate within Tau-44 has been going on for over a year now. Current plans together with the leadership of the Crayter Republic are that we end this stalemate et retake the system from the GRN once and for all during this month. I hope all of you had a refreshing vacation during this week, because you all will be needed for that to happen. If we succeed, that will mean the weakening of the GRN's authority in the region, possibly followed by further operations to remove them et cut their supply lines. I really hope we cah achieve that.
C'est tout pour maintenant. Bonne Année, mes amis. LaFlamme signing off.

Sujet:_________Skirmishes in Tau-44 Transmission entrée...
Attention to all available assets within the Tau Region,
As it appears the GRN isn't really keen on letting us know their full strenght within the system. Until the full et thorough evaluation of the entire GRN garrison within the Tau-44 system is complete, minor skirmishes et scout operations will continue. Be on alert until further notice et stay safe in space.
