Need some help

Anyone know any good video converting software? I've used freemake in the past but it ruins the quality a bit.

Also does anyone know how to cap your FPS with fraps? I'd run fraps and record more but the game runs in 175 fps (which is against the rules) and I have no idea how to cap it.

For the video converting, Use Vegas 15, it's really helpful in rendering and editing videos. It has a month trial but you can always get a cracked one.
