Venator Sofie Spitz and Paladin Tantalus have been re-assigned off of the ACV-Andraste. Curator Leviathan will presume control once the ACV-Arktos has been turned over to the House of Liberty.
-Spitz will move aboard Ataraxia performing any biological and scientific experiments needed for the Inner Phalanx
-Paladin Tantalus will become a recruiter and trainer aboard the Eidolon Wraith, his past experience will serve new recruits well, especially with his knowledge of our enemies in the Omicrons like the Order.
We deployed to investigate Kusari after hearings of a large force of unknown vessels with hostile intent, estimating that it was the Cult. Which it was. Upon arrival, we discovered that they were fully automated vessels, lacking any sort of Commander. Our objective was to observe what technology was in use, and to deliver a message to them concerning the occurring anomalies.
Due to the lack of a sentient, we salvaged some of the drones in hopes of analysing the components to find a reliable signal to send back a Courier made from the wreckage. We noted that a particular Jared Nomak with a bandit of theirs was present, attempting to take the salvage. Naturally, we destroyed the fool and took the loot. It's amusing to me how an imbecile of such can even lead a ring of bandits, particularly when their 'friends' retreat like cowards - how loyal of them. Never-the-less, we obtained the goods.
Though... one of our runners spotted something VERY interesting.
One of the returning Kusari war vessels seemed to have obtained some unknown materials from the wreckage of the fight. Perhaps this is the specialised material that these Cultists use in their technology? Perhaps it's used in their anomaly devices, perhaps not. There is only so much information available about these proclaimed materials, that even the NeuralNet's rumors about it remain skeptical.
Samples of this resource is required for further study and for cataloging, which is why I shall be allocating Maria Calvo to lead the study team on this matter. However, our goal within the Omicrons to find out the fate of McCool remains. It is very likely that he is being held on a high security cell on Durban, though that remains unconfirmed.

____ MESSAGE
I notified Logistics of it after it happened, but the meeting with the Buro occurred. When I say with the Buro, it was mainly Geoff Enfield. I'll isolate and include the necessary audio logs of the matter. He had brought two associates along in a group of 90-ARKM-N45 "Wraith" Fighters. When the meeting was concluded, despite my skepticism about the Buro's sudden interest, he transferred lock codes of the three vessels to give to us. I had Logistics pick up the vessels and return them to the Titania to be brought up to speed with our technology.
[17.01.2017 22:29:22] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: What does the Buro want from this relationship?
[17.01.2017 22:29:37] Wespe-1: Enfield: Wrong group of people you're asking about.
[17.01.2017 22:29:53] Wespe-1: Enfield: Question you should be asking... Is what I want from your group.
[17.01.2017 22:30:24] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: Then what /do/ you want?
[17.01.2017 22:30:44] Wespe-1: Enfield: Cover.
[17.01.2017 22:30:50] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: For?
[17.01.2017 22:30:53] Wespe-1: Enfield: When I need it.
[17.01.2017 22:31:15] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: You're not being specific.
[17.01.2017 22:31:27] Wespe-1: Enfield: I can never be with my life style...
[17.01.2017 22:31:39] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: And The Buro's relationship to The Core?
[17.01.2017 22:31:44] Wespe-1: Enfield: Think this is the... Fourth... Third time I've jumped ship?
[17.01.2017 22:31:48] Wespe-1: Enfield: This is in secret.
[17.01.2017 22:32:02] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: Jumped ship? You can't be serious.
[17.01.2017 22:32:24] Wespe-1: Enfield: I don't know when its going to happen, but I'm not swinging from a rope.
[17.01.2017 22:32:34] Wespe-1: Enfield: Something tells me I'm going to walk the plank.
[17.01.2017 22:32:46] Wespe-1: Enfield: So i'm going to need a small boat to jump in and sail me away.
[17.01.2017 22:32:59] Wespe-1: Enfield: Drop me off at a small hole where i can hide for some time.
[17.01.2017 22:33:02] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: And what've you got to offer in return?
[17.01.2017 22:33:57] Wespe-1: Enfield: I'm sending you the Wespe's activation passcodes.
[17.01.2017 22:34:07] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: Why?
[17.01.2017 22:34:22] Wespe-1: Enfield: The Buro have allowed you to use them in exchange for help when we need it.
[17.01.2017 22:34:33] Wespe-1: Enfield: And more or less of a reward for helping us in the Rhein.
[17.01.2017 22:34:56] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: That doesn't put me at ease. We aren't liable to cooperate without details as to what we'll be doing.
[17.01.2017 22:35:27] Wespe-1: Enfield: Well, mainly military aid, supplying, and co-operative research is what allies do I guess.
[17.01.2017 22:35:44] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: And what of The Core?
[17.01.2017 22:35:46] Wespe-1: Enfield: I guess they want to get closer to that Handshake.
[17.01.2017 22:35:50] Wespe-1: Enfield: Them?
[17.01.2017 22:36:03] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: Having one of your agents question me about the Delta events raised some more questions.
[17.01.2017 22:36:27] Wespe-1: Enfield: Unfortunately we need to hold up our part of the bargin we agreed to ages ago...
[17.01.2017 22:36:30] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: Seeing as how they were partially responsible for the decimation of the entire civilian populace of Freeport 11.
[17.01.2017 22:36:33] Wespe-1: Enfield: They've gone agro since then.
[17.01.2017 22:36:53] Wespe-1: Enfield: I never liked it... But the Director needs a base of operations within the Omicrons.
[17.01.2017 22:37:02] Wespe-1: Enfield: Core was our best option at the time.
[17.01.2017 22:37:15] Wespe-1: Enfield: This was done before Ravens separation.

[17.01.2017 22:40:41] Wespe-1: Enfield: Well, if anyone asks that you don't trust entirely... It came from an MND department called "Logistic-7"
[17.01.2017 22:41:09] Wespe-1: Enfield: I thought it might be time you get out of those second hand Sabres.
[17.01.2017 22:41:14] Wespe-1: Enfield: They've been fully equiped.
[17.01.2017 22:41:27] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: Those 90-ARKM-N45s will need to be overhauled before we make use of them.
[17.01.2017 22:41:34] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: I can have logistics swing by to pick them up.
[17.01.2017 22:42:00] Wespe-1: Enfield: Consider this a step in the right direction for Auxesia and the BDM.
[17.01.2017 22:42:10] Wespe-1: Enfield: We might have future operations we may need your hand in.
[17.01.2017 22:42:18] Wespe-1: Enfield: Oh and something came up on my list...
[17.01.2017 22:42:20] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: We'll see how things work out. A trial.
[17.01.2017 22:42:45] Wespe-1: Enfield: After the attack today in Rheinland from these strange ships...
[17.01.2017 22:42:49] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: The Cult.
[17.01.2017 22:42:58] Wespe-1: Enfield: We got some materials back from their wreckages.
[17.01.2017 22:43:07] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: Raven notified me of an attack, and I attempted to gain access to assist.
[17.01.2017 22:43:17] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: So we sent in combat units instead.
[17.01.2017 22:43:18] Wespe-1: Enfield: Some data leads to an EMP field radius...
[17.01.2017 22:43:26] Wespe-1: Enfield: And drone parts too.
[17.01.2017 22:43:31] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: We've been studying them for a long time.
[17.01.2017 22:43:37] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: Their technology is impressive.

[17.01.2017 22:44:23] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: One of our drones lost its defensive measures. Nevertheless we recovered some data and salvage ourselves.
[17.01.2017 22:44:38] Wespe-1: Enfield: You think we could put them both too good use?
[17.01.2017 22:44:38] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: We've been following them since their first appearance in Liberty.
[17.01.2017 22:45:02] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: Possibly. We've been analyzing the data from the Freeport 11 bombing to get a clear idea of what device was used.
[17.01.2017 22:45:13] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: With enough data we might be able to re-construct it ourselves.
[17.01.2017 22:45:24] Wespe-1: Enfield: Good, because I know where it should go.
[17.01.2017 22:45:45] A/)-ACV-Andraste: L: I have a few places in mind, but right now I have other things to worry about.

[17.01.2017 23:10:15] Wespe-1: Enfield: I hope he knows to bend over himself.
As stated above, new ships, which can be used to replace the Guardians of Saracen wing that we're giving back. They've been nicknamed Hoplites, and will be ready for active duty soon enough.
This matter of cooperation though, I still don't trust The Buro. Many of the questions asked were dodged, and this seemed like more of a personal approach from Enfield rather than The Buro its self. If there's an ulterior motive, then it's likely something we need to keep a sharp eye out for.
As for their 'idea' of using the tech recovered from the Cultists against The Order, it's possible. We can discuss it further, but we have much more to do.
Warden, formerly Quarter Master Paladin, Nesrin Khan is to report to the Central Brig, Titania II - for questioning and detention. You have two hours to appear there, if you fail to adhere, all forces will be assumed of your hosilities and will be fully authorized to engage.
All assets are to return to 'home point' - Inverness for further Fleet evaluation. We've done what we can up there, we can only help others for so long before we need to help ourselves. As for the ones who'm I have personally approached, you know your tasks.
So... That was eventful.. She lights a cigarette, shakily taking a puff
What happened in Colorado and Kepler was really frightening.. But it threw up some questions, although giving some hints to answer questions we already had.
To summarize, though.. The Battleship Rio Grande in Colorado picked up signals of Nomads reaching into the system. Many ships were there to defend the space. Liberty navy, Hellfire Legion, even Pirates and an Outcast - which was... confusing, to say the least. Either way, the nomads came eventually. And they brought something we haven't seen before. A non-scout Nomad Bomber.
We didn't have the time to scan them thoroughly, given the fact there were tons of them and they were highly aggressive, but we can only hope that these are the last of that kind we'll see.. Anyway.. She takes another puff, slowly in- and exhaling the smoke to calm down more
After taking down a few waves of them, the Rio Grande detected more rapid movement in Kepler, just one system further. Logically we followed.
Arriving in Kepler, we noticed a Jump Hole, which is relatively stable for now and located in Sector C/D-7 . Thankfully there were... "brave" Libertonians there to just go through, showing us that the other side was not deadly. At least not immediately...
When we jumped through, we were met with an incredibly dense asteroid field with the nomad wave that the Rio Grande detected before. More non-scout bombers and two non-scout Marduks. I still haven't thought or heard of a specific new name for these kinds of nomads...
Anyway, the nomads were relatively close to a base from the "Cultists". Given the mining equipment on it, we decided to have a closer look at the rocks in the field, and lucky us, it was filled with the before requested Narcrahtite. I'll get right to checking out what can be done with this. She puts out her cigarette in the ash tray next to her.
So far I can only say, it's a very brittle mineral. Mining it was quite difficult, due to that exact property, but I managed to fill my hold, while the others kept the nomads busy. I wasn't very helpful in my Waran with all these asteroids around, anyway. I'm quite curious about the rumors regarding the spectrometer readings, but I'll report back, once I have something to report... Of course, Maria... goddamnit..
Samples of this... Narcrahtite was obtained through aforementioned scenarios that occured within the northern border of Liberty, as witnessed by some of you on duty.
This very interesting discovery will open up to a lot of hidden secrets that has been kept away from the public eye. Where one curtain falls, the door is revealed. Although, the amount of Military traffic is certainly disgruntling.
Good work on finding this information, it was invaluable to the people of Auxo. You've done well. My brothers and sisters, our work may very well pay off in the near future. We have a lot coming up. And I hope you're all ready for our first major step, we will make our mark. That, I promise you.

I'm justifiably and understandably exhausted after that dubious skirmish,
Several commune vessels decided to treat themselves to a small-scale engagement within the immediate vicinity of the Corinth Research Station. Much to the disliking of the zoner on duty at the time. Needless to say our people defended themselves through the ordeal and appropriately removed these cumbersome burdens to humanity with no casualties for our side, save for some scraped paint and dented hulls.
I've kept a charred portion of that Storta as a souvenir on an unrelated side note, attached within this report should be uplinks of visual evidence for further legitimacy and documentation of our gradual war of attrition.
The zoners encountered no damage and will be joyful to hear that their installation has not degraded in condition whatsoever. All hostile forces within the area as well as a few local nomad patrols were vaporized and shown no mercy upon their warmongering intents.

I should perhaps be concerned that I find strange places oddly calming,
I noticed a blank space in our technology database, specifically one regarding alien gates. I took it upon myself to arrange a small reconnaissance operation of my own into Kansas, granted what I could understand of the gate from mere observations and scans available to the onboard suite of my Prosecutor were.. limited at best.
The gates are assembled with a total of six 'biomechanical' components. I say mechanical because the inner skeleton of the damaged gate seems to be constituent of metals, though I've been unable to cross-reference it with an existing type.
The three piston-like needles seemingly generate energies of some form to bring a jumphole into existence, most likely one capable of bridging a far larger stellar gaps than traditional formations.
There are three larger stabilization blocks, that's the name I choose to give them. They act as self-sustaining and conductive boundaries for the energies the pistons release, preventing the formed jumphole from either growing too large or terminating prematurely, long enough for a craft to interface with.
I would however recommend that usage of the gate strongly be restricted, since due to the damage the gate seems to have been the victim of, any energies released only seem to further accelerate the process, causing the object to further damage itself.
I will state that all the above information is a mere collection of assumptions by what seems most logical given both the structure and inherent nature of such an object, though I'm fairly unfamiliar with the exact workings of it.
These 'gates' do have some interesting and rather obvious similarities to our human equivalents, however they are unique in both the materials used and their method of operation. Making them rather enigmatic when compared to the previously mentioned equivalents. They seem to be fairly rigid structures capable of withstanding punishment and the inevitable passage of time.
Thus, I can theorize that the best method of destruction of one would be continual damage toward the point of critical destabilization would be the most efficient. That hereby concludes this report.
During patrol, one of our vessels managed to successfully purchase 1000 units of Narcrahtite from an IMG Convoy in Inverness, for the price of $30,000,000 credits.
Now, there'll be a sufficient amount of this 'Narcrahtite' for analysis and experimentation.
