Buckingham Palace stood proud on Planet New London. This was a private occasion, so apart from a few reporters who had gathered outside the gates in the street, having caught word from their "unnamed" sources, the Palace grounds where empty. The cars bringing FA Jones and Keeper Raven from their shuttles at the spaceport would be the only things permitted entrance today by the palace guards, standing tall with their brilliantly red coats, and bear skin hats. As the car passes through the gates, the guests would be taken through the archway, into the inner compound, and round to the main door at the back of the courtyard.
Stepping out of the car, a man in military dress uniform, holding the door for each, would point them up the steps to the doorway, where a man in a long coat stood ready to greet them.
Good afternoon. I am Michael Jenson, one of many Stewards of Buckingham Palace. I will be here to assist yourself, and His Royal Highness Prince James today. If there is anything I can do to help you, please do not hesitate to ask.
He spun swiftly on his heel, indicating they follow him
As the Duke of Cambridge is presiding, and there is a slight possibility of Her Majesty making an appearance, I must briefly touch on matters of formality. Because of the nature of this meeting, formal titles must be respected. As such, Her Majesty, Queen Carina, should be greeted as Your Majesty, and subsequently as Ma'am. A short bow from the neck, or courtesy if you feel the need. Prince James should be addressed at first as Your Royal Highness, and thereafter as Sir. Prince James is also suitable, and a bow from the neck or courtesy will suffice should you feel the need. Fleet Admiral O'Brian should be referred to as Admiral O'Brian, or Fleet Admiral. There is no need to bow.
If I may, how would you prefer to be addressed?
Meanwhile, James and Michelle stand in the drawing room, awaiting the arrival of their guests
I do hope this works Fleet Admiral. Both of them have proven valuable, in their own ways, to our home.
I concur, Sir. It's good to see you take on this responsibility for your home. Let's hope it's a valuable experience for you.
The room falls into silence as they both await their first guest.

It was happening. It was really happening, Raven had not believed that she was really going to the the palace. To her, it was a childhood dream fantasy in her youthhood of Cambridge, a dream that will never be fulfilled, to ever glance beyond the gates. It was a great honor to her, if Raven could, she would squeal like a child in delight, but it was still within her conscience to be careful. She couldn't help but gaze around, subtly hiding their smile behind a small veil that covered half of their face for privacy, complimenting her specialised Guildkeeper's robe, which seemed traditional yet heavily modified in design. Raven figured that it would be insulting to conceal their face with their mask, as it was within her belief to show her face as a sign of trust.
The empowering regality of the architecture overwhelmed her. Nervousness struck her, several panicked thoughts of anxiety kick in.
'Oh gosh-ohgosh-oh-gosh. W-what if I forgot my speeches? W-what if I mess up? What if I accidentally call her royal highness a he?!'
She merely blinks in reality, the anxiousness can be slightly seen in the aura of their eyes, the way they express themselves, her mind was almost degraded to a shy insecure young lass trapped in the past.
'Okay-okay-calm, everything is fiii-iiine. It's not like I'm walking into the most important place in Bretonia! And the Quee-?!" ... A small sigh was let loose in her mind " - Okay, okay... let's... breath - calm... Imperative to act professional.'
Throughout the small mental panics, she recollects some will power, carefully listening to Jenson's instructions. Hoping she caught it, she simply nods to show her understanding.
"Keeper Raven or just Keeper will suffice, then."
She held her arms behind her back, standing straight, strong and proud, putting on a display of strength to hide away her anxiousness, simply awaiting for the Steward to guide them.
'I hope I don't need the toilet. Shit, did I feed the baby?'
Shortly after disembarking from the Jacobi, with the carrier still visible on the sky above, the escort was preparing the convoy for the Admirals' trip to the Buckingham Palace. Liberty flags on both sides of the cars, as good as it gets. Fleet Admiral Jones, shared a greeting with the escort's personel, as he was followed by Admiral Reaser and Sader, his chosen consultants. Even though he was prepared to make it work and make the best out of it, he did have some doubts on how much it would work. Nonetheless, he was confident. There was just something about having grown your bones in the many battlefields of Liberty. But one could never be too careful with the cunning ways that Battlegroup Auxesia was well known to go by.
As the convoy started moving, it was time for Jones to give his Admirals some last precautions and a small reminder. "Very well now. Admirals this is it. We're on our way to buckingham palace and talks are bound to start shortly after. Remember we're here to make it work out for the best of interests. The fact that they're offering to return the lost warship, shows they're taking it quite serious, nonetheless be ready to expect anyhting from that they may propose. Your predecessor would be proud, Admiral Sader."
While I will be representing Liberty's interests during these negotiations, I have chosen both of you as consultants and observers of this meeting. Anything you might have to add or bring it to my attention, do it with me personally. Jones noted looking back at Reasers past history in Bretonia.
"Admiral Reaser." Jones now shifted his attention to Reaser. I guess you're already familiar with this place. It's likely you'll be meeting some old firends. Jones noted, looking back at Reaser's past in Bretonia and the Armed Forces. Not long after, the convoy would reach the destination.

Buckingham Palace
Jones had never been inside the Palace before. He had visited the outside before however, back on earlier days in the Navy and the Logistics. The Palace sure brought anyone a feeling of greatness and long served as a monument to the Bretonian identity and pride. It was fascinating and would be a memorable experience even for Jones.
Once the convoy arrived on the back of the Courtyard and the cars got on a full halt Jones and his companions would finaly step outside. First thing to do was adjust his Screen cap and shake off any wrinkles the Navy blues dress uniform would have. He gave a careful nod to the man holding the door in appreciation and didn't waste any more time to move on to the door where Steward was waiting. Jones greet him with a smile and listented to his instructions carefuly as they would proceed to intended room.
"Fleet Admiral or just Admiral Jones, both would do greatly. As for my companions, Admiral Reaser and Admiral Sader will suffice."
Following that, he was more than willing to see His Royal Highness Prince James and Fleet Admiral O'Brien. And of course, take a look at inside the Palace. Not often would one get the chance.
Jenson opened the doors to the drawing room. Inside was a large room (though small by palace standards) with a round wooden table sitting in front of the fireplace, three chairs on the remaining sides. One high backed, clearly for the Prince. Each chair had a glass sitting before it, a jug of water at the centre of the table. A small ways back, an older gentleman sat, tapping away at a datapad.
Your Royal Highness, may I introduce Keeper Raven, of the Inner Phalanx. She is here to convene with you Sir.
Thank you Jensen, that will be all.
James stood up, smiling at Raven. He made his way to her, taking her hand and kissing it lightly on the top, then moving his hand towards the chairs.
Keeper Raven, please take a seat. I'm sure we will begin shortly. This is Fleet Admiral O'Brian, I'm sure you two have had the pleasure of meeting?
It was a question, but he left them to it as Jensen entered the room again
Your Royal Highness, may I introduce Fleet Admiral Jones, Admiral Reaser, and Admral Sader, on behalf of the Republic of Liberty Sir.
James thanked him again, dismissing him and moving to shake each of their hands in a firm grasp
A pleasure to meet you all. I'm afraid we was only expecting Admiral Jones. Clearly a misunderstanding in the communication, my apologies. Are the two of you okay to stand?
They moved back to the table, James indicating they all be seated before sitting himself. He took a sip of water before looking up at them all. Ha facing the fireplace, and the door, Raven to his left, Jones to his right. O'Brian stood slightly behind at his chair's left, watching them all.
Allow me to begin by thanking you all for attending this. Peace is something I'm sure we all strive for, and this meeting may lay the foundations for such a relationship between all the parties involved here today. I'm aware of the situation you both are in, so I may take this opportunity to remind you both that you are here under the invitation and protection of Her Majesty, Queen Carina, and myself, Prince James. Any attack or attempt on anyone here is an attempt on us and by extension Bretonia. Hostilities will not be tolerated. I hope that is clear.
He paused, taking a breath
The gentleman in the corner is the royal records keeper. He will take notes from this meeting, and they will be made available within a month of the conclusion of this meeting to your respective governing bodies should it be deemed necessary, though I hope the treaty, or whatever is put in place from this, will sufficiently accomplish that task.
I'd like us to open by explaining what each of us would like to come from this meeting. Then, together, we may discuss how we move forward from that, and achieve these goals.
Keeper Raven. The Inner Phalanx, or as I knew it, Battlegroup Auxesia, is a recent addition to the numerous groups that lend their support to Her Majesty's Armed Forces. Groups like yours can prove vital, as we can work with you to protect areas where the Armed Forces are not particularly suited. I have also read that your pilots have provided support against pirate elements, and especially at corralling the attempts of infected forces. You have aided in the removal of some of the largest alien craft we have seen, and you have provided crucial intelligence to our Armed Forces as and when they have requested it. We would like to continue developing this relationship, as I'm of the understanding you have expressed an interest in the Gallic front now? Do correct me if I'm wrong, but that would be another move in your favour, the favour of the crown.
Fleet Admiral Jones, Admirals Reaser and Sader. The Republic of Liberty has been a long time friend of the Bretonian People, and the Crown. Your steadfast approach to tackling opposing forces head on, giving no ground, and causing them to falter, has been a welcome relief that has allowed us to protect not just out borders, but our people within them. The Republics willingness to provide much needed, albeit limited, resources in our time of need, has given us the chance to rebuild our fleets, supply our troops, and care for our people. I was lucky enough some time ago to spend some time in the Republic, and was overjoyed to see just how much you care for our peoples protection, as well as your own. Your dedication to aiding us has not gone unnoticed, and it is my hope, and wish, that we may emerge triumphant from this war so that we may work together, finally, on bolstering and furthering each other, not only in military prowess, but the wellbeing of the people we are charged with protecting.
It is my hope from both of you today, that we may find common ground to move forward as a unified force, protecting the people of not only Liberty and Bretonia, but the freedom and protection of the people of all Sirius. We open these talks with the aim of friendship, and reparation. The Inner Phalanx has offered the Overlord class Dreadnaught, plus it's fighter compliment, to be returned as a gift. A symbolic item to represent the faith placed in these negotiations. The Republic may rest assured that Armed Forces engineers are working to assist in removing any modifications or additions, so that it may be returned to the Republic in pristine condition. I now invite you both to speak, to admit what you truly want from this, and how we may work towards that.
James spread his hands, indicating they both take a moment to gather their thoughts, and add their own wishes, hopes, and comments to this proceeding.

Calmly following through, she carefully follows etiquette, bowing her head slightly in respect.
"Your highness. " She greets him, a smile could be visible on her expression through the thin veil.
'Interesting. I've always found it weird how they do that. '
Thoughts would continuously flow through her mind, evaluating the situation. Raven followed through with his offering of a seat, carefully sitting, answering as she descended on to the surface on it, putting some careful thought into her words,
"Indeed, I've met Fleet Admiral O'Brian on numerous occassions. Ma'am. "
Keeping a confident smile and strong posture, she gave a brief nod, greeting O'Brian. She silently observed the Libertonians enter the room, feeling slightly annoyed that they brought more than mentioned, but dismissing the irked thoughts.
'Of course, they love to flaunt their ego. Perhaps a fear factor on their behalf. '
She would vigilantly listen to his speech, nodding to acknowledge his statement about hostilities within the House.
'Fair. '
Carefully taking in his words, she begins to evaluate a response, letting loose a sigh in her mind. Though, she wished to make sure there was no confusion.
"To avoid confusion, The Inner Phalanx is the governing council of the Auxesian forces. I apologise if we muddled up information. "
Nitpicking her own sentences, she continues on, feeling a bit more confident now. She held her hands in her lap, resisting the desire to drink, believing that she should show some self-control in front of the others. She had chose to neglect to eat or drink the day before in order to follow this belief about self-control, only making the desire to quench her thirst even more tempting.
"We have managed to evaluate the intentions of the Gallic forces, inevitably, it is not within their interests to show any kind of remorse, and that their barbarous conquest will only continue throughout the local areas. Whilst we don't really have the man-power or intent to fight on the war front itself, we can indeed provide support to the defensive grid. Our methods of attack is focused on more... precise 'surgical strikes' - per say. The Gallics are rentless, cruel and heartless people through our studies, who'm of which will surely pay for their actions. "
Pausing briefly to catch her breath, she keeps a calm attire, feeling more comfortable now that she spoke some of her mind.
"It is most unfortunate that our beginnings started off with a bad blood in mind and spirit - as it were per agreement by the Legion to assist against Liberty. We had some fear-based speculation that some Liberty assets were exposed. However, we see that this isn't quite the case, and was an... embarrassing call of judgement. We were in desperation, looking for quick results... "
She says with some unease, she rubbed her hand in shyness. It was difficult to admit defeat to an extent.
"I feel like we can put the past behind us and break away from the Legion's puppetry. It wasn't within our hearts to assist, as they demanded we should take arms or to be ejected out of the Independant Worlds to be left without support. Now, I cannot put the blame on them. The faults reside within us for not standing up for ourselves and for foolishly going along with the illogical results of impatience. As such for this, as his Highness has noted, we're willing to make reparations to pay for our crimes. "
Carefully, she begins to recall the documents that they have initially discussed with the rest of the Inner Phalanx. She takes out a small datapad, which appeared modified in nature, from her pocket, flicking it on, placing it on the desk. Writing was displayed on it, along with some charts.
"Here is our terms that we discussed within our chambers. "
The datapad reads...
Quote:- The Inner Phalanx will returned the Libertonian equipment subjugated from the organisation last known as the Initiative. Such as; restoration of the Cincinnati's original equipment and return of the Guardian wing that came with the war vessel, along with the Avenger. Our other offerings include:
- We will pay a reparation funding of 250,000,000 million credits.
- Auxesia will disengage with the Liberty forces entirely. Auxesia will not engage with Legion forces. Assets will not assist the Legion's forces against Liberty in any shape or form.
- Auxesian assets will be able to provide emergancy support against national threats, such as but not limiting to; Nomadic invasion, Gallic incursions, major terrorist threat, Outcast Warvessels within the sector, other alien threats.
- Auxesia will avoid Liberty public space, unless within interception of a Cardamine or Artifact hauler, or to investigate a rare scenario, such as anomalies opening up.
- Information and intel against our common foe can be requested and shared.
The Inner Phalanx wishes to see from the Libertonian people:
- Logistic vessels should be allowed passage with a minimum of two escorts, per ferry to ship essential needs for life; examples as following: Food, water, oxygen, basic repairs.
- Removal of the bounty set upon our people.
- The ability to request temporary access of passage to other inter-state sectors through requested authorisation and escort, eg, to traverse to Rheinland, Kusari, or other Independant Worlds.
- Full allowance to operate in Kansas in order to protect the local civilian populace, who reside there, and to study the points of alien interest.
"I feel like it would be beneficial for us to maintain a neutral stance with the Hellfire, as some of our important assets are housed in a base within their territory. We have civilian populace down there, we don't wish for them to be harmed - what with our links dissolving, thus, that is why we would like to avoid the conflict between the two. Said place is also resourceful, perhaps even vital, for our research against the Nomads and anomalies. I hope you find these conditions acceptable."
She exhales slightly, becoming very tempted by the water.
"It's within my goodwill to bury the hatchet of the past, for the sake of the future, the sake of my people, of Bretonia, and for Liberty. Please, if you have any questions, do speak your mind. "
Raven briefly gestures her hand out, inviting them to talk, then relaxes her hand down on her robed lap.
'My brain feels dry, hurting, yet my gut has this awful... sickly feeling to it. But hey, at least I'm doing it without Hunt's wizardry. So far, so good. '
A couple of stairs, a hall and a few turns. Now finally in the meeting room.
"Your Highness." Alan Nodded at the prince. A bow from the neck as instructed. Same went for Fleet Admiral O'Brien. "Fleet Admiral." Something about mutual respect between career officers.
As everyone settled in and Prince James had already made the opening and spoken his concerns, Alan was now paying attention to what keeper raven Keeper Raven was saying, supporting both of his elbows on the meeting table crossed at the hands and carefully listening. Even though Alan was usually emotionally cold he was feeling a bit messy at how things had turned out. But nonetheless it wasn't anything bad at all. He was alternating between a slight squint, a slight hidden smile or the hard look one would expect from a military officer with a high and tight military haircut.
As Raven laid down the datapad and offered it to him, Alan stuck with the flow and picked it up, shorty diverting his attention to it as Raven made her final remark. Then he took a better look. What she had brought up was fair and clearly, it was somewhat surprising at first but it mirrored most interests of both sides. A wise man had once said "There are no friends or enemies, but just interests." But yet Alan was still bound to his own certain "code". It wouldn't be wise at all to befriend who you were exchanging fire with just a few days ago. Something around the lines of "shaking hands with the devil" would be laughable, but still it seemed things were settling down a bit and continuing this conflict or going on the offensive wouldn't be wise as it'd rather be a waste of resources and manpower, especially at these times.
"Your Highness, Fleet Admiral and Keeper Raven. I wish to thank everyone for being here, to discuss the possible alternatives for peace, something that everyone seemingly thrives to get these days.
I wish to express my gratitude to his Highness Prince James, for hosting such negotiations and offering the better alternative, Fleet Admiral O'Brien for her wisdom in proposing such as well as Keeper Raven for the good will she displays in name of her organization."
Alan stood up and removed his officer cap as he was figuring out where to start from. He picked up the bottle of water and poured some on his glass as well and did the same for Keeper Raven.
"As the appointed Fleet Admiral and the Commander-in-Chief of the Liberty Navy it is my duty to ensure the protection of Liberty's People and it's interests. With that in mind it is also my duty to act, not act, or counter-act accordingly." Alan hated speeches. Well perhaps not exactly not hate, but usually he'd find them somewhat either embarrassing or awkward, unless it was something from a great man of the past that is. "Alright this is it, keep going.."
"A long list of charges on your organization, brought a gradual escalation of conflict just as it was getting longer. While I can understand your reasoning in your position, it does not however justify much of your reckless actions, many of which are considered as an act of war. We had not started this conflict, yet as it upscaled we were determined to finish it, no matter the cost." He was starting to think that he maybe twisted it a bit. But anyways he was never one to really worry much over these kind of things. "However as also being the person responsible for the lives of many good men, It is not an easy thing for neither of us to leave abandoned the loss. Hence we are both here today, decisive to make peace if one may say so, for a greater good." Alan nodded again, a bow from the neck as it was called by the royal servant.
As he sat down he had a good sip of the water and took brief looks at the datapad with the proposed terms. Now, to make a resolve and bring up the concerns.
"One important this to keep in mind, necessary for the maintaining of prosperous relations, is to follow the Laws of Liberty, at all times during your presence in Liberty sovereign space and it's claimed territory as is specified in these Laws." That maybe sounded boring, but he didn't really come up with any better way to say it. "Everyone has the right not to like it, but everyone must follow it. Its a blessing and a curse. And in case you wish to ask for an exception, the special licenses section remains open."
"I also appreciate your offer for support however we will not push you into combat like the greedy legion may have but neither will your organization will not be recognized as s law-enforcement entity, and as such you may not enforce contraband interdiction or any other form of law enforcement except for self defense or if requested. " He raised his eyebrows a bit accompanying it with a shrugging motion. "However it is your right and duty to report any law breaches to us. More so with my next offer." He has a slight smile.
"What I am offering is the creation of a common channel, between your organization and the Liberty Navy command. That will ensure swift, secure and private communication between our parties for multiple purposes from sharing of intelligence to specific requests." That was probably a good thing and Alan treated it as such. "That should make it a lot better for the both of us. And that, we can inaugurate with your request for passage to your transports hauling certain basic supplies that you may specify."
"Now another concern on your operations that may influence Liberty include the spreading of any material that may be considered as propaganda and indoctrination as such has been troublesome in the past. In addition to that, the Liberty Navy should be made aware of information on any of your activities surrounding Liberty, with Kansas being a good example. You will have to inform the Liberty Navy regarding your involvement in critical research especially on a place this close to civilized space. And anything you may have planned in such areas should go by us first and we will see what we can do. You never know." Once again that cold look as he paused wondering for a moment.
That small smirk would again be visible on his face. "Now it wouldn't be cessation of hostilities if I didn't grant you the removal of that bounty and a ceasefire and perhaps more importantly ground for improvement of such cordial relations. And that I would promise, shall we have an agreement on these terms." He took another big sip from the water and leaned back on the chair. "Is there anything that concerns you miss Raven or are we ready to finalize this meeting with a handshake?"
Now only wondering at "it's strange how things change and how they happen."

Memories would surface to Raven's mind, recalling the time she managed to pick up his pod, playfully talking to him back then, as her disguise was obvious to the untrained eye. A small chuckle would occur in her mind, remembering how silly she was back then. Raven eyed him carefully as he'd read the datapad, hoping that he would find it acceptable. In these desperate times, they wished to find peace as the war was a drain of their operational power.
'Come on, I biased it towards Liberty slightly. It's good, you know it is. You can /taste/ it. '
Listening carefully at his words, she carefully observed, carefully analysing everything he said for any type of trickery, or for things she may overhear. Glaring at the bottle only made her more tempted to submit to thirst. She fought the instinctive temptations, trying to keep her posture. Of course, it would be rude of her to not thank him for pouring it, simply nodding as a gesture of thankfulness.
"Of course, we will respect Liberty and her sovereignty. I completely acknowledge that we've done wrong, hence, this is why we're here today. To amend these mistakes. "
Listening in to his second clarification, she simply nods to acknowledge his statements. She would listen carefully, a small optimistic smile would firmly appear.
"I agree that a link between our people would be beneficial, but, concerning 'propaganda' - our Outpost in Kansas is concealed, known by only a few organisations, which would also mean it doesn't transmit any sort of news casting, as it lacks the relays for such. Advertisement as always been kept moderately low and aimed at specific target audience, as too much attention can only bring danger. Now, regarding Kansas, we've primarily set up there to research the alien sites in comfort of our secrecy, as anomalous activity there is no abnormality. If we do... happen to find out that the Legion within Kansas are staging any major Military strike from their local civilian outposts, we may be able to forewarn you of any invasions."
The temptation broke her. She processed on how to proceed consumption of it.
'How do you gracefully drink water? Is it rude? Do you just... take... tiny bits at a time?'
She took the cup and carefully sipped on it underneath the veil, placing it back down.
'...I really wish I could down this in one go. I don't feel well. Gah. Screw it, I don't want to be indoors anymore. How to end this, hrnnn... '
"I believe we have found our compromise, Fleet Admiral. Thank you for this, truly. These small steps will surely make a big difference towards to a brighter future. "
"I am sure sharing relevant information and intel would prove beneficial. That is something to be seen in the future however depending on the situation. As far as these issues go, don't point this advertisement at Liberty servicemen. It will not bring you anything good. Anyways, I do not think that will be a problem."
"Moving on, I am confident you'll make use of this second chance."He hated giving people second chances for deliberate actions. Treachery and fraud were the heaviest sins. Yet he straightened up again. "So, Before we get to that.. just so we clear things up." Alan reached for the datapad and started editing the list. "Let's make a rework of this thing, so that we exclude any confusion, shall we?"
- The Inner Phalanx will returned the Libertonian equipment subjugated from the organization last known as the Initiative. Such as; restoration of the Cincinnati's original equipment and return of the Guardian wing that came with the war vessel, along with the Avenger.
- Auxesia will pay a reparation funding of 250,000,000 million credits.
- Auxesia will disengage with the Liberty forces entirely.
- Auxesian assets may provide emergency support against threats, if given permission by the Liberty Primary Fleets ([LN], 5th|, =LSF=, LPI-)
- Auxesia will not enter Liberty public space, unless authorized by Liberty Navy Primary Fleets ([LN], 5th). Either on the specified channel or on-the spot by a serving officer.
- Information and intel against our common foe can be requested and shared.
Liberty approves:
- Opening of a specific channel, where you may request several one-time entrance or passage through Liberty space for specific ships with specific purposes. As per Liberty Laws, Battlegroup Auxesia will be considered as a foreign military and respective procedures will apply.
- Removal of the bounty set on Battlegroup Auxeisa.
- Cease of all hostilities, apart from cases of enforcing the law.
- Allowance to operate in Kansas in order to protect the local civilian populace, who reside there, and to study the points of alien interest. Provided the Liberty Forces are made aware of any on-going situations.
"Respecting Liberty's Sovereignty, means respecting it's laws as well miss Raven. This is perhaps as bent as they can get. Regulations keep things in check." He hands her the datapad again.
"If you're still willing to amend those mistakes and work for a brighter future, I believe those new terms are understandable. Things are always subject to change and this "treaty" can serve as starting ground for that. That is my previous statement concluded on "paper", just to avoid any discrepancies. If you're okay with that, then we can end it with a handshake, and proceed to sign this "treaty" with the price here as the witness."
As he rested his elbows on the table, Alan was curious to see her response.

Her hands changed to a grip, taking the datapad casually, attempting to avoid embarrassment. She glanced at the Admiral briefly to analyse his expression, then darted her view down at the Datapad, carefully reading the newly edited lines. Trust was still a theory yet to be tested at this point. "Of course, I'll go over it to ensure that nothing is messed up."
'Returning the Liberty stuff? No problem, we already got the internal scans anyway, heheh. Reparations - mm, disengaging - sure. Emergancy support against major threats, good. Avoid Liberty Space, gut. Aaaand, Intel sharing. Great. Good enough. Hopefully this should poke a few holes in the undesirables, eheh. '
She lowered the datapad, "Everything seems to be in order, these terms are certainly acceptable. "
Raven glared up to the man's face, a brief smile was seen. "I hope that within time, that things may come out for the better, and now, hope shines brightly. I believe that we have finally come to a conclusion. Although, a minor correction, we're not a Battlegroup anymore."
In hopes of finally getting it right, she offered her hand out as a conclusive ending for a handshake.
'Yes. Finally. Oh, how I can't wait to go home and to flop out on the bridge... Why do people keep referring us to our old state?'
"A communication will be sent out concerning wiring the reparations and the exchange as soon as possible. Expect it to be established in a few days. Let us hope our efforts will not be in vain."
