Yup.
What Disco-specific stuff, ingame or otherwise, seems to make you unnaturally angry, even though it should not?


Mine is that I see people with characters Firstname.Lastname and still using their character name before the post.
That or capship players who use their character name over and over even though they only ever write as the captain of the ship. Yeah, I get your name is Sally whatever, I got it the first 15 posts.


Arrgh.

I hear ya...it seems akin to my biggest pet peeve ever: when people flying a single cap ship would attempt to RP multiple crew members on that ship during a single encounter by placing the crewmebers name before their reply.

God I hated that.

Nah not really. What really annoys me and I've even said this to spazzo in the TS, is dumb LNS- names. Things like LNS-Firstname.

Despite the fact that this *IS* a RP server, people who are too 'hardcore' about RP, as in they RP *all* the time.

ALL.... THE.... TIME.

This annoys me, not to 'maximum making me want pull my hair out' levels, but yeah.

I don't RP well, never have, despite having been on this server forever (or what seems like it)

EDIT: I appreciate the players that cut me some slack when it comes to RP.

People who write a huge wall of text that just looks like one super huge sentence, even though it isn't.

My current supervisor at work does this with in office memo's.

Don't do this it makes my head hurt.

Man and woman is actually good and fine. It represents reality, as if you hear someone speaking to you via radio you hear either male or female voice. You might not recognize it as John Johnson, the infamous navy pilot, who's hunting his own mines since forever at once. The perfect option would be using *male voice* / *female voice* but it's soooo long to type.

What actually pisses me is people using nomad equipment and acting like fully legit regular pilots.
Also people knowing about your presence in the system withno any visible contact, screaming via system chat.
Oh, and RP on system chat instead of local one.

RP rocks like a crack ho & all that, in mah huuuumble opinon, a video game is a very crappy place for attempts at method acting & the like. imho, It dehumanizes the player, their character, & their opponent.
