probably better to try a different approach , as in change the name to something newbies will spot faster something like " [Helpers] " and be supervised by staff since guiding newbies is something it can be left to random peoples
by supervised i mean pull up server logs for those peoples monthly and see how they perform

I don't have a problem with those. Name can be anything and staff supervision is fine. It's not like you can perform worse than a non-existing faction.

Some of us are logging from time to time, mostly sitting around 2-3 hours doing nothing, and maybd around 20 mins. helping new and old member
Well I'd like to join or find a solution together to fix this. Currently I try and help people from a normal character, so ofc nobody knows I want to help.
I think the Idea of Reviving/Restructuring them is a good one. Being a new Disco Server Player There are times It would have been nice to ask someone something that I did not have to Leave the game and Research or guess to figure it out.

Call them [Guide] it worked really well on another disco server, as i was a guide, i really helped a lot of new players, and are still interested in helping new players.
