"Si, having her back is the most important personal goal I have. Regarding Malta.. it would just be that all Maltese citizen can have their freedom without having Nomads having the huge control over everything there."
''A noble goal indeed.'' He said before folding his papers and tidying them. ''Miss Veraz, it has been a plesure to talk with you. If i have need, i may contact you again but for now, we are done. Thank you very much.'' He turned to the recorder ''Interview with Rosa Veraz concludes at 2:15 AM on the 7th of the 3rd.''
He wrote on the final page of his notes two words.
Interview ends
He looked at her while putting his equipment away. ''So, how was that eh? you must be exhusted.''
She already stood up and sighed, making a few small steps to the side of the chair.
"That's nice to hear, well.. it was really good to talk about all this with someone. Hopefully they will mention you somewhere too, I mean you do all the work with these interviews, not that you just get left out afterwards."
''I certainly hope so as well, but if not then I am still grateful for the chance at meeting you. If you do ever want to talk again....well.....I'm not far away.''
She kept her smile up and made a step towards him.
"Perhaps we can meet again for another talk, si. Hopefully you are the one coming up with a nice story then though! Who knows, maybe you won't just have the.. eh 'rather boring' life most people have, a life worth telling stories about to others."
He laughed ''I suspect by that time, I will have a great many tales to tell you. Perhaps we could meet for a drink here and exchange tales, I dare say your life will not be static either, such stories you have now. I wonder what other stories you will be able to tell me in future''
"Oh it will be plenty of stories then, atleast when I am not dead in a few weeks already. Well, we will see. Thanks for this chance again, it's nice to know that we won't get lost somewhere in the history anymore and that people can read who we are or were."
Once she finished her sentence she turned away, sighing weakly before telling him a good bye. Without any other word she made her way out of the room and straight to the hangar, getting into her Sabre with a course set for a battlefield in the far away Kusari.
