Good day, whoever I happen to be communicating with.
Being direct to the point, I contact you with an offering of an agreement concerning the Corsairs, a type of agreement where both of our parties will overlook our people's affairs in order to mutually assure the Corsairs pain - a temporary state, to which we can peacefully part ways. During the recent months, we've seen an increase in Corsair activity and other Corsair aligned groups participating within Corsair activities, such as the AFC, or this new political group appearing to represent the Unioners. A disturbing observation.
It is most unfortunate that our parties have been in conflict, due to your people's habits of interfering and harming of the very people we deal with, that being Bretonia, to which it stirrs my interest as to why the Hessian Army would even consider attacking the House of Bretonia, when you have Rheinland to deal with, even more so confusing that once upon a time - Bretonia and Hessians held moments of cooperation to repel the Corsair threat. No matter, I respect your people for what they do and are - formidable fighters upholding their beliefs and values in a prideful manner, showing strength and hope to the people that desire to fight corruption and oppression - believe me, I've seen Kruger in action firsthand.
But allow me to make something clear, we do not care for the political nature of the Houses very much, as the only thing that matters is if said party decides to be a threat and a hinderance to our society, or simply go against our philosophy. Simply put; we do not care about what political standing you may have, communism, capitalism, so on, as long as you do not offer us harm in any form, or deal with extremely dangerous materials or prospects that may lead to universal destabilisation, we will simply overlook you, such prospect is held with the Coalition too. We're nothing more than learners, scientists, observers, whilst we must inevitably obtain the military strength, we do not seek open warfare or wasteful conflicts. Every society is different, yet connected in some way, you hold your own unique meaning within this Sector, as do many of the other natives of this sector.
You may wonder why we hold such hypocritical aggression against the Corsairs? Well, it's effectively rounded up to this one clean metaphor: They're a bunch of ignorant morons who like to aimlessly wave a gun around with the safety off. They have no respect for technology, they're nothing more than an overgrown malignant tumor that requires an incision, nothing more than degenerates.
We strongly believe through investigation that they intend to further their control in the southern Omegas in order to get a footing within the infamous Hessian-Corsair war, primarily through territory and resources. It should be noted that the Corsairs have coerced a Zoner group as of the late, such a diplomatic tension can be easily manipulated to eject the Corsairs out of the local areas, particularly Omega 49.
Perhaps to further incline your curiosity in light of this situation, I can offer a location of a Corsair installation located within the noted sector.

Guten abend,
The Oberkommando was not expecting to hear from... well, whatever it is your group really is. What your group is, and what it involves itself in, -aside from the Corsair plague-, is of little interest to the Army if it holds no mutual benefits with the Army. Not to mention your misplaced sympathy for Bretonia, and its corporations. The Army is not after the people of Bretonia if you must know, the Army is after the working class exploiting corporations in Bretonia fueling the even greater monster corporations in Rheinland. The Armed Forces follow in the footsteps of their selfish corporations making them enemies of the Army. The Generalmajor, and the Army however don't see you as anything further than mercenaries, or so you appear to be. If what you say is true about being "scientists and observers" than you won't have an issue steering clear of Army operations, including potential operations in Bretonia.
Despite the Army's conflict with Auxesia being as bitter as its conflict with Bretonia, the Oberkommando is willing to enter a temporary state of neutrality while you gather what "evidence" you need. Take note, the Generalmajor is not fond of mercenary groups or third parties, particularly ones that wear Core clothing. If this evidence is by any means frauded or misleading, all chances of further negotiation will be eliminated, and you will be killed upon entering Hessian territory. There WILL be further requests should you succeed in delivering what information you claim to know of.
The Oberkommando and the Generalmajor await your reply.
The Corsairs have had an installation here for multiple years, and have been actively trying to push into the lower Omegas and Outer Bretonia in order to secure their resources and access points. We highly believe that the Corsair Fleet in this sector is distracted in the neighbouring systems as they attempt to foolishly push on their conquest, I believe a strike is possible. Even if they come to defend, they may lose their front defences in the nearby sectors - collapsing the entire network they have set up.
It's always interesting to hear that the majority of the corporations of Sirius is more corrupt than we'd like to imagine, but if you must know, we're not operating with the Corporations of House Bretonia but rather the Military, we simply do business with the others - just like we would for anyone else, just like most other beings do for survival. Nor are we the Core, we dawn our own armor and flags. Yes, we had our dark days of being forced to mercenary work, those were desperate times, and we have finally moved away from the majority of it.
In the end, your views do not hinder ours as much, accept or deny this - that matters little to us, it is only up to you if you wish to take this opportunity.

Guten abend,
The Oberkommando was surprised at your ability to acquire this evidence, yet slightly pleased at the same time. The Generalmajor has made no comment yet however. The evidence presented falls in line with evidence recently provided by the Coalition, if your hatred for the Imperials as much as you make it out to be. The Oberkommando will discuss a state of non-aggression with your battle group temporarily. The Outcome of this future operation will determine further relations. Whilst the Army has this operation "covered" so to speak regardless of whatever the Empire decides to do in response, or should you act in betrayal. The Army would like you to elaborate on just -what- you are exactly and what your purpose out in the Omegas is. The Generalmajor, nor the Oberkommando will sign a deal with people they know nothing of. If you are not in ties with Corporate oppressors from Bretonia, and are in no ties with the Core, and wish to see this installation removed with no repercussions, you will provide an answer.
We are no longer a Battlegroup, such title was gone long ago. Our purpose is to simply expand our ways of research, to preserve technology, to study and to ensure that extinction doesn't come around. Really, we're just armed librarians. We have no ties with any faction of the Omicrons barring the Zoners and as I mentioned with the Bretonian Corporations; we simply do business for supplies, for which they've been effective at, so far. A job is a job, and they do it - that's all we know.
We stand for our own philosophy, that of which we believe that everything in the universe exists for their own purposes, interconnecting with each other. Life exists to be understood and studied. We wish to preserve heritage for study and for historical sakes, knowledge is what got us here today.
Our intents are simple in the Omegas are simple though; they are to clear the Corsairs out so we can expand research capabilities in the Omegas, as they get in the way, such as hindering trade or even supply vessels, and quite frankly, they're treating Artifacts like they're nothing more than mere jewels. Such acts of ignorance cannot be allowed to be spilled, and their needless acts of aggression and savagery against our society will not be overlooked. They are a threat that must be kept away. We do not intend to conquer, we do not intend to interfere, we only wish to defend ourselves, and to ensure that no one does something incredibly dangerous to harm everyone else.
Even if you disagree to removing the installation, well, that's certainly not a massive hinderence to us as much as it is to you, as it affects everyone else in the region, but it's reassuring to know that the Coalition have kept tabs on it - even if it were inevitable. All I can offer you is a single shipment of weapons, Light Arms, approximately 7070 units of it, to help clear out the Corsair nusiance.

Guten abend,
Shifting from guns for hire to scientists with a strong moral compass is interesting. None the less, your cooperation with the Bretonian Corporations is troubling, at least to some members of the Oberkommando. Despite it arousing debate, the Oberkommando will overlook hostilities with Auxesia temporarily for the sake of removing the installation in Omega-49. The Generalmajor has begun funding immense amounts of resources for this, her motivations aside from her duties are unknown. If you wish to make a positive impression on the Army and the People's Republic, this would be the opportunity. Your hatred for the Empire remains mutual with the Army and the People's Republic.
Opening research in the Omega systems would not be allowed without supervision by the Army, more importantly what type of research you are conducting must be known by the SOA. The SOA will not tolerate outside parties researching specific areas of the Omegas they have quarantined. Aside from all of this, the deal remains clear, -make any hostile moves against the Army during the upcoming offensive and you will be treated as enemies-. The Army will inform you when the offensive will take place.
Send the Arms to Gran Canaria, the coordinates of where to deliver them on the surface will be sent momentarily.
Repetitions are not necessary, we are aware that hostilities will result in undesired consequences - nor is it within our intentions. If we require to initiate a study in the deeper Omegas, we'll be sure to contact you.
The Inner Phalanx has brought up the topic of further involvement in matters involving the Corsairs. A vote was held where it was decided that an offering of assistance and neutrality can be made. As such, we'd like to offer the Army a Cloak Disruptor, recently built for Battleship-classed vessels, which will prevent any Corsair forces who might attempt to hide, flank or flee from the Hessian forces during this conflict.
Additionally, Auxesia is also willing to provide minor support in the form of strike craft to verify our intentions: The Arae wing. They're equally capable of hunting cloaked vessels and providing support against larger craft. Covering them will be left to one gunboat, the Predator. While it may not seem like much, resilience can prove to be difficult for anyone to handle.
If this is acceptable, we may sort out the delivery of the device over a more secure network.

Guten abend,
The Generalmajor is somewhat intrigued by this offer and will accept. The specifics of where and when to deliver the cloak disruptor will be sent to you on a more secure network. As for the fighter wing, the Army will accept their presence, however do take note that given the state of the NAP the Army will not be held responsible for any casualties or any outcome that may result in the demise of any number of fighters. The fighter wing will be advised of potential threats by Army officers in the field, but will not be given orders that are expected to be upheld. As such, how you preform in the field is up to you so long as it does not get in the way of the Army's operations, and any harm that may come to is yours to deal with. Should any of your pilots require emergency medical aid after the offensive the Army will look into fitting some space, but we cannot promise anything given how many of our own are committed to this offensive.
