==================== Type: Systems Bug: The mine field in the Darlington atmosphere is named Zone 21 ====================
And, according to its infocard, the Liberty Navy is enforcing its isolation. Yes, in the middle of a Bretonian top secret complex.

==================== Type: Ship Stats Bug: Rheinland cruiser and GB NPCs start exploding when dead, but then they use nanobots and resurrect. ====================
Is that a zombie Rheinland cruiser? Also, not sure about their battleships, haven't tried yet. All Bretonian NPCs are fine and not bugged, btw.
==================== Type: Ship Stats Bug: Bretonian carrier gets stuck in the last lane ====================
You take a Bretonian carrier. You dock with a trade lane without any problems, and travel without any problems. But, when you reach the last trade lane ring and when the ship drops out from it, half of it passes through the ring as it should, but its stern stays back, as if an invisible barrier has suddenly formed, virtually cutting the ship in half and blocking its stern. You then need to strafe left or right to avoid this invisible barrier, or spam /stuck. Alternatively you can drop out of the lane before reaching the last ring, but all of these options cost time, which is essential if you are in a hurry to aid your fleet. The yellow effects which appear when the lane projectors are hit, appear over this invisible barrier while the ship is trying to pass through. This bug has been present for a year or a couple already.
It appears that when the Core snubs and gunboat line where implemented along with guns to make it clear that BHG was not both BHG and Core stuff, there was no tech cell implemented with it also, so in theory you could be using any Core snubs or gunboat with core weapons on any ID and IFF.
I have just done this with a character of mine that is covered by roleplay and I still had 100% power core with Order ID and IFF.
If you get hit by a pulse with your shield down your thrust automatically drops to 0 meaning you cant move.
This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.
==================== Type: Infocard Bug: Gas Miner Ogashawa Current Information Infocard missing commodities for sale. ====================
The following commodities are available for sale, but not mentioned in the Current Information Infocard.
H-Fuel, Oxygen, Sirius Credit Card (10.000)
The prices of these commodities do not count as 'good' in FL and are therefore automatically excluded. This is normal and expected FL behaviour and not anything we've set wrong. We do not control those lists manually. Xoria's note. -Alex.

The Border World restart has covered the Edge Border World Systems only and the actual Edge World restart shows the House Space as covered. I think starting NavMaps should be reversed for these restarts. That issue has been lurking around since 4.87 and hasn't been fixed since then.
