I personally know that if you can aim Magma Hammers, putting eight of them on a Raven Claw is overkill. One second to wipe out shields, rest of the powerplant will annihilate an enemy fighter.
Or you could be really predictable and mount four missiles like every other Raven claw jock...But that just makes it easier for me to blow you up when you face my Train-CD mounted Xeno.

The best guns you may mount are the guns, that fir your RP, style and you are ok with them. The same loadout may be perfect for you and useless for someone else.
shield busters will match the vengeance speed and give you a good, but not amazing shield blast/hull blast balance, - 2 missiles can rip enemy ships apart, and you ll take 2 different ones, so you got 140 ammo instead of 70 - and the different speed makes them hit like a tandem charge and won t blow each other up upon impact.
the train CD is an allround offensive and defensive weapon, mines are nice, especially with a train CD
no need to fear others train CDs too much. - shoot the missiles at point blank and they won t have enough time to react .
More importantly is what is your RP? The ship you're talking about is a classified, if not stolen piece of technology. Its heavily restricted as well, you wont see these flying around every system with any Joe Freelancer in it.
