I am contacting you regarding delivery of kemwer munitions. Said delivery should be made in 2 batches using small freighters.
First batch goes to Vogtland Base, Dresden system, second one to Battleship Kassel, Omega-47 system. Battleship Kassel is currently patrolling sector F4. For this occasion only I'll grant docking access to mentioned installations to 2 freighters. Obviously, you need to specify callsigns of freighters you will use.

On more recent developments, I think you're aware of anomaly which spawned in Omega-7 last week, connecting it to Omicron Delta. Spezialoperationsabteilung ship was present in system in the exact time of spawn, which allowed us to collect unique data about it. We're willing to share it in exchange for information on behaviour and types of Nomad specimen found in Omicron Delta.

Further cooperation, including permanent docking access to some of Red Hessian installations might be possible, depending on quality of your intel and munitions.

Logistics will dispatch a EL-Hil27 "Rhino" freighter by callsign Order|Atlas-1 to Vogtland very soon with requested munitions. The first batch will consist of energy sidearms, service rifles and "pulse-stem" repeating emmiter that fulfils role of a heavy gunner in infrantry/marine squads alongside typical attachable accessories. Our selection is wider than that but given limitations in thoughtput of simple freighter we are offering the most standard issue for our own troops. Keep in mind that Kemwer weaponry does not require much in terms of maitenance as such and can be repaired with other malfunctioning weapons or spares thanks to interchangable parts and modularity. It is also strongly not advisable to attempt opening of Kemwer munitions. It will render its internal machinery inoperable to prevent reverse engineering. Last thing we want is the likes of BDM directorate making their own copies.

For the intelligence, I will patch you to Inquisitor Valkyrie who shall act as our diplomat of choice and a person with sufficient access and privileges to discuss the data relevant to your interests. She will no doubt contact you soon.

Our freighter had reportedly had issue with achieving docking permission and was delayed at Bruschal station in Frankfurt until issue was resolved. 540 standard cargo units of Kemwer had been delivered to Vogtland, reporting no abnormalities though transit. Expect second delivery later this day to your "Kassel".

The Nomads encountered in Omicron Delta are no different from what you would experience anywhere else. Standard mix of drones mimicking human terms of warships from fighters to juggernaughts. The anomaly that you must have encountered is no doubt a Nomad Juggernaught Sathanas which was spotted by our recon flights in desolate sectors of Omicron Delta system. In itself within Nomad fleet, Sathanas is unique and had only been spotted couple of times in recorded history. It has been first appearance of this type of Nomad since 818 A.S. during which it dissapeared into Nomad infested worlds never to be seen again until now. It is also unclear whether it is the same specimen as before or completely new being.

Sathanas shares the same weaknesses as other Nomad entities of simmilar size and class: while Nomads are more than capable of mutating our own concepts of war to copy over their own designs in order to counter us more effectively, they are currently lacking any standarized equivalent of FLAK cannons leaving it vulnerable to barrages of high yield missiles. Both our and yours attack against Sathanas had bogged down and the Juggernaught had slipped past all of our attempts. Its known equipment included several point defense turrets, five anti capital turrets and two long range emmiters, simmilar to function to heavy mortars.

This only reinforces that The Order should be able to deploy its assets pre-emptively or aggressively in key areas of Omicrons on our own initiative, with still due respect to Hessians own installations.

We distinguish two types of command assets among Nomads: The Nammu - heavy gunboat and Marduk - heavy battleship. boasting excessive firepower for their intended role ranging from close range weapons to artillery. All else are purifers, oversized combat drones bred purely for war. Their behaviour depends on their personality affected by past experiences, copied over and over many individual ships that further diverge from original ego until forming new identity for itself. That means even if you slay the Nomad, it may resurface again in different form and richer in new experience. The only real hurt to their collective memory system is delivered by destroying their mind nodes or command ships in our sense.

According to our intelligence, the Sathanas had NOT emerged in Omicron Delta at the end of its last rampage in Omegas. We are aware that it sustained moderate to heavy damage and is still present in the Omegas. Whether it resurfaces within week or years is unknown to us. Reports of visual encounters of Rheinland battlecruisers in service to the Wilde prove that Rheinland fed's are not as secure as BDM propaganda would lead people to believe. This only reinforces that The Order should be able to deploy its assets pre-emptively or aggressively in key areas of Omegas on our own initiative, with still due respect to Hessians own installations.

We have indeed received Kemwer munitions. Time will tell if they're as good as you claim.
However, the data you've provided, especially on Nomad Juggernaut(Superdreadnought by SOA classification) is quite interesting. Especially the fact that said Superdreadnought may still roam in deeper Omegas.

While I see your point about Order operations in Omega region, you should not underestimate Red Hessian Army and especially Spezialoperationsabteilung. I'll have a conversation on that matter with Oberkommando and performance(or failure) of your munitions will have quite an impact on result of said coversation.
