Sir, As only a humble captain in the ranks I don't wish to speak out of place. But I urge
caution in another alliance. Our current diplomatic status, depending on which post you
take to be the correct one, would appear to have us allied to both the SF and the RM
at the moment. Server house status has Bretonia and Kusari at war. Our alliance with
the SF really precludes us entering into another with a Kusari house. This could be
misinterpreted by the SF as a slide to neutrality only.
The RM would appear to be in the same situation. They too are allied to the SF and
their not entering into an alliance with the DVL must come as showing a commitment
to their current diplomatic status.
I would hate us to been seen as a faction of convenience, allying with everyone.

Stop me here if I missed something ... Didn't Igiss prevent an alliance between the
SF and the DVL because of the house situation, We can't really ally with our allies
enemies in the RP sense. Difficult one.

If anything, this diplomatic gesture has driven DVL and AW further apart rather than DVL and RM together. I also agree that the unification would be detrimental to all factions involved, breaking what relations have been built already and creating more enemies for each.
Perhaps DVL should focus on building their own strength before building on that of the (already capable) Rhineland Military. Recently the Phantoms appear to have seized total control of New Tokyo, although not an unwelcome change in the eyes of my Blood Dragon affiliated pirate character, it is not a good look for the current Kusari forces.
Last night the Phantoms were in new tokio for hours, and also the DVL flagship Wrath.
My Outcast character was in Hokkaido and would have joined them, but they were too many for just Josh, so I decided to go rep fixing elsewhere :)
**sorry for the offtopic!
If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God? - from 'Nightfall' by I. Asimov The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor
Hoshi, In all the time we have been hanging round New Toyko recently, I can report
the loss of one Phantom ship only ... And for all our terrorist activities we are an
honest bunch when it comes to holding our hands up and saying we got whooped ...
I have no idea which NT you are refering to, Its not the one here obviously.

If Hoshi is referring to the time when I was in NT as DarkStar, and there was Josh, AND Hoshi, AND a PK person, AND more DVL on the way...
Terrorists? Yes.
Attack and kill people? Yes.
Stupid? No sir.
