The Liberty Navy, responding to an anonymous tip about criminal activity within the Kepler system, discovered your modular installation within Liberty borders. This installation was constructed without notification of the Liberty Authorities, and is such, and illegal station. On top of that, any form of interaction with the installation such as docking procedures for the Liberty Authorities are also missing. As standard protocol, the modular installation will be dismantled and removed from the area, by force if need be. Any vessels seen entering or exiting the installation will be stopped, questioned, and arrested.

Good day,

I apologize for the unregistered presence of the base. Yes, I am its owner and no, it is not a pirate installation.

Let's get to the subject, this base is serving as a meeting point for my associates, as we can not simply head to Trenton Outpost or Newark and just build ourselves a small base or something like that. The docking bays have not even been set up, as we are currently in building phase. I can assure you we are going to open the docking bays to Liberty forces as soon as we have finished its construction if you allow us.

The station is not related to any unlawful activity, as Mercenary Division is actually hunting most of them.

The base, in future, will serve as our main armory and equipment manufacturing.

Now...if you accept our surprise base to be registered in your list, we'd be grateful. However, I know about this criminal-like act, and I'd ask to know how much is the fine for this.

The Liberty Government has was been informed of the current situation regarding the installation, and have decided to allow the chance to register the installation as a lawful base. Details will be attached below. However, there is a slight problem that we must address. Due to the installation being illegally constructed, the Liberty Government requests a fine of 75,000,000 Sirius Credits to be paid to the neuralnet account Ferris.Dufresne. After the fine is paid for, and the base registered legally, Graveyard Station will be left to be operated within it's legal limits, and will receive emergency defense support from the Primary and Secondary Fleets, should it be requested.

Listen,

The Liberty Government has been waiting for two days for any signs of interaction about this problem, and for two days, has not received a single word. As such, the fine has been raised to 100,000,000 Sirius Credits. The Liberty Navy, authorized by the Liberty Government, has been ordered to demolish the installation, effective immediately. If you don't plan on paying for the law infractions, then you clearly do not wish to act as lawful entities. If that is the case, I suggest evacuating the station.
