It has been quite some time since we last exchanged pleasantries due to the gradual breakdown in communication between us. Its been just over a year since the Reapers were an active force in and around the Omegas and Omircons, and our situation has improved by no means because of this.
I'm sending this transmission in the hopes that Auxesia will consider returning to Cayman to attend a meeting with the council, or at least speak with some high ranking angels, in an attempt to rekindle relations. We had the basis of a strong alliance at the time and I see the potential to see that resurrected and rejuvenated.
If you share my interest in such, please return to Cayman - You'll still be welcome here.

Archon Calavtrava,
Saying it has been some time since our two societies have spoken would be an understatement. In that time our organization has evolved, and we have since shed the title of a Battlegroup due to our own growth.
There isn't much to say here and now, but your invitation is accepted, and an emissary will be dispatched to Cayman within the next few days to attend this meeting, and we'll see where we stand.
Reapers, I am failing to hear from your internal key powers.
If there is a greater problem than previously mentioned, you will say it now. I cannot 'help' you if you fail to help and inform us, and I will be extremely aggrovated to have our efforts and resources wasted.
Our borders will remain open for refuge, you are still capable of escaping while you can, if not, then you still have the previously proposed options for this scenario. Act with haste, act with knowledge, act with caution, do not fail where your ancestors have failed.
I was afraid this day would happen sooner than expected, at a point of our critical weakness. We don't have that many options still open to us, and the options we do have are becoming dimmer and dimmer.
On the one hand, I can order an evacuation order, get as many out as possible, but this would be too difficult, I fear. We would only succeed in getting out a short few, there is no way we could move our entire population in a short space of time. Things are made difficult by the commander of the BSF, Commander Greif, disappearing with no traces.
On the other hand, we can stand and fight, or attempt to delay them. This approach would ensure almost total genocide or enslavement for us all. This is something I cannot bear the thought of, my fellow soldiers in chains or dead. We have to move. I'll order an evacuation order, I only fear how few of us will make it out alive.
I do not know how much time and resources Auxesia is willing to dedicate to this, but we make this plea for help. Help us find sanctuary and get out as much of our equipment and people as you can, once we leave for good, we can destroy what is left - We cannot allow this place that has provided for us for so long to fall into enemy hands.
Help us Auxesia. Please.

Archon Calavtrava,
It's a shame that it came to this so quickly. We had our associates out working tirelessly to breathe life back into your society, but Keeper Revenant happened to be correct. It is a losing war. The worst possible thing you and your people can do now is stand their ground and try to fight. While the spirit you may have to hold your ground is admirable, it's also suicidal. Do not doom the men and women of the Reapers to death.
There are several possibilities and outcomes in this situation. One, you covertly evacuate your forces and civilians to Omega-49, Gran Canaria. From there the men, women and children of the Reapers disperse into Sirius and assume a normal life wherever they choose. The drawback to this is no easy access to the drug that you desperately needed.
The second option is similar, but with your suggestion in mind. You evacuate covertly, do as much damage as possible to your home. Destroy any knowledge you might have and lay a trap for your enemies. When they believe they've claimed victory, they'll be in for a surprise when whatever stations they gain detonate and depressurize. It may not secure victory over their forces, but you'd hinder their growth and establishment in the region, and get a chance to give them a taste of your vengeance one last time.
There's also a third option. Making use of one of the contacts our associates established a deal with, key personnel and civilians are relocated from Cayman, along with data and technological samples to our homefront in the Independent Worlds. It may not be immediate or even seamless at first, but we can integrate your people into our society and accommodate their needs. You''d live as the People of Auxo, safe and far from your enemies. I'd even go so far as to suggest combining the trap portion of option two with this plan to inflict as much damage to your home and your enemies as possible when they go to claim it. Those that don't wish to remain living as civilians with us or integrating into our forces will naturally be free to choose any path, but this is the most viable and easily accessible option available. The contact is there, and this is of humanitarian nature.
I've spoken with what remains of our command structure, I fear many have dropped their flags and ran since the impending doom has been forced upon us, this really does show who remains loyal to our cause and ideology. We've come to a conclusion, albeit a contested one. We have few options or places to flee to, so we've decided to seek refuge with you, the people of Auxesia. I wonder, however, do you have somewhere specific in mind for us to go, to reside? It's been seen before countless times in history when two different cultures are forced together, there can be issues with them being too different and one being unassimilable.
We wonder how such a transmission would even take place. Its one thing to evacuate an entire population within a short time frame, but then to transport them a great distance away without being noticed... and helping them to find a place of residence. In the event we are able to achieve this, I would still like to retain the ability to lead and guide my people into the future. It would not end well were they to suddenly change everything during this delicate state of transition.

Archon Calavtrava,
For the time being a refuge point can be established at one of our outposts located within the Independent Worlds until something more permanent can be established. The 'permanent' residence has been in the works for some time, and would likely be the final point of your journey. Now keep in mind that this will not be an easy trip to make. It won't be an immediate transition and I'm glad you chose to volunteer to act as a figurehead of sorts for your people, as it will make the transition a lot simpler with fluid communication between our two groups as we sort every detail out.
Moving the population is a different story. The contact our connection provided is humanitarian in nature, and would be more than happy to assist in medically assessing everyone before relocating you through hostile territory and into Bretonian space, where we'll have our Civil Administration coordinate the final portion of transit into our territory. Their affiliation with the local Zoner community masks any ill-intent and makes them an unlikely group to be involved in the relocation efforts. Naturally however, they'll need to be convinced that this is the right thing to do. I'm more than certain that you and our connection won't have any difficulties explaining the situation and plan to him.
This path will be difficult. There may be instances of conflict, thus we'll discuss the possibility of providing some discreet cover with our assets to prevent any additional loss of life. If you require additional details or information, do not hesitate to ask.
