I am not sure if this will even reach anyone, as I have not been told a name, and normally I would not follow through on something like this, but I have been paid a generous sum of money in advance and been promised another equally generous sum if I contacted you. I was told you have a mission in the Borderworlds which you need help with. Ain't gonna even try to hide that I'm partially surprised to suddenly see this comm here in my inbox, I was supposed to find some bold hunters and mercenaries and not the other way around. But I guess both comes down to the same thing, except that you get the money for establishing and contact and not me, which is a pity to say the very least. You see, our mutual contractor seems to have quite a loose wallet with some holes, forcing them to let some generous sums of cash drop out of it every now and then.

Anyhow, yes, there's a job that needs to be done down in the Southern Edge Worlds, Corsair territory to be precise. It's mainly getting rid of some annoying cannibalistic nuisances and their partially undercover suppliers. Not asking any questions and killing these jumping jacks on sight without batting an eyelid. And seizing the lush rewards for doing so. I don't know you, so I can just pray that your contractor has done a wise decision offering you this job. You see, the job is an easy one, but every easy job can turn into a big hassle if the people involved can't work together.

So, if you wanna know more and think you are of sufficient calibre, I'd strongly suggest you come to Omicron Theta as well, I'm currently staying on Freeport 9 and if you want to help me out with this, you should rent an apartment there too. Pretty sure the generosity of our contractor would also include the payment for a stay on the Freeport.

Thank you for your reply, and let me begin this with apologizing for the delay. I wanted to make sure to discuss this with the second person who had been offered this job, it took a while to get a hold of him. I am very sorry, but I have to inform you that after some careful consideration I have decided not to take this offer. It turned out to be different from what I had expected, and I do not want to work in the Omicrons after some bad experiences in the past. Nevertheless, I wish you good luck and a profitable mission (and of course you can look forward to collecting those rewards for establishing contacts now).

Despite my assessment of the offered rewards as generous, it seems the other person to be offered this job thought they were too low for what was to do, and did not want to take the job either. Just know I am merely relaying what he said to me, I might be wrong on this.
