Kon'nichiwa, Miss Heinrich,
my name is Kara Yukari, Guildmistress of the Gas Miners Guild, you might or might not know that already, but that is unimportant. I have hesitated to send this transmission for quite a while now, the reason is very simple: The Unioners. These people have started to make extremely absurd statements towards us and attacked our Guild members as well as our space. Just a few days ago, a raid group of Unioners entered Sigma-13 and damaged Helgoland, as well as other ships. This cannot happen too often. While we are very able to push them back often enough, there is one thing that gave even me a shiver, the fact that they managed to construct at least one battleship. Not to mention their wide array of cruisers and gunboats.
That is why I thought that it is now time to push back against their little alliance they are probably building up as well in this moment. We are aware that your movement is not getting along with theirs, which is very reasonable and understandable. You are the only unlawful force we have in Rheinland, that can effectively push the Unioners back before they even reach our systems. Sure, we might ask the Bundestag for support, but the Unioners have peed their pants already when I mentioned that I might contact your movement. This gave me the idea, that their fear from your force is numerous. I am not going to lie, there might be a war breaking out, it depends on how the Bundestag reacts to their whining. If they manage to convince them that the Gas Miners Guild has your support, I want the threat to be real and I want to have a couple of allies in our back. The Order has already contacted us and will be a useful entity in this skirmish, I think there have once been deals between you and them if I am not mistaken, but this seems to be either long ago or simply died out. The other allies we are going to have to call are the Blood Dragons and the Golden Chrysanthemums. Since I am not aware of any troubles between you and listed groups, I assume that this is no ideological problem for you.
If you agree to this, I will give your permission to land a few ships on our facilities, but only if it is guaranteed that there are no witnesses. This should help to quickly push those nationalists back into their beloved Rheinland. If you require funds or fuel, you know you can ask.
I may have made an agreement prior, but before we get into this little scenario let me make something very clear to you.
We are not a tool you can simply bring up to sharpen your ego, especially when there is little more than no-fire agreements between our two parties. If you mention us as such again, you won't have any assets to assist you. I've seen the Imperial's news story, disgusting as they are, the Army doesn't need them to gain the support of Corporate and Federal assets. Mentioning us as an asset to you will only draw them closer in bed with the rest of the Rheinland Government. I don't need to remind you the last instance of Imperials dictating the Vaterland. It would only help the Union.
Now with that being said, I see no loss in providing you with some ounce of assistance, under the condition that we are given a good share of H-fuel. The Dragons are sympathetic to the Army, the Order are on neutral terms as they've done little more than make demands of the Army in the past.
I will personally be overseeing operations in the Sigma systems in the early phases of this "agreement" any instance of hostility too the Army's support will not be taken lightly.

Kon'nichiwa, Miss Heinrich,
I didn't want to have it look like you're a tool, I merely phrased it like I did in the transmission to the Unioners, so they know how serious I take it, it worked. But you shouldn't take this as a declaration of us using you as our property, think about it. You hate the Unioners as much as I do, now you know what they plan, now you know where they will attack, so you also know where and how to hit. About us having merely something like no-fire-agreements, that should be changed in this case. My opinion has always been, that the parties we can list as "allies but not really allies" have to either expand or to get closer to us. It would be a personal relief for me, especially now, to have the Red Hessian Army as a friendly entity and not a neutral one, which would be beneficial for both of us. I honestly never expected the Unioners to be that much of a pain, especially that unexpected, I sorted them as a nuisance in my head but not an actual threat. You can proudly tell me about every single kill you gain on their heads, it would satisfy me. Back to the main topic, I am glad the Blood Dragons and Golden Chrysanthemums are not something you have your doubts with.
About the H-Fuel, sure, no problem at all, I can even recommend you to switch over to H-Fuel completely, Mox is dangerous and inefficient. It would make you completely independent from raids on fuel supplies. Although this would have to happen secretly, as I bet Rheinland doesn't like GMG ships fueling Hessians, you would have to tell us an effective way to get to your main bases, where the fuel will be either needed the most or distributed the best.
Intentional or not, that's how it's seen by myself and likely by other parties. If you want us to be on your side, don't do it again.
Shipments of H-Fuel can be moved using the Jumphole from Sigma-13 to Frankfurt. There is a secret entrance to the Dresden system within the Frankfurt system, specifics will be disclosed to the transports as they pass Bruschal. Deliveries will be sent to Wolfsberg shipyard in Omega-54, transports as well as fighter craft escorts alone will be granted access to the system for the sole purpose of supplying. Any sort of deviation in Omega-54 will be taken with deadly hostility.
