It's fine if your member wants to use the playerlist for metagaming, but trying to give it off as valid RP is a very cheap move which I wouldn't usually expect from an official faction member, especially a supposed higher-up seeing as he was flying a capital vessel. If said person cares so much about blues that they would rather prefer Rheinland to stay completely empty instead, then I'll gladly take my fraction of activity elsewhere.
Hello there, thank you for the feedback. I was not present at the encounter in question, but I am certain what he meant was TLAGSNET. Every police ID has a built-in system which tracks ships using jump gates and trade lanes. Information gathered using it can be used inRPly.
No problem, I completely forgot about the tlagsnet somehow. At first I thought the other vessel was coming from Omegas where tlagsnet isn't available but then I recalled he was in Stuttgart indeed.

It was reported at the time there was a Unioner raiding party in action in Frankfurt.--Show me the Logs where this was reported. The reporting ship never moved. Never followed. Never chased. The player was static. He was NOT removed from anywhere to anywhere. He did not jump into the next system to continue the one word of RP he gave out.
- Fine of 2 Million EC for wasting Polizei resources in turn of a Tirpitz Class Vessel: Time of Polizei Personnel, Fuel costs, Munitions costs, etc.--There was no waste of anything. The ship never moved. The forum role play narrative is bogus. You can not claim fines for actions that never happened.
- {AFC}-The.Huntsman will no longer permitted within Rheinland Space.--WTF? If this was not in the original fine, why is it now a requirement? You give back 50 Mill but you now FR5 an individual ship? Nice way to kill off any developed RP that ship has by forcing a /rename on it. Explain the logic behind this. Seems more like you are trying to dick over the owner of the ship or to continue the drama, more than a need keep an offending ship out of Rhineland.

Perhaps you should be directing half the blame at the indy here instead of us doing what we at most would do to anyone else in the situation.

I think people need to harden the heck up. Both in receiving these roleplay consequences and in delivering them. Stand up to your actions instead of using OORP methods to avoid or rescind them.
I had immense respect for RFP before but yielding to these tears demolishes your authority in my eyes.

You have no idea how difficult it was to do this mate.. Believe me no one is happy but AFC have been warned that if the incident happens again they will be punished in full with zero fallback.

Na....Fox...do not pass this off on me as being a "Dick" about things.
It is members of the RFP that posted an unreasonable fine. It is your members of the RPF that used the evidence provided by an Indy with out checking out the facts around the incident. If there is any blame to go around, it is certainly not on me for defending my point of view on the matter.
So, we can consider this done and over with, and The.Huntsman is still legal to fly in Rhineland correct?

Hmmm, pretty much that. I desperately wanted to point the fact out that Rheinland is one of the few stricter Houses - which people would have overlooked and thought I was memeing or something. Also, why would you resort to whining in feedbacks anyway? especially when afc previously been caught, then you go ahead and use the jumpgate, thinking that the police faction won't actually be a police faction and let them get away?? Come on. What were you really expecting? There's risk in speed, and you got caught up in the risk, take the jumphole next time if you don't want rp consequences of getting caught. I think it's immature to oorply threaten others because of your mistakes, if you're really going to take it that personally. You made the decision to take the risk, you messed up, don't take it out on others.
Also there was actually a Unioner fight in Frankfurt, the BC was wanted because RM initially thought they were gonna bring another cap to fight us with, that's why the 'wasting' charge happened, most likely.
