I have reviewed your proposal and find no issues to object over it about. We could certainly use the additional bolstering of forces in the California system when dealing with the Gallic threat. As long as it's clear that the 1st fleet's logistical services are not beholden in the effort to support the station; they have their own assigned duties to attend to.
With that said, we are, like you, merely an asset of the Liberty government, not the government itself. It appears that you have already found the Liberty Government Channel intended for the registration of new bases and made the appropriate request with them here.
