Warrant

On behalf of The Order Overwatch I have to inform you that we seek to arrest or terminate an associate of IRG by name James Erzie. The accused individual is considered guilty of defection and theft of The Order property. Dr. Erzie, previously serving in The Order R&D division illegally left our ranks, disregarding honorable discharge protocols existing at the time and failed to deposit The Order equipment as is expected among our ranks.

Evidence to back our words will be of course provided:

⧫ Talendar served under Black Fleet as designated O.S.D. Talendar, armored R&D vessel built on chassis of Hator.
Talendar, Dr. Erzie's personnal vessel from times of service to The Order

⧫ Additionaly, we decided to de-classify his submission to The Order recruitment office at Omicron Mu, Akabat. It speaks for itself and he had no leave or pardon to abandon The Order in fashion he did. Defection, coupled with theft of Order's property is a grave offense.

Until further notice, IRG is banned from entering and travelling though Order Protectorate. All IRG ships owned or known to transport James Erzie will be treated as hostile combatant. IRG powercells are barred from The Order protectorate controlled or contested worlds, by adding the commodity to list of contraband. In our responsibility, we do it in order to protect any non-combatants that trusted their safety to us. The Order demands assistance and compliance in apprehending of traitor James Erzie, if IRG insists on remaining in cordial relations with The Order. James Erzie, as failing to attend council related to fate of his own person, is sentenced to death in absencia.

Ingenuus Research Group has 24 hours to comply with order of eviction from The Order space, unless our requirement is met.

Greetings Inquisitor Valkyrie,

these are worrying information, but I have to inform you that James Erzie has vanished and is missing without any additional information or notification, therefore he was formally displaced from his position in IRG. Of course, we will notify the Order in case of further information in regards of James Erzie. Until then it is advised to distance Order from banning IRG and IRG technology from Order space.

If Erzie has been removed from under security blanket that Ingenuus is provided, re-admitting your institute to The Order Protectorate will happen instantly. Keep in mind that our statement concerning his personnal assets and individuals found to be directly assisting him still stands and will be executed in full accordance of the mandate. However, there are also certain divergences that had not been addressed before, just to make sure these directives are followed...

IRG is admitted to Silver grade clearance to The Order Protectorate, with previous admittion to Black grade access to quarantined systems being voided. It is argued on our part that the deal died with departure of McCool, whose chances of remaining among the living are growing slimmer by days considering brutality of Core. The permission was granted solely on background of his own personnal research and with him gone, the project is on hold. I am pretty sure you are fammilar with clauses of The Order Protectorate code by now and understand how our clearance levels work.

Furthermore, the IRG technology. Our own independent studies at Alexandria concluded that barring transportation of usch devices is logical step into ensuring safety of our own installations. Experimental energy storage containers or generators are dangerous if mishandled, and we do not believe this tech is fully safe. Therefore power cells are to remain kept away from Order sectors unless permission with specific conditions is issued by The Order Overwatch General Assembly.

I suppose it is warranted for a word of honesty to come from myself, as this issue arrived when I was off the grid. I'm sincerely surprised it took so long for the Order to take interest in my whereabouts. I've been in Order space several times in the months prior, even to do business with your organization. If you would like your property returned, such can be arranged in accordance with your demand, but you will not have my return to Order operations. When I joined the Order, there was a key contingency of an open contract. The ability to leave when needed. This came at the expense of privilege, and the access and clearance given was strictly based on abiding by the regulations shared by the commissioned and enlisted forces of the Order.

In my application form, I was intending to act on the best interests of humanity. It is not in my beliefs that the Order, as it stands, is doing so at the most efficient scope. I prefer the freedom my original people's ways; the Zoners truly try to do what is best for humanities progression and I was a fool to believe it as anything else. The quarrel with the Core is not a war I wish to fight. If you have additional inquiries about arrangements to make amends with my departure from your organization, please let me know. I'd like to do so in the most peaceful way possible.

Sentence

The Order ussually does not respond as quick to messages they deem to be already finished. However, we've taken our time to discuss your 'proposition' in detail and we have an counter offer. The Grand Admiral never expected you would hand over the boat willingly, though he had his suspicion that our threat made you to commit to this. You can prove him wrong by accepting these following terms, which were ratified by entirety of our General Assembly as replacement for the far more brutal measures.

⧫ You, James Erzie will be exiled from The Order Overwatch Protectorate as listed by our laws. It will be for purposes of this sentence be simplified to area galactic north of line drawn across Freeport 11 (excluding natural perimeter of station itself as per Zoner Confederate regulations) and Kiribati asteroid belt. The galactic north limit of this ban will end at contested world of Omicron Beta. Galactic west limit defined by commonly acknowledged by Sirian starcharts border between Omicron and Sigma worlds.

Your terms are acceptable, you will find evidence here of the Talandar's return to your fleet. Know that the threats are not my motivation, but the essential of progress within our organization; Sanctions aren't good for business. This agreement is just the motivation I need to keep myself out of the Edge Worlds. I'm only so young, and my presence out there is quite taxing. Hopefully we can have positive interactions on the organizational level in the future.
