Mr. Anderson just informed me that Ageira provisions have been completely delivered. Material shippments on our part are also near completion as I am only waiting for the last Bowex transports to register their remaining 9,800 cargo units of super alloy any day now. Operation "Porta Nauru" has nearly reached its half way point, perfectly on schedule.
Phase 3 of the operation has been completed. Just yesterday I received a transmission from the Bowex Trade Department featuring the final cargo manifests. This concludes all the required provisions for construction to commence.
I must note that not only did the contract with Borderworld Exports relieve our merchant fleet substantially, but also proved quite profitable as the overal cost for haulage per se (minus material purchase) amounted to only 74.280.000 S.C. which is 1/4th less then the estimated mobilisation cost of our own vessels for the same task. I wish to entertain the prospect of further cooperation with Bowex in future endeavours.

Mr. Doe, president of DSE just confirmed that a team of seasoned engineers, along with specialized construction machinery has left for Omicron Delta. In the meantime our own crew deployed the main frame of the docking ring in Nauru orbit.
This step has more significance in terms of propaganda then that of construction progress per se, at least for now.
Today's brief conference with the heads of Ageira and DSE puts my mind at ease, as construction of Porta Nauru enters its final stage. In less then a week from now preliminary testing shall commence. Both the crews on site and their respective companies expressed their optimistic take on the results, all of which are estimated more then satisfactory.
Pleased as I am with the newest insights, I should prepare for a public appearance on TCNS in regard to this milestone achievement.
