This is not how they work, that's why it's ooRP and it was mentioned at least twice.
To answer your question, I just find it completely unreasonable that a species of aliens which has no need or use for money irp, is paying people money oorp. It just comes across as a double standard.
I get the purpose and I respect it, but maybe there's a better way to do it within the faction and in a form that would also seem rational from an RP standpoint.

Well, I just don't get why would you mix up ooRP and RP that horribly. Look at your first paragraph:
Nomads have no use for money therefore player cannot get any money? Well, those things are hardly connected. Nomads got rewards on the official events and it did not cause any questions. And where are double standards? That phrase sounds nice. but you need at least 2 similar situations to claim that.
Gameplay is one thing, RP is another and there is no reason for Nomads to be limited.
I'm of the view that if an oorp tool is used to avail irp results, then you're technically mixing two things that you shouldn't mix.
Yes, there is no reason for you to be limited. But neither is there a reason for a faction to endorse an oorp concept that wouldn't gel with the faction.

People always have ooRP motivation to play the game. There can't be the other one if you are generally mentally healthy. So my point stands, those two things just belong to different places and not connected whatsoever.

Well, I'm not affiliated with the faction itself even as member, so I'm not going to reply here.

Good to know.
Moving on, what I meant by double standards is that this is a faction that shouldn't attach a value to money as aliens, but yet they do technically endorse that mentality by maintaining a bounty board, so where do you draw the line?

They don't do that even technically, since it's not happening inRP. Line is where RP universe end and ooRP rewards, such as credits and NEMP bombs on the events starts.
Double standard is the situation when for example two people are killing a person in very similar conditions. And same judge is letting one go and other one is getting imprisoned for 15 years.
The last I saw NEMP bomb detonations had RP behind them and then subsequent RP regarding their detonation. But that's a different case.
You can keep stating that this isn't translating to anything IRP, but the activity caused by this board from providing incentive to seek out combat encounters is its relation to the RP environment. I think that's the reason I've never seen an OORP bounty board before, it's because the translation just doesn't work.

But Reeves, you are winning NEMP bombs and ammo on the events now. So is custom user titles. You get it on any character you want. + bonus kills including the Nomads. I will just repeat myself that people are playing the game only with oorp motives. Now you are just saying that more Nomads hunting people is a bad thing. Which... is not.
For real though. You make an ID that does not fuels your own cloaks (you could have done it temporal, yes) and now you make a BBoard for Nomads? Doesn't sounds really encouraging for logging from my side. If you're going for BBoard kill, in PvP sence, you still have limited Cloak Batts and staying open as a nomad in our days is quite dangerous since pretty much every single human being wants to shoot them on sight.
