we would like to contact high ranking Daumann officials regarding the issue of constructing a docking Station in Munich at Chiemsee Asteroid Field near the mineable Zone. The purpose is, as stated here (as well as the up- and downsides of the prototype)
to enhance the trading and security activity in this zone as well as tightening the bonds between Rheinland and Bretonia.
Rheinland officials just told us that they couldn't decide this issue alone without Daumann approval. So if any high ranking Daumann official would let us know if a little more activity on the lanes is desired or not, please let us know.
Best regards
R. Cassidy, Daumann (subsection economic development); Codename "TheTinMan"
PS: Be advised that in the case of denial, our subcontractors, the Bounty Hunters, are honorbound to defend that area with their own security station. Clarifications will be provided, if necessary, by our contractor Moria Salem (Regulators subsection of the BH Guild).

R. Cassidy,
Thank you for contacting Daumann Heavy Construction.
As you have already been informed by Komissar Laurich on more than one occassion, your base is currently in violation of more than a few of Rheinland's laws.
Intense radiation within the field and constant criminal presence around the Schwarzwald cloud aside, we are currently puzzled and concerned as to why a subcontractor, such as yourself, who should already be familiar with laws, DHC standards, industry rules and regulations has chosen to construct a modular base inside of the Chiemsee asteroid field; short of 2000 m from our main automated mining vessel no less.
Permission for construction of a modular base within the Chiemsee asteroid field for any purpose is hereby DENIED, pursuant to the following articles and subsections of the Laws of Rheinland:
§2. Supremacy of Rheinland corporations in Rheinland space and measures to maintain it:
§2.1. Ownership of mining fields: Rheinland corporations maintain the right to modify, trade, lend, gift, and sell the rights to their respective mining fields to any party.
§2.1.3. Munich system:
§2.1.3.1. All mining fields within Munich system are the property of Daumann Heavy Construction.
§2.1.6. Only vessels belonging to the company that owns the area, in addition to Rheinland law enforcement vessels, can patrol and/or mine in said areas. This holds true unless an agreement has been reached between the visiting vessel and the area’s owner.
§2.1.7. Area owner has the right to forbid entrance completely to the said zones to any entity, group, company, corporation or individual. This must to be announced in Rheinland Government Channel. In specific situations temporary on-spot entrance denials may be issued by the owner party vessels without the formal announcement in the government channel.
Please take some time to review the above clause.
It should be noted that failure to comply and follow the aforementioned rules and regulations, will leave Daumann Heavy Construction with no choice but to file an injunction with the Rheinland Government against your business. The last thing we would want to do is to prevent budding small enterprises such as yours from promoting and furthering Rheinland industries.
Thus, if you are adamant in constructing a modular base within the Munich system, and are willing to assume all of the associated risks and liabilities with this endeavour, you are recommended to select a suitable location outside of the Chiemsee field ideally 15 k, in any given direction, so as not to interfere, endanger, impede and obstruct the flow of traffic and mining operations in the area.
It is highly recommended that you follow the zoning laws and recommendations as outlined by Komissar Laurich of the Federal Polizei.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

Guten Tag Her Niemeyer,
thank you for your quick and detailed reply. I would like to assure that we will comply to all the laws and rules of Rheinland as well as Daumann H.C., and I am glad to inform you that the deconstruction of the TinMan prototype is proceeding as planned. Of course we would like to build a new outpost, if necessary this time in reasonable distance (15k) from the mineable zone or any other official installation (10k), further details see previous link. Is there any further paperwork or legal fee involved concerning the construction rights towards high echelon Daumann officials?
As a sidenote: While I was personally observing the deconstruction site just a few hours ago, I witnessed the destruction of a Base (Import/Export sth.) just 19k away from the field by a large fleet of Red Hessian Battleships, while the presence of the Rheinland military was meager in comparison (unfortunately). Is there any loophole that allows modular construction in the not mineable zone closer than 15k in these dire times of brutality and lawlessness? This would severely hinder the advance of any enemy Capship. Of course we would cover the expenses for additional security, like stationed Bounty Hunters or donations to the Rheinalnd military and police force, ourselves if the officials could make concessions in this regard.
Best regards, Robert Cassidy, Daumann

Herr Cassidy,
It's good to hear that you have made the correct decision to deconstruct and relocate to a more suitable position.
Currently there are no legal fees that need to paid out directly to Daumann Heavy Construction. Should a change in policy occur, an announcement will usually be made on public channels to inform the relevant parties. Administrative procedures pertaining to modular outposts are done and overseen by the Federal Polizei. Should you have further questions and concerns regarding legal and security matters, please get in touch with a representative of the Polizei.
To address your second question, it is generally not wise to seek "loophole" advice from members of corporate counsel of a corporation whose laws you were found to be in breach of mere days ago. In general, and as stated in our previous correspondence, an entity assumes all of the associated risks and liabilities related to operations, upkeep and security of such installations, especially in regions with extremely high levels of unlawful activity. Further concerns regarding matters of law enforcement and security should be redirected to the appropriate branch (RFP|, BDM| & [RM]).
We wish you the best of luck with your project.

Dear Herr Niemeyer,
thank you for your reply, your good wishes and your clarifications. The risk of a backstabbing assault by enemies of the people of Rheinland and of it's lawful corporations is a risk we are willing to take. Therefore we will construct the Daumann base at the legal distance of 15k from the mineable zone in sector 6C of the Munich Navmap.
I will contact the Rheinland Polizei as soon as possible.
