I physically don't have the time to be a faction leader, but being inside a HC to provide assistance when it is required, I'm possible to do, and having expierence of being in a situation similar to this before, my expierence could potentially help bring some activity to GMG.

Do it. There are a lot of people who will hop on, make faction chars or reactivate their old ones... or fly as indies if they do not fit in, you do not want them in, etc.

We have ourself a new leader or a supporting leader to a new GMG faction, to me it appears Meph as four players willing to support and aid when it is needed and knowing Meph he has many friends who will jump in also.
This version of GMG is a fledgling Faction, with an unspecified number of Members, being run, I believe by an relatively inexperienced Player.
Now she has been thrown in to the middle of a major Event. I would think it is very daunting thing to happen to you at the best of times.
So, have a bit of thought for that person before you all crucify her.

St Denis, i've just messaged Quanty via forum pm and discord offering assistance, i'm currently waiting for a response, but it appears alot of people would like Meph to go back as GMG Leader or even 2IC of the current GMG facation that will recieve a large amount of support, members, numbers and ingame characters
I honestly think maybe Meph should go back to leader of GMG , and maybe have her as 2ic so she can learn how to do things.
I mean taking on a big role like that, you're expected to get these things happen, if you can't handle them. Then don't lead a faction? I mean that in no rude way because i'd like the person to learn and eventually be able to lead a faction, but as it stands that doesn't seem to be the case.
