The Guild shares the worries about the Sigma crisis and what it could mean for the supply of H-Fuel. Especially in times of crisis, when the Sirian side is dependent on this fuel and the attacker from Gallia is not, this question becomes one of life and death really fast. As a born Bretonian citizen, this is also personal for me.
As for your plan: The Bretonian part of the IMG represented by myself is glad that we are able to prove again that we assist the Bretonian effort against the Gallic invaders inside the limitations that our difficult situation in the occupied Taus allows.
The SIS operation to guarantee an unofficial source of H-Fuel coming into Bretonia has the Guild's interest and the Bretonian branch's support. I will make sure to get this done.
South Shields is perfect to conceal the true nature because the Guild can just claim to increase production due to high demand, while in reality we distribute the H-Fuel that is coming via your contractors. The Battleship Ark Royal that is there might be a problem for the shippers.
Battleship Hood is so far in the periphery of Bretonia that discreet access should not be a problem for experienced contractors, whoever they might be.
In both instances, I would appreciate it if SIS kept an eye on BAF and BPA actions targetting these operations (without knowing they are actually chasing after a SIS effort) and if you sent me a warning in case of any potential disturbances of the operation. By minimizing the risk of exposure, we would also be able to keep the profit margin on our side to a minimum - which again would be good for Bretonia and as a consequence also for the IMG.

I am grateful that the IMG| and the Bretonian government see eye to eye on this. We will take your recommendations to the Bretonian government to see if we can limit the interference of the H-Fuel smuggling operation from the Bretonian lawful forces. However, if there are third parties who witness the H-Fuel smuggling in the presence of the BAF| or the BPA) then we don't have much choice but to have to let them enforce the law in order to keep the smuggling op a secret from the general public.

The Bretonian government has been informed of this operation and the BPA) and BAF| have given us their assurances that they will not interfere. The battleship Ark Royal, approximately 4K away from South Shields, has orders to stand down if it sees any Blood Dragon ships delivering H-Fuel to the refinery.

However, now that I see who that delivering party is, I have confidence that situations like the one you described can be avoided rather easily - especially given the locations of the IMG installations.
