I am Admiral Wildcat of the Essex Fleet, Fleet Admiral O'Brien is currently engaged in operations I cannot disclose but we will look into this engagement your battle group has proposed. We cannot state at this time if the Bretonian Armed Forces does or does not have access to a NEMP Class Torpedo, we have been going by more conventional means in defense and assault in order to break the Gallic War lines, but knowing that the 6th Fleet plans to make a possible assault in Magellan may help relax our supply lines between Liberty and Bretonia.
However for the record, we may be able to dispatch a few snub wings and several gunships in order to assist, but to make a push using heavier capital assets may leave Manchester weakened, so I cannot approve due to their need elsewhere. That is the most I can do without Fleet Admiral O'Brien's approval.
