I'm using old contact frequency I learned from Alex Mush. He was in contact with Oberst of Viderstandarmee, Erich Klugmann. I hope that someone still listens to it. My name is Tara Williams, I'm with The Seraphim, a Zoner humanitarian aid organization. We are working to evacuate the most vulnerable population from Planet Nuremberg and provide whatever possible aid to those who stays on the planet.
Your contacts on the planet might really help us to find those who needs our help the most. In return, we offer medical assistance and humanitarian shipments directly to your personnel.
Note that I attempted to contact official government of Rheinland and asked for coordination in the evac effort. However, we got no response so far.
Let me know if you are still there... and interested in cooperation on this. It is vital that all involved work on this together, even without knowing it. I'm looking forward to your reply.

Sehr geehrte Frau Williams,
There are indeed still people listening to this old frequency you had as contact details. I however am not Oberst Klugmann, but instead Emmanuel von Gottschall, representative and party chariman of the Partei Für Ein Neues Rheinland. You may or may not have already heard of us, but it will surely have come to your attention that the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee of the Bundschuh has been a shadow of its former self for a tremendous amount of time, creating a power vacuum causing disturbances and chaos inside the Bundschuh's ranks. My party and with it Die Weiße Rose, a Bundschuh cell which has recently emerged from the ashes of the VWA, are attempting to lead the Bundschuh out of this state of overall confusion and power struggle, as important leading figures like Freya Eistochter and the already mentioned Erich Klugmann have vanished from the scene of putting up resistance against Rheinland's corrupt regime.
Thus, I take it we are currently the best contact point your organization can get inside the Bundschuh movement. I am glad you have approached us, Frau Williams, for we could not avoid attentively watching your organization in its struggle to supply those poor souls that are still remaining on the planet and aiding them by evacuating as many people as possible from the dying planet. As it happens, this point can also be found in the party manifesto of the Partei Für Ein Neues Rheinland. If I may quote:
'The Munich system is being completely destroyed by the hazardous cloud that is slowly laying its danger over the system. The Rheinland government does not do enough to help these people fleeing from the system to search for a better life. The Weiße Rose will actively aid refugees to find a new future in a fitting movement and donate to helping organizations as soon as the inner economy allows such. '
That being said, Die Weiße Rose already has its own personnel on the planet trying to do its best to aid the people of Nuremberg in their struggle and coordinate evac missions. It would be an extraordinarily great pleasure for all of us to work alongside The Seraphim, to ensure as few lives are lost as absolutely necessary. You are absolutely right in your statement that the government of Rheinland is not doing enough to help their own citizens in this regard, a fact we are greatly despising, and confirms us in our standpoint that the corruption inside the governmental apparatus has reached an all-time high. If the House itself does not care for its people, others will have to invest time and effort. Those others happen to be us.
Medical assistance and humanitarian shipments could become necessary for us in the future, given that we will not end our struggle to overthrow the government until it's done. It will be a ferocious fight and will not go without losses, but it will turn out better than expected if we can count on your assistance in those matters.
Take this as an expressed assurance that we will be willing to work alongside The Seraphim in any effort necessary to help saving lives.

Good day, Herr von Gottschall! This is pleasure to hear from you. I'm so pleased you are still on this channel. Apologies for delayed reply, I was quite busy lately for a few reasons.
We have made some progress with the evacuation effort, albeit much less than we hoped for. That's because, among other things, we have very little people to work among the refugees. It is also very dangerous job. We are regularly being intimidated and threatened by local criminals who see our efforts as an attempt to hurt their shady business. Last time it was not just threats, our man was abducted and eventually found dead. Police investigation really paused our operation for a while, and, as you might expect, the murderers were never found.
Back to the topic though. I will appreciate if you will send us a list of supplies you require. It will be much more effective if we know exactly what's needed. As a return favor, I'd ask you to help us collect information and compile evacuee lists. Will this work for you? Please, let me know.
Hope to hear from you soon. Take care and stay safe.

Sehr geehrte Frau Williams,
If I may introduce myself, my name is Konrad Lichter, and I am the new chairman of the Partei Für Ein Neues Rheinland.
It is with some regret I inform you that the prior parteivorsitzender with which you were familiar, Herr von Gottschall, has forfeited his position. With the current instability and want of unity within the Bundschuh at this juncture, the loss of such a guiding figure is of no small concern, and as such, I will be "filling his shoes" so to speak, for the foreseeable future.
Despite the unfortunate circumstances, it's a pleasure to meet you and learn of your concern for the endangered souls on Nuremberg, and your proposal is certainly a welcome one to the party.
Word from our aktivisten on the ground indicate that food rations and water are direly needed in the most affected areas, although by now you have likely seen that for yourself. On top of that, large quantities of pharmaceuticals, specifically anti-rad medication, would be extremely welcome in mitigating the effects of the contaminated atmosphere on as many people as you can treat. Med-Stasis bands, if you have access to them in bulk, would assist in that endeavor.
We understand that such large quantities of pharmaceuticals would present an opportune target for desperate opportunists and heartless murderers alike. My condolences for your lost man, and the perpetrator's evasion of justice. That tragedy in mind, Die Weiße Rose is willing to provide you with additional manpower supplied by our armed aktivisten based out of a refugee intake facility in the rural Schopenheim Plains. Our personnel are limited in number, but are highly motivated to help, I assure you, and will be able to provide limited security details for your people to deter bandits, or assist in other tasks if you require. It may not be enough to keep the boldest of them at bay, but it's what we can spare. If that sounds palatable to you, we will ensure our people know to cooperate and protect your operations to the best of their ability.
Now, when it comes to organizing evacuee lists, the facility in Schopenheim is capable of compiling this data once new arrivals are processed, and we will be more than willing to provide this information if it makes a little more sense of mitigating this crisis. The problem lies in that the warehouses in question are in rugged terrain, distant from ground-based transportation infrastructure. If you're able to arrange for atmospheric transport for locals without that sort of mobility to the facility for processing, the easier it'll be on us to provide you with complete manifests.
If there is any other information we can provide you with, do let us know. As our common cause is saving innocent lives, there's no reason to be shy with questions.
Lastly, and perhaps most relevant, concerning processed refugees, the party already has a sizable group of five-hundred individuals experiencing an extended layover at Bruchsal Base on-board one of our transports, the Zuflucht. Instability within the Bundschuh and our current political situation has left these people without a preset final destination, and they're effectively sitting on their hands in less-than-ideal conditions. We've received more than a few complaints from them, but we remain unable to finalize their transfer ourselves.
If you would be willing to arrange for a passenger transfer to one of your ships in the meantime so that these people can be relocated, that would be a godsend indeed.

It's nice to meet you, Herr Lichter! I immediately will dispatch Meridian to Bruchsal Base to pick up the passengers in question. We could agree on the destination on the spot. Our liner is equipped with mobile med bays, in case if someone needs urgent medical attention.
I will contact you on local frequencies when Meridian reaches the station.
