thank you for your offer. I take it this ID is affiliated to Auxesia? If that's so, your actions in the past have not been forgotten, as they have probably been one of the most effective supporting efforts to prevent Freeport 11 from getting destroyed by the Core. While I don't know how your current relation to the Core is, and whether a temporary cooperation between your group and the Core is possible in order to defend Freeport 11 and Fort Carthage, I would be willing to reward any confirmed kill of an Order- or order-affiliated mercenary asset violating the NFZ in Delta with 5.000.000 Credits per asset. (Note: This is not to be treated as a bounty per ID rules, as I am not speaking on behalf of an official faction. It is just an inRP reward for already validated, legal kills.) I hope this will be enough of a compensation for your service. Just make sure you send me evidence on it.
I personally hope this can still be avoided, but the Grandadmiral seems to sanction any peace efforts with war. I hope your peace-keeping methods are more effective.

Administrator Akibara,
I already anticipated your message, thus forces were dispatched and should be arriving over the next few hours.
You're correct in assuming our parental affiliation, but we're operating independently on this one. Special Operations has taken a vested interest in dealing with problematic individuals over the years of our rise from the ashes, and frankly I couldn't be more happy to add a few more lost ships to the list of resources The Order has wasted under The Grand Admiral's leadership.
While no major support is available due to tensions in The Independent Worlds, rest assured that all of our Operatives in the area will be on duty.

Administrator.
Some garbage floated in range of the Freeport and opened fire. We took it to the curb, gratis.
You may want to brief your people in the methods of self-defense. The Order opened fire on them without mercy and they made no effort to retaliate, and I doubt they're oblivious to the situation.

Administrator Akibara,
As I had suggested earlier, I'd be interested in re-negotiating our arrangement. As much as monetary compensation holds value for resupplying our forces, I personally believe it would be more tactically viable to have an opportunity to field another large asset.
So, for our assistance on this matter, how hard do you think it'd be to get shipyard access at Livadia through you for the purpose of construction?
this is a difficult topic. I myself wouldn'T have any problem with that. Auxesia helped the Zoner Society often enough, not only this year. However an ion storm his Livadia hard a few months ago. Things didn't make it into the news, but the result was the loss off some of the drydocks. Right now, Livadia only has capacity for one heavy battleship or four light ones in the big drydock and a few cruiser-sized vessels in the smaller fixture. The capacity might be the biggest problem here.
I'll try and get in touch with Jerard VonCloud, he is the current administrator of Livadia and former OSI CEO, later replaced by Paul Mendez. Jerard might be a little grumpy every now and then, maybe even stubborn when it comes to certain topics, but usually for a good reason. However, our advantage here is the fact he was present here at the Freeport when the Order attacked. He saw what happened here, and he knows Auxesia saved our asses here. I'll try and talk with him about it, maybe we can get a deal here for you. Can you give me some details about the ship size?

Administrator Akibara,
It's a shame to hear about Livadia's status, but such is the unfortunate cost of living in the most dangerous part of Sirius.
The details I can provide are minimal at this time. We're in possession of several blueprints for craft that our founder had obtained during her time as Guildmistress of The Core. While on our own we've been capable of manufacturing small craft to keep our numbers up, we've been unable to locate a place to construct a replacement for the late Arktos, formerly known as the Cincinnati. It was returned to Liberty some time ago, and we've been looking to replace it ever since.
Given time restraints and a limited amount of available resources, the most we could construct and field now would be of the Destroyer-class. A Thresher, to be specific.
the recording has been processed and is now available for you. I skipped to the interesting part. It begins with the said assault of a Marduk, a Scorpion and the LNS Dauntless, a known infected ship. You'll see the Order took the opportunity to attack the Freeport and Port Catharge, and in not a single instance the Order and Wild fought each other. They assisted each other. The pictures are pretty much talking for themselves here. Additional evidence should be able to be provided by Dr. James Erzie of the IRG, he was present when the latter stuff happened and once more saved our butts. The IRG leaders surely know how to handle their tools.
About the Thresher, I will forward this to Jerard VonCloud. I can't promise things, but what I can say is the chances are not bad.

Administrator Akibara,
I thank you for forwarding this to me. I am including a copy of the document I personally forwarded to The Grand Admiral. I ask that should it be denied, you take this information and make it publicly available in every corner of the Sector. It'll show everyone that they're no longer the heroes they used to be, and save lives from potential infestation.
Instrument of Surrender Wrote:I, acting as the sole representative of The Order Protectorate, Order Overwatch, and subdivisions of The Order, hereby accept the terms laid out in this declaration put forth by The Inner Phalanx of Auxesia on behalf of The Auxesian Covenant and for the sake of The Confederation of Freeports unconditionally.
- The Order will cease any and all offensive operations surrounding Freeport 11.
- The Order will cease all operations and withdraw assets from the systems of Inverness, Cortez and Coronado.
- The Order will hereby surrender all standing members of The Order Overwatch, including the Grand Admiral, to the Auxesian paramilitary.
- The Order will abolish the standing Protectorate Code, or limit it to the systems of Mu and Epsilon.
- The Order Overwatch will effectively be rebuilt from the ground up. Remaining assets will be tasked with upkeeping the original duty of The Order of Cincinnatus and continue efforts to remove The Nomad threat and combat The Core, including the removal of the infestee Enma Loyola.
- The Order will surrender the Bullhead-Class Olympius and its commanding officer, Rosalina Romanov, due to evidence of infestation for execution.
- All Order installations will be subject to inspection and investigation by the Auxesian Paramilitary. Items, articles and crafts may be subject to claim if necessary by order of the acting Venator on site.
- The authority of The Order and the next Grand Admiral will be subject to the The Inner Phalanx who will take such steps as deemed necessary to effectuate the terms of this surrender.

I see how this will end. I mean, the write-up is nice, kudos the per- to the entity that filed it, But looking at this, I doubt a man with Golanski's attitude will never surrender, under no circumstances. With other words, the evidence will be published one way or the other, and the fight will continue. Lowering the demands could have brought peace to Omicron Delta for now. Weeks, months, maybe even years. I say that from the perspective as a business man.
However, even with lowered demands, I doubt the Grand Admiral would take the deal. He is not the type for rational acting, especially in the case of him really being infected or a mere nomad supporter. I mean, I can't remember having seen any order asset, apart from the Ahkmin, having engaged the Nomads for a long time now.
I guess we'll see the response in space, when they bring the next capital ship fleet.
