I can anticipate some of your questions. Who truly Admiral Golanski is and what is this monster up to. I do not deny that your account of me being a brutal Omicronian warlord holds merit and it is certainly justified that I would be remembered as such. How can I disagree? However plenty misconceptions fly around under my name… and my agenda.
We had warned you, Zoners, that favouring Core over us will have consequences. We told you what to expect should you accept them with open arms, sign pacts without consideration for your other neighbours. Peace is of course signed with your enemies, that fact alone I can stomach. You however overstepped boundaries of your so called neutrality. You allowed them to construct an annex to Freeport 11, to build a checkpoint… means of control for them to enact their will over no longer free people of Delta. They came for Corsairs first… if any of yours memories reach out to origins of Nauru. Thousands of Zoners, Order and Corsair men, women and children butchered in the name of Imperium Omicronis. They came for us, the Toledo burned as they purposefully took away means of defending ourselves from the Nomad armada we warned all of you about. The death count started going into millions at this point.
When they came for GMG, you stayed silent. Your only legitimate allies left out there in the void assaulted by the Imperium. The individuals that ought to represent you took the bribe, promise of coffers never ending so far they would mobilize the Zoner society to serve as Core workforce. The Confederation of Freeports is nothing more than a different shape of a government that you ran from the Houses in the first place, with its subservient corporations as the IRG or OSI. The corporations dominated your lives, serving the purposes of the few and thinking you as disposable. The “Omicron Supply Industries” near entirely monopolized construction of so called Colony Ships, another folly of yours. I am not going to pretend that this hulking juggernaut is something other than self sustainable heavy dreadnought. With it forming the bulk of your volunteer navy under name of “Defense Fleet” you stepped into the game above your level. It was only matter of time until you begun contesting Omicrons in some way.
You gave powers to corporations abusing the banner of neutrality to shield themselves from inevitable strike from people they would eventually upset with their contracts. Now that you had outgrown the typical semi-anarchic settlement stage, you became a threat. Your initial prospering as parasitical middle-men was still sound and acceptable when you served everyone around you equally and refused to partake in the big affairs. The moral event horizon was crossed when your direct actions would determine fate of the only unaligned civilian settlement in central Omicrons. Your so called leaders, administrators mourn not for your losses. They mourned the millions, billions Sirian credits of investment put into their schemes. That’s why dealing with yet another opportunistic organization such as a Core seemed like a good idea, despite impossible impasse of Core failing to eradicate Freeport 11 again and again. It just was not profitable enough…
I keep hearing about some phantom entity that lurks in the shadows of central organization. The so called “The Order Empire” as you name it, is nothing but an empty title invented by enemies of The Order. Your Freeport 11 is not exactly the piece of real estate we look forwards to conquer and divide according Order’s own point of view. Our stars lay behind the graveyard of Toledo, where we are content creating an utopia for all those veterans that cannot return to The Colonies. I even admit that I am hopeless when it comes to administering civilian population and allow the various cities upon the homeworld of Akabat to self-govern. The social experiment of Hispanics, Libertonians, Bretonians, Kusarians, Rheinlanders and even Gallics joining our ranks. I am but a person tasked with a mandate to protect this world… and every single other House no matter what they think about me and The Order.
I bend no knee to any state, nor claim to be one myself. I refuse however for one to be created in this central intersection of Omicrons, no matter how noble they could be, or how corrupted like the Omicronis is. I did not asked for this responsibility… and the condemnation that would eventually follow. Many of my predecessors could not take the heat… and thus transferred power to the next in line when stress had finally taken them out. Just like Grand Admiral Dustin Hoff, so called “Bane of Liberty” and leader of The Order for eleven consecutive years earned an infamous fame merely for sticking around for so long. I served in this capacity for six years so far… and truly, it changes people. Pushes every single human under this mantle to show them how far they are willing to push boundaries of their own morals for the lesser evil.
It is a lesser evil indeed, for in wars civilians always die… there is no way around it no matter how advanced weapons become, there will be always a stray shot hitting someone it should not. The war against Zoners is not a conquest or some pity battle for supremacy. It is total war against Core and their allies which you became the moment you thought it is a great idea to engage in economic alliance with our most gravest human enemies. Nomads and Core, I see no difference as no matter which poison you take, the humanity will descend into either alien thralls or Aldous Huxley’s dictatorship that would see humanity wither and fade into footnote of galactic history. I have no desire to rule… I am a military made-man though and though.
The war operations will continue. We will not negotiate with false Zoners that intend to turn your society into yet another House. We will not accept any diplomacy until Port Carthage is removed from the equation! The Order Protectorate Law permitted you to fly about your business quite liberally, develop non-House tied culture that hopefully would last for another millennia at least. The Order Protectorate Laws stated that ANY base built without our consent and knowledge will be considered automatically hostile. We’ll not accept those “modular installations” in our area of operations who permit Core aboard their hulls. The absolute directive states that diplomacy cannot begin until The Code is taken seriously. I reached my current position due to undying loyalty to every single Grand Admiral I served under: Kelt, Brandon, Osborne, D’Souza and Benford no matter of my actual opinion on them and I swear on my oath that I was not happy with Benford’s administration. My strict adherence to rules that keep The Order together since its inception was seen as an example to The Order’s mid-command. My eventual successor WILL adhere to this mentality as well, for I DO NOT plan on forming some kind of stupid dynasty.
I do not ask for forgiveness. I do not require forced or dishonest displays of ambassador etiquette. I had already accepted that I am not a good man that I thought to be. The Grand Admiralty had destroyed me and rebuilt anew with fall of Toledo. I seen too much death and I still mourn every single victim of mine. I accept the blame I get but I do it not for hate but for my love to humanity. I merely shephard our species with all strength I have left away from complete and utter disaster. I will continue to do so no matter your demands for me to step down, until I fade away to deal with my own inner demons and perhaps be a normal person once again. Until that day, I will continue to take responsibility for all accusations for all crimes committed by The Order until yet another strong soul finds enough inner strength to endure what I did.
But it is not today.

A painful decision.
Zoners,
I tried to reach out to you a few times before during this debacle. I was succesfull up to a certain point, but just now, I see that it holds no effect.
The admiral already spoke most of the words, and I stand by him. I will continue to repel any Nomad attack aimed at the freeport, but any and all Zoner vessels belonging to the IRG, COF and OSI will now be considered combat targets when getting to close (5k) due to your actions. I reject your baseless accusations of siding with the Nomads, for these are untrue. This siege may be against my wishes, but I will not watch you slaughter my comrades one by one.
The admiral and I may not see eye to eye on the way we should treat you and the other humans, but you have left me no choice but to instruct my men to shoot you. I wish for a quick end to this conflict, with as little innocent lives lost as possible. Evacuate freeport 11. Stray fire may injure innocents onboard. All evac transports will pass freely without danger to their lives. You gave up your neutrality the day you decided to side with those who would choose to enslave you. You made your choice and I made mine. You turned your back on not only us, but all those who aided you when the Core sieged your installation. I will not bother to waste more breath on the likes of you, unless you choose to reject the Core and come back into the alliance that was once strong and united against them.

We Do not need you to tell us who the "Grand Admiral" Is. We have all seen it first hand.
You warned us about choosing sides, during a conflict we were loosing what good is that to us?, is your pride of your position of what you believe the Order should be all that was important?. We had lost Lives upon lives, the ships we could replace, the freeport we could rebuild but those who we lost? They are irreplaceable and the only thing you cared about was your warning.
We HAD to take up the offer of peace from the Core because it was the only way to safeguard from any more loss of life, the Core despite being the barbarians they were painted to be Stopped attacking and reached out a hand in peace. What the hell did you offer other then more fighting? We had our backs to the wall and there was nothing you nor your precious Overwatch fleet could do to stop it. The fact is we LOST the Conflict and you cannot handle that so instead you finger point, calling us Turn coats, that we picked the Core over the Order when it was an act of survival on our part.
Of course you too could of put aside the conflict, reached out your own olive branch to the Core, but you can't can you. your a "military man" through and through, you desire you NEED to fight. you have to be the winner, you have to be the one in control.
Because that's what this is all about, you want to control Delta, why would you have placed laws like a house government if you didn't you cannot stand the fact that the Order have little to no power in Delta, and the fact that we have made peace with the Core just means you have lost even more control. And the sad thing is you make this statement to us all using Facts that are incorrect, showing that you know literally nothing other then what is in your own Deluded mind. Had you taken any time to do some sort of intelligence gathering you wouldn't look like such a fool.
The Confederation of Freeports is not a governing body nor has it ever said it was, yes it has become the first point of contact for most of what happens in regards to Zoner's because its a centralised point, but all those who are member of the Confederation are Autonomous even down to the Member Freeports, the only thing that the Confederation applies is a generic set of Freeport rules that are adapted from the very rules we Zoners follow. We have no real power outside of situations that effect the community as a whole, like the Conflict with the Core and now the one we found ourselves in with the Order. Again a conflict that easily could be avoided if you were any sort of Human being with a shred of compassion or logic.
Since when did the order become a house power? since when did the Order need to enforce System laws? when did the Order go from being the Defenders of Sirius from the Nomads to another upstart house power trying to claim new systems? Sending Carrier fleets to attack a Port..a TRADING PORT One that you are also wrong about. It was built by Zoners, its run by Zoners, it belongs to the Freeport, its a mutual trading post for Delta built as a joint venture with the Core. Its not a military base as you claim it to be.
The fact is, despite their history one that have acknowledged plenty of times they at least are attempting to make amends, to re stabilise the region to redeem themselves of their wrong doings, trust them or not they have yet to go back on this action. What have you and the Order done? Nothing but threaten weakened and still healing Zoner's many of which who have had to swallow their pride, their grief even their hatred for this peace because they knew it had to be done for the greater good.
Your information about us Zoners is woefully wrong. The "Omicron Supply Industries" has the monopolised industry of the Nephillim?.. I'm pretty sure you mean the Whale, an UNARMED Transport ship, the Nephillim is built at Livadia Shipyard, an independent base run by myself. OSI have no access to this ship what so ever, so yet another fact you have twisted to try and justify your case. And its certainly not being used to "contest" Delta, we built Freeport 11, and we carried on as we Zoners always do, never once have we tried to enforce or implement a system law or claimed it as our own we have kept to freeport 11 and that was it.
You have twisted the Order Admiral, you say you have been given the mandate to protect Sirius, yet all you are doing is following your own agenda, the Order was started to combat the Nomads, not to enforce its own laws upon systems, and certainly not to attack other non infected humans. Even now there are those within your ranks who are defecting, your secondary fleets have withdrawn their support of you. Because they all see that its no longer The Order they once knew .
You speak of mourning, that you accept that deaths of your "victims". Do you know who has Victims? Murderers, If you loved Humanity like you say you should either step down or at least pull back and look at yourself, look at the Order and what you are doing to it. You mention your inner demons but i suspect they are what are driving you, the Order are the only power left in Delta still wanting to fight everyone else when everyone else is left fighting the Nomads. We have ALL seen to much death Admiral as you say, but you have the power to stop it, you alone can finish this final chapter of the conflict. The only person prolonging it is you.
I will not deny what the Core have done to my people and yours, their actions are still raw for us all, i bare injury's i can never recover from because of them, they are under orders to destroy your fleets ships the moment they appear, yet at my behest they didn't fire, instead giving your Captains a chance to speak, in case they wished not to fight, to give them a chance to resolve things peacefully. For now the Core are not the monsters they once were, perhaps its time you stopped being the tyrant we see you as..stop being "Emporor Golinski and the Empire of the Order" and return to being Grand Admiral Golinski, Leader of the Order, Defenders of humanity.

This is an open communication to both parties.
First of all, TAZ are not in the least surprised about the recent events in Delta regarding FP11. The foolishness by the CoF in allowing a Core base to be constructed in FP11's NFZ is incomprehensible and clearly naive, the consequential response from the Order is completely predictable.
I warned the CoF of this inevitable outcome in earlier discussions, apparently to deaf ears, so intent were the CoF on sealing a deal with the Core about trying to prevent further attacks on FP11.
So, At this point TAZ will stay outside of this conflict, whilst supporting the remaining citizens of FP11 as best we can and maintain our diplomatic relations. We will certainly not be participating in any unfriendly actions against the Order, with whom we have a very cordial relationship.

Today unthinkable happened.
Despite Zoners unleashing weapons of mass destruction: namely the NEMP warheads upon fleets of Order and Corsairs storming the illegal Carthage annex, we still managed to eliminate Carthage out of commision. You did not treated us seriously... you backstabbed us twice, corporate filth. Your illiterate leaders are not even capable of spelling my own name. You WILL pay for this. The Order demands immediate surrender of the Zoner Confederation or The Order will retaliate with NEMP warheads against Zoner Freeports in our range. Every single installation of yours within Sigmas, Omicrons and Omegas... including your blue pearl Canaria is within minutes of our own NEMP arsenal.
⧫ Zoners are to condemn Core for their atrocities commited against Free People of Omicrons. ⧫ Freeport 11 is to SECEDE from CoF and remain NEUTRAL in the Core-Order dispute. I am Nicole Malakai, current Freeport 5 administrator and member of the Zoner Guard.
I am truly shocked by your threat, Grand Admiral. You are threatening MY Freeport which is like 3 or 4 systems far from the centre of happening in Delta sector. You are threatening MY Freeport which remained neutral in this conflict beside sending two transports to Freeport-11. You are threatening MY Freeport which is the only place where people can partly heal from radiation damage in Omega-41. If you really want that, then I am more than willing to send all of my crew in Osprey's to assist my brothers and sisters from Omicrons, Omegas, Sigmas and Taus. Doors of my Freeport will be closed for your forces and I wish you better luck in the search of better staging points than Freeports in Omegas. MY Freeport did nothing wrong, yet you threat it so you will have to tast my anger. UNLESS this situation isn't solved by Von Cloud.

The Order moves ample supply of NEMP warheads to Dabadoru station. The clock is ticking.
Nicole Malakai, any freeport that declares for Kyu Akibara will be consider a traitor to us and viable target. If you want to ensure safety of Freeport 5 and your people, remain neutral as is the Zoner creed. IRG and OSI installations won't get prefferential treatment such as yours, however. So do reconsider your chances. We are punishing the edge nebula's filth for not living up to their own morals. Omega 41 and your base are not a strategic location that is of any value to us.
