After the cessation of hostilities and the promising progress towards peace between the Core and the Freeport 11 Zoners, the Independent Miners Guild is now able to, and has decided to refrain from actions that used to be regarded as hostile by the Core due to the conflicts of the past (e.g. humanitarian aid breaking contraband laws).

With these points of contention eliminated, Guild personnel are required to adhere to Core Law while operating in Core space.

The Guild hopes that the volatile Delta region will continue to calm down by the settlement of another conflict rooted in past confrontations between Core and Zoners.
