I have seen your transmission. I'd rather take the courtesy to reach out to you privately.
I am Supreme Guildkeeper Nathan Archos. Whilst our Guildmaster Enma Loyola is attending other business, I am currently leading The Core's diplomatic and military actions.
What is The Core you ask? We are the military force for the first lawful true nation of the Edge Worlds; the Imperium Omicronis. Since gracing the Edge Worlds theatre, we have risen as a fierce detergent to criminal and alien activity in the region, as well as gaining dominance over various rare resources, and cementing ourselves as the primary supplier of alien materials, artifacts, and equipment to greater Sirius.
Simply put, we are the only group whom you should care about or be concerned for. In this region of space, the Omicrons and Omegas, the Edge Worlds, we are the chief authority. Our law, the Charter of Omicronis, is the only legitimacy that instils any sort of structure or order within the turmoil of this region. Beyond us, are criminal scum such as The Order - terrorists who have attacked Gallia multiple times - and the Corsairs - bloodthirsty pirates. Beyond them, are hostile aliens such as the Nomads and the Artifical Intelligence. Such filth must be exterminated.
For now, our war with them is seemingly endless. However, our victories are numerous and indicate we are surely winning.
On top of the military, The Core also operates as a business. Via AP Manufacturing we like to seek new markets to sell our wares to, as well as new partners to form strong trade relationships with. The Core has already mentioned what it can potentially offer you. What could you offer us in return?
It is a pleasure to formally make your acquaintance, I am Volkar Mizaki, current CEO of EFL Oil and Machinery .
The Core, it seems very interesting to me, you clearly are pioneers in advance technology to survive against the threats that you have described. Though I haven't personally had contact with Corsairs, Nomads, or these Artificial Intelligence, or The Order one can only assume they are a credible threats as you seem to at least know what you are talking about. I will be sure to have all my captains review the Charter of Omicronis, and to be sure we abide by your laws, I would hate for our fledgling relationship to be snuffed out on a simple mistake.
Unfortunately, we do not make much in the way of technology that may interest a Military. Our main product, Oil, however has many uses outside of fueling a vessel. From plastic components which are cheap and mass producible; to lubricants for ship parts and drill bits; even several unique chemicals used in everything from benign Fertilizers to explosive materials. We also specialize in the production and transport of the Holo-Tainment Bandstm. Those, I think, may interest you, you see with minor modification they can be adapted for everything from Flight Training to Interior Base Defense Mock Operations. EFL personally uses them in order to train our Fighter Pilots which has cut training costs nearly 80%, and increased escort survival rates 75% in the last 20 years. On that note, in order to prepare my escort pilots for any potential hazards in the Omicrons. Other then that we have several miscellaneous goods for the processing of Oil or the production of ships (Engine components, Ship Hull Panels, and the like) we also produce Trade Lane, Jumpgate, and Docking Rings within Gallia.
I hope at least some of these things interest you. Assuming so, we can arrange a convoy to move towards wherever you call your home. I also look forward to
I think Holo-Tainment bands are something we could certainly make use of. I think they would be a great way to enhance our current training procedures.
Other goods like ship components could also potentially be very useful for us, although we tend to produce our own as it's more economically and time efficient.
We already have partnerships with Ageira that meet our Docking Ring requirements, and I think your technology would, unfortunately, conflict with our preexisting structures.
Other than that, is there anything else you could ship us?
We could perhaps alert the dockmasters to permit you to dock and trade Holo-Tainment bands, if that is something you are interested in pursuing?
Bonjour Monsieur Archos my name is Jeremie Dupont and I will be dealing with you for the duration of this deal as Monsieur Mizaki is currently dealing with the APM Representative and this has apparently reignited his spark for fiddling with engines once again and he has locked himself away in a hangar bay with his BYC "Marauder" Civilian Heavy Fighter.
*He shakes his head*
Anyway,
If I understand the logs correctly he has offered you Holotainment bands for training purposes. Well I can do one better. You see, an organizational friend of ours has the means of producing Ship Hull Panels for a very cheap cost. Though I see you supply most of your own materials I think you will understand that sometimes sourcing outside can often be more profitable then self production.
Our closest corporate ally short of IDF Shipping is the Gallic Metal Service and with in Gallia we have been granted the right by The Crown to haul their hallmark of ingenuity, CryoCubes:
Cryocubes are built with a liquid core of Neon gas that, when activated on its highest setting, is capable of lowering surrounding temperatures far below the freezing point fast enough to flash-freeze even solid materials. Cryocubes are built with iridium shielding to prevent the escape of the ultraviolet radiation that is a by-product of the Neon activation process, and they also possess redundant self-destruct mechanisms that prevent both the loss of Gallic Metals' most profitable trade secret, and also prevent a cryocube from ever being serviced. The industrial and commercial advantages for storage and transport of decayable commodities, as well as the potential for large-scale air cooling of industrial facilities far outweighs the replacement cost of cryocubes, making them the first choice for large-scale cooling and freezing applications
Another material comes straight from the newly annexed Ariege system, formerly known as Tau-31. Planet Ariege (formerly known as Planet Harris) has vast amounts of Tungsten and we are looking to export it. We found some un-wiped systems logs that suggested you may have had a contract with the former occupants of the planet for deliveries to one extent or another. We are more then willing to continue this contract.
If any of these things interest you let me know, and I will arrange for transports to begin moving goods towards your home.
Let's make a deal,
Jeremie Dupont,
COO, EFL Oil and Machinery
The Core does not see how the cost of importing Hull Panels from Gallia can be more economically viable than us constructing our own with the vast amount of resources we have at our disposal. Unless you're offering them to us for free, we are unfortunately not interested.
Cryocubes are certainly something we can benefit from. And if we supply you Iridium, we can also help with their construction.
Lastly, yes we would still be interested in Gaian Wildlife from Planet Harris.
When would you be planning to make the deliveries, so that I could let the dockmaster know you're arriving?
I certainly understand the apprehension, Gallia is far away and it seems illogical. However our 'Source' is in Bretonia of all places. They have proven reliable in the past and if it is needed to prove myself, I will offer you a sample of their goods on the house.
As for the Cryocubes, those can begin moving as soon as possible, and if you can offer us cheaper Iridium then what GMS currently gather from deep with in the planets of Gallia and the occasional comet.
*A Look of sheer displeasure and anger comes across his face and his tone becomes very dark.*
You know about these damned things? If you want them you can have them, their menaces, clearly those ass-holes in the Armed Forces decided to let these creatures loose in all of the installations before they left Harris, while they are not exactly harming anyone and they are more-or-less a massive nuisance they breed like damn rabbits and eat literally anything they can find. If you want them take before I ask the Royal Navy to send a platoon of Marines down here to eradicate them, I'll start giving Security tranquilizer guns and packing Pachyderms and Lucullus with them, all I know is I WANT THEM GONE!!!
*He looses his cool then he realizes what happened and quickly regains his composure taking a deep breath before:*
As for the Tungsten you never replied. Are you interested or not?
Let's make a deal,
Jeremie Dupont,
COO, EFL Oil and Machinery
We've heard about Gallia's lack of consistent Iridium. Fortunately, The Core controls the most abundant source in Sirius, and we'd be more than happy to sell it to you at a cheaper rate.
We'll also gladly take any irritating animals you may have that you don't wish to hang on to. Our products division will surely find some use for them. New fur coats, perhaps.
Lastly, we will gladly accept shipments of Tungsten.
Bonjour Monsieur Archos, forgive me for the delay.
A lot has occurred in Gallia since we last spoke, Gallia has pushed ever closer to New London, and the Jumpgate to it has just begun construction and most estimates show its completion to be by August. Additionally, a massive scandal rocked EFL and in the interest of transparency with a hopeful business partner I would like to acknowledge that our previous CEO; Volkar Mizaki. Is currently a fugitive on the run from The Roi. After it was discovered he was supporting a Gallic Terrosit Cell known as "The Gallic Brigands". It appears he had some friends somewhere and he has managed to evade capture on Planet Harris. I suspect he may be attempting to flee to Omicronis seeking sanctuary. may he find only death waiting for him in your home.
With that, I am proud to announce that I am the new President and CEO of EFL Oil and Machinery.
Our contract stands, now I have to wait for the Crown bureaucracies to finish up as well as your own. Then we can begin cargo movement.
As an additional note Core should apply for a trade visa via these channels
Let's make a deal,
Jeremie Dupont,
CEO, EFL Oil and Machinery
Thank you for the warning about Volkar. If we find him, we will deal with him via our legal system.
Moving on, congratulations on your new position. Hopefully, this will lead to a new chapter of cooperation between our two organisations. The Core does plan to apply for a visa, but first we are looking at adjusting our own docking protocols, so that Gallic ships can more easily access our territories.
