[KNF] never was informed of this. I only heard about it because Fran informed me. I then went to Teerin to notify him about how poor I thought this whole idea was. I don't think you ever openly approached us about it since.

Some ragtag group of racers deciding to take over the Arch when Kusari Empire was unable to do so at the height of its power, prior to the war with Bretonia...?
And the same people finding the Satsuma blueprints (???) there.. That's... I have no words. I mean that would make sense if you attacked planet New Tokyo or even Yokohama shipyard... But the Arch...? Satsuma blueprints? What?

I love how this event is literally a way to force people to play actors in {AFC}-Satsuma-SRP. Add losing conditions, make the event interesting instead of making it a show to have AFC boast about having done one thing of significance. Pre-planned RP at it's best.
Sorry to hear that but I guess you don't understand that this sort of event planning needed to be planned.

[KNF] was informed of this event and i have proof. please stop lying.
20:34 - Croat: me and fran approved it a few months ago only under the condition that it goes back to how it was before the NEMP (as in no "base takeover", it stays Wild IFF)
20:34 - Croat: as for the quality of roleplay I couldn't care less
20:34 - Croat: but I won't stop him from progressing it, regardless of how good it is
20:34 - Croat: and aoi gets activity
20:34 - Croat: so win-win

The fact also that the end of the event will have everything restored to it's order is also making this event not rigged.
I could have said "oh this station is mine now if we win" but actually no matter to result, Heaven's Gate will be restored to its current owner and players will have fun in the event.
I have read the event. Carefully. And I'm pointing out that in your standard PvP event both sides are given a means to win. The fact that your entire argument goes to what happens after the event is irrelevant. How does the defending side actually defend against the NEMP launch while engaged? You state quite clearly that the NEMP's detonation is the entire point of the first stage. If so, the defenders must be able to turn that around yes?
The fact that they will be engaged by factions with more players and have to watch out for a single ship carrying the NEMP, which will be fired at an NPC, so they don't even get a warning, is what I am pointing out as the problem. Add in the fact that a NEMP has 10k range, and a station can't move, and its effectively guaranteed that Stage 2 will happen. Which cycles back to my question of how is the defending side given a reliable means to counter the NEMP strike?
If they're all pvp dead, or just offline when you launch it, it doesn't make a difference, just as not even knowing it's been launched is uncounterable.

the NEMP is the trigger for the event to start.
The initial PVP battle will be balanced for it
If you also look at how people request normal NEMP events: they can fire a NEMP without no one being around. I dont see what your problem is
I don't see any possible way for some mere racers with the help of some Order force that is supposedly busy on other more intense frontlines to capture and control a literal space fortress that the Kusari Empire couldn't take over when it was as its 'golden age', needless to mention that Aoi Iseijin station there has most likely grown stronger.
The entire event is flawed massively, from the RP background to the gameplay stages to the consequences. And I find the lack of participation of the actual local factions to be shocking.

I have to agree tenfold here... Some racers arent taking down the Arch, not now nor ever. Wilde will destroy anything that even comes close, and not to mention the Nomad force that will come from Epsilon.
I like the fact that you want to do something better with AFC but this is to much man.

You are correct. We heard about it because Fran (Aoi lead) informed us.
