Now, with the Sigmas to be set ablaze by open conflict once again, it is of the utmost importance to us both that we reestablish effective communication. We humbly request information on your current leadership and long-term objectives, if they have shifted in any fashion.

Our logistics force possesses the capability to transport Daumann-manufactured small arms to Kyoto in bulk, and our captains have done so over the past few months on their own initiative. We would welcome information regarding your other supply needs, as well as the materials you offer in return, so that our respective struggles may benefit mutually from the result.

Of special importance to Oberst Wunderbring, however, are matters of technology. We wish to hear how open you would be to instituting an exchange of weapons, spacecraft and reactor technology between our forces. Such a program, granting a wider range of strike craft and weaponry to be utilized by the pilots of both our forces, would be an objective gain for us both.

As I understand it, you have previously been in contact with my sister Natsumi. Your request for the Nuclear Devices might be able to be done rather easily, as soon as you are telling us the required amount, of course, so that shouldn't be any trouble for us as of now. However, on behalf of the Oberst's wish, I need to inquire about the gunboats of yours. What we planned was a technological exchange as described in the Sigma Alliance Treaty between the VWA, the Order and the Dragons. The treaty hasn't been brought up-to-date, though, since the VWA isn't existent in its old way anymore.

on your request, I am responding to this issue as it has become a matter of militaristic activities. To introduce myself, my name is Helena Wunderbring, leader and founder of the Weiße Rose Widerstandsbewegung and co-founder of the PNR. In case you wonder why I haven't been your first contact person, I leave diplomatic matters in the hands of my very capable activists.

Herr Lichter was not supposed to be involved into these shipments in the first place, so there is no issue. As soon as we get our hands on the devices, we can deliver them to your preferred destination.

As stated before, the Weiße Rose wishes to uphold the promises made in the Sigma Alliance treaty in the VWA's place. This is a vice-versa deal where the side of the Blood Dragons will profit equally, while not being able to provide you with self-made ships, we are ready to provide you with the available equipment we have and might have in the future. There is no need to lobby us into the treaty, though. The VWA's control over the Bundschuh movement has been declared void by the several minority groups within the Bundschuh, such as us. No leadership means no control.

A personal meeting can be arranged, any further conversations can be held in Rheinland, preferably near Bruchsal, or Kyoto. Two strongholds. The conversation would be held by me. I cannot tell who is going to escort me but that shouldn't be needed. We should be able to trust each other enough to not fear an ambush or similar, otherwise, we would have a very bad ground for diplomacy.
