The Ministry of Defense has prepared a new building project that would require your assistance and direct involvement. As you might be aware Poole system contains Caernarfon station, which is designed to be able to shelter the entire Bretonian cabinet and the Royal Family, acting as a fallback point if the capitol of New London were to ever fall. With the station ready and operation we have to move forward and provide further shelter for the people of New London.

The project's name is "Porton Down". It consists of building several high tech bunkers below the surface of planet Lyndhurst. The Government already voted in agreement. Her Majesty, The Queen, was also informed and She allowed us to move forward.
The building contract is given to Gateway due to their efforts and results around Caernarfon station. Nevertheless all others are invited to participate as well. In the upcoming week Gateway representatives will contact you about the materials needed to be delivered.

There is but one final detail - these bunkers will be in direct control by the Government. Hopefully the time to use them would never come but in until then - once they are built - only governmental representatives and those from our intelligence service would be allowed to visit them for inspections and further equipment. The information I share with you is limited and considered as classified - only to your knowledge. Your workers and captains must know little so rumors to be prevented from spreading around.

As you know, we are already preparing Caernarfon to be a peaceful and safe place for the entire Bretonian cabinet and the Royal Family. The base team is a well-trained and experienced unit, appropriate to carry out the new task. Gateway is fully support the "Porton Down" project. Respecting the Ministry of Defense's plans and expectations our employees already started to work on the logistics tasks.
Because this project has a higher degree of security the additional tasks and informations are checked by the Gateway Blackwing Squadron. The BWS agents provide the desired level of security and they will work in full co-operation with Armed Forces and Intelligence Services.
