No faction got warned which met the requirements.
What you can see listed in the OP are factions getting warned first for not meeting the requirements for the first time, factions getting warned second and losing officialdom for not meeting the requirements the second time and factions who were warned before but met the requirements and are now good to go.
Those who met the requirements both previously and now are not listed.

Oracles obviously didn't meet the 3-day requirement in 3 months with only 2 days 16 hours 25 minutes and 21 seconds of activity during this period.

They cut it short by just 8 hours, I kinda feel bad but atleast they only got a warning, they just need to make sure that they get their 1 day a month in before the next quarter.

I understand all the requirements needed. If the tracker time wasn't faulty, then everything is in order here.
I use it to keep track of 3 clans and measure their activity against each other, it seems in order from when i've seen them log but I haven't done any proper tests.

Everyone is bound by same activity tracker. Every faction can check their activity at any point and adjust accordingly. Bugs or not, activity is mandatory and number is directly taken from tracker.
