I have just went through 27 pages of sanction reports and i noticed something that really bugs me, could almost make a calendar from the sanction reports. Do not think this community has made it one week without anyone ending up in sanctions. Would really love to see this community go one single month total without anyone getting sanctioned, warned or especially banned from the forum or game. Is this something that could really happen or is it just a lost cause. Sadly i would probably be shocked if 1 week could go by without any but the goal i have is one month. Main question is.....
CAN THIS COMMUNITY DO IT?
Please try your best to show me that all of you can accomplish this goal!
(Note newbie sanctions i guess can be exempt, still can you all accomplish this or is this just a pipe dream?)
( fr5s too exempt, forgot about those)
Most of the sanctions are caused by newcomers. It looks harder than it is. Those sanctions are actually a good way to grab their attention to help them learn the rules.

This is true i admit, but would still be shocked to see a month go by without even some of the vets showing up in sanctions. But i doubt it could happen sadly.
So i guess we will not count sanctions from newbies.

That makes me even sadder someone thinks that way.
As stated before, most of the reports we get are mistakes made by new players. While obviously not knowing the server rules is not an excuse, you must also understand that we depend on rules only because that the roleplay environment we need cannot be enforced by game mechanics. In the year 2018, you need to be hard pressed to find popular games which require the player to memorize server rules. It is not easy, especially for newer members in terms of actual age. It is beyond the norm these days to have a gaming server expect you to memorize a legal document on top of all of the ID mechanics and limitations, roleplay laws, not to mention lore. What you are hoping for would be nice, especially for staff members, but the reality is that new members will make mistakes and vets will often choose to take a puncture to the wallet either for the sake of a statement against someone they do not like or for the fun of it. As such, punishments are tailored for the occasion and you will see that we physically may not treat players equally on that front. Leeway for newbies will be larger - vets will be disciplined much more harshly.
