Your deduction skills are quite admirable. Indeed, the Vault is located in the low orbit of Planet Baltrum. I will get in contact with the third party, the MRG, immediately. We will provide them with jump coordinates so that they may be able to quickly get to our area of space, and so that all three of us can convene.
Once we are all together, we can finally attempt to open the Vault, and access whatever secrets may lie inside.
The Agreement on the Neutrality between the Core and the Apahanta
This Agreement is made as of the 13th of January, 825 A.S. between the Core, the authority of public law in the Omicron Systems ("Core") and the Apahanta, a Mako class warship and its crew ("Apahanta"), hereafter referred to as the Parties.
The Parties agree as follows:
1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
1.1 This cooperation agreement is intended to overcome the bad blood between the Apahanta and the Core. Relationships are to return to neutral again, with either side lending aid to the other in case common enemies are present.
2. DEFINITIONS
The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Section 2:
2.1 "Apahanta" means not only the ship itself but also entails the crew at any given moment.
2.2 "Shared enemies" are the Corsairs, the Order, the Nomads and infected, the Outcasts and the Bundschuh.
3. Duties and Obligations
3.1 The Core ceases all hostilities towards the Apahanta.
3.2 The Apahanta ceases all hostilities towards the Core and its allies.
3.3 The Apahanta is entitiled to receive repairs at Alabama Shipyard. In case this privilege is used, the Apahanta pays for the services.
3.3a The Apahanta receives a visum for Omicron Rho. The Apahanta may moor with any one Core installation and access non-restricted areas.
3.4 The Parties assist one another in case a Shared Enemy is present. Aggression from the enemies is not a necessary condition to decline assistance.
4. TERM AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
4.1 This agreement is effective upon signature by both parties for an indefinite amount of time.
4.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party in the event that the other party does not adequately perform their duties as outlined in this agreement.
4.3 All Modifications to be in writing. This contract may be modified or rescinded only by writing signed by both of the parties.
4.4 The invalidity, in whole or in part, of any term of this agreement does not affect the validity of the remainder of the agreement.
4.5 Force majeure. Deliveries may be suspended by either party in case of acts of God, war, riots, fire, explosion, flood, strike, lockout, injuction, inability to obtain fuel, power, raw materials, labor, containers, or transportation facilities, accident, breakage of machinery or apparatus, national defense requirements, or any cause beyond the control of such party, preventing the manufacture, shipment, acceptance, or consumption or a shipment of the good or of a material upon which the manufacture of the good is dependent.
4.6 Neither Party may assign its rights under this agreement in whole or in part.
4.7 The validity, interpretation, and performances of this agreement is controlled by and construed under the laws of the Core, as if performed wholly within the sovereign space of it and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law.
4.8 Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement is to be commenced in martial court of the Core, and each Party hereto irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any such court in any such suit, action or proceeding.
4.9 This agreement signed by both Parties and so initialed by both parties in the margin opposite of this paragraph constitutes the final written expression of all the terms of this agreement and is a complete and exclusive statement of those terms.

I would request alterations to the following paragraphs:
2.2 "Shared enemies" are the Corsairs, the Order, the Nomads and infected.
I have no ties to the Bundschuh. Matter of factly, I never met them. Thus I cannot consider them as shared enemy. It is different with the Outcasts, I believe we need to define which of their various groups the Core is actively fighting. After all, the Guildmistress is of maltese origin as well.
3.3 The Apahanta is entitiled to receive repairs at Alabama Shipyard. In case this privilege is used, the Apahanta pays for the services. The Apahanta receives an Omicron Rho Visum as well as docking rights for Dagger Outpost in Omega-55, Yaren Base in Omicron Delta and Alabama Shipyard in Omicron Rho.
I believe this needs to be clearly stated in this treaty. Additionally I would like to request to be added to the Core Bounty Board. If we are working together on the battlefield, I believe it is only fair for us to be able to claim the same bounties any other ally of the Core can claim. This is necessary for the Apahanta to be able to attack Order, Corsairs, etc. - Bounty hunter lines. This is to ensure the funds for repair and maintenance for future assistance.
The second and third part are agreeable, the former is not. The Bundschuh has been sighted in the Omicrons more and more frequently and we intend to not let that stand. It would be most unfortunate if we wouldn't have situations in which we engaged their pilots and had you sitting around idly watching. It wouldn't really send the right message to our own personnel, since they need to be shown that they can trust on you helping them if push comes to shove.

I see. In this case, I sign the treaty. I would like to request some additional information on the Bundschuh, their intentions and their current forces. If I am dragged into this, I really want at least know who I am dealing with and why.
Very well, then, Mr. Vertiga. The document has taken your signature and will be updated within a few seconds. As for your inquiry, the Bundschuh is an assortment of rebels that oppose the democratic republic that is Rheinland today. They organize themselves as a political party that is outlawed in Rheinland and follow an ideology of radical left-wing positions ranging from stark restructuring of the Rheinland economy towards a state-regulated one that employs socialist mechanisms to build social safety nets funded by wealth re-distribution methods. This party structure has a paramilitary arm that is responsible for most of the acts of piracy against corporations and other entities, with the goal of shaking the Rheinland economy and fund their own operations.
They have not yet been observed as being able to employ capital vessels in combat, mostly preferring smaller crafts and a few, presumably stolen Rheinland gunboats. Their modus operandi mostly relies on guerrila tactics, hitting a target quickly and with as much force as possible and then retreating just as fast. Given that they are not really a trained military such as the Core, they consistently succumb to our superior forces, yet they are a nuissance. We suspect they have connections to the Order, as we have seen their vessels in close proximity before, conversing.
I hope you will find at least a modicum of amusement in blasting them with secondaries. Is there anything else you wanted to add?

I believe that is all information I need. There is nothing to be added. In case of any further questions, I know enough Guildkeepers to annoy with those.
