In accordance with the instructions we were issued by one Luke Shaw, Battlegroup Harmony is formally making contact with the Core, and requesting permission to move through the Core held Omicrons without trespassing. Our initial incursion into the Omicrons was one in which we sought to gain a clearer view on the events underway in Delta and its neighboring systems, and while it may have been cut short by our ordered relocation into Omicron Lost by Captain Shaw, we wish to be able to continue, unhindered by those who wrongfully believe we might threaten them.
Our quarrel in the Omicrons is with the Nomads, not the Core, and we wish to keep the relationship between our two organizations, if not friendly, cordial.
battlegroup Harmony is granted with an access to the Core space. All members of your group are required to follow the standing codex of laws. Access is opened to the all transports and light escort vessels up to the gunboat. You are also required to not spread any propaganda against the Republic of Liberty. As well as not perform any other hostile actions against our respectful friends and partners. Core is not getting involved into Libertorian domestic conflicts in any form.
With that being said I will await for the confirmation of a good will from your command. After that we can discuss the further cooperation between us.
