You made a very serious accusation that proved to be false. Although the Shogunate itself holds no relationship with this "Megaera" it stands to reason that anyone would be offended when being inflicted with such criticism. "Megaera" is not of our ranks, so you can assume that they will do as they please, we are not responsible for their actions. If you believe otherwise then I would suggest escalating this event as I do not believe you to be of proper rank to discuss matters of diplomacy. I can, however, confirm that the record of screening is genuine and that I no longer see this pilot as a threat to the Kusarian peoples and thus this appears to be solved.
Your respect for our structure and way of life is noted and appreciated, furthermore, you should be praised for your willingness to stand alone for what you believe to be true. With the political landscape of Sirius constantly shifting and changing, along with the morals of our enemies, the Coalition is due a revision of its policies in certain Houses such as Liberty. The reason why I have chosen to contact you about a House adjacent to the one you are currently fighting against should become apparent as I explain it.
The iron fist doctrine of the Coalition was an effective tool to beat the Alliance into a retreat, but we no longer fight the true Alliance. We fight their splinters and their assorted underworld opposition. A single front that has become two highly contrasting theaters of war, expensive and hard to effectively counter.
It is for this reason that I have been recently authorized to pursue more non-traditional pacts with certain groups in certain areas of interest, such as Liberty. While I might have connections in Rheinland, Bretonia and to an extent even Gallia, I do not have this luxury in Liberty. I am therefore requesting for the aid of the Blood Dragons in establishing a diplomatic channel with a member of the Libertonian underworld, one I can reason with and ensure both our interests are being met.
I understand the weight of this request, but I believe it is a fair exchange for the assistance that I have rendered in the past. After-all, you would only be facilitating a talk, I would not ask you to bind yourself to any repercussions, if we are going to win the war against the spawns of the Alliance here in Sirius, our M.O must change from what it was in Sol.
This can happen only with your help, establishing contact myself would likely be lengthy and come with justified suspicion from the groups in Liberty. Your tenacity and candour are admirable. What I seek can be encapsulated as follows, since you have mentioned the "Lane Hackers" as a contact, they will serve as the example for my clarification.
What I seek:
Is to primarily ensure House Forces suffer losses, doing so would require a degree of mutual understanding between us and the unlawful forces of Liberty, to whom I am ready to extend an offer of assistance in fighting against the same.
What I will provide in exchange:
As I previously stated, I will ensure targets that are considered mutually despicable, such as House Military and so on are met with stiff retaliation, I will however, abstain from targeting any shipping vessels, as I understand these transports to be a source of income and a lifeline. The extent of this can be further clarified once direct contact is established. I will likely only request freedom to freely terminate ships that would deal in artifacts and slaves.
The "intimate" relations between the Lane Hackers and Malta is no secret, and what the Hackers choose to do to their own bodies is their choice, their cardamine dependence does not concern me and is not my problem. Therefore, despite my personal hate for the substance, I will ignore transports that seek to supply them with the aforementioned substance.
These terms should be reasonable, if they are not, then I will certainly find out.
